I dread having to speak to a representative at this bank because the wait times are extensively long. Also, the ATM machines don’t always print receipts which is not good.

Just because your in a black neighborhood doesn't mean you respect or value you us as people. As a single father with 2 kids my time is very limited. I left messages for 3 weeks. And that racist assistant manager and his team refuse to acknowledge me as a person. It's fine. Karma is a female dog. You can lie and pretend but it is what it is. They will see this now and act like they are so concerned. Kick rocks you had 3 weeks to call me back and you didn't. Your able to help pretty white girls but a single black father never. Absolutely disgusting and prejudice. This arrogant and entitled assistant manager. They make excuses to why they disrespect us like we are stupid and a explanation can refute the treatment we receive. It's always a excuse to why they are racist and bias.

Managers don't call u back. They are inconsiderate racist. I hope my pain and story made u laugh. I hope u enjoyed hearing my pain just to ignore me. You do not help non blacks with the same vigor and customer service as other races especially white. We are seen and treated as second class citizens. I am too poor for courtesy and respect. And too dark to be treated like a person

This place is terrible. Horrible management doesn’t have enough tellers. Always a minimum of 40 minutes wait time. Security brings people to the tellers past all the people already waiting.
Finally got to the teller and then the manager told me that my payroll cheque needs to be held until the 9th. Then they tried to release only $100 even though the atm I can get $300. No care or concern for people. A nauseating display of customer service from the start to finish. All of my bills will be late and now I will have a bunch of fees that the bank will not compensate me for.
In a nutshell this mean person that runs this branch is finding some twisted amusement in inconveniencing peoples lives. GOOD JOB BMO! Liliana is just an unkind human being! Definitely should not be dealing in customer service at all.

BMO is one of the best bank in Canada. I don’t have any complaints to the service that was provided to me today but I am not giving this a 5 star rate because an elderly approached me and told me that she waited in regular line for almost an hour. She told me she was advised that there’s no senior lanes anymore. I feel bad about her. I used to work with this bank and I know we cater special populations and seeing her standing in line with her frail physique makes me cringe. I even asked her to sit on the chair while waiting for her turn but she resisted bec she’s afraid she will miss her turn

Very helpful place to banking with. Oscar is a a great and very helpful with. Patiently deal with the problem. Manager here is very proactive and helping others.

Been at this bank for over 25 years and love every time I go in and the service I get all the time, However during a lockdown due to a pandemic this is not safe for the customers and staff, I took this photo at 6: 30am today. I understand we have a homeless issue in the area, but this is just unsafe. Why not make the doors ATM card accessible after closing hours to protect the customers and staff.

BMO isn’t that great. Their customer service is always slow. I waited for almost 30 minutes at the booth because the banker couldn’t just tell me my withdrawal limit. Plus they never have enough people working. There’s always only 2 staff available and the others are “not serving people right now”.

I have been a BMO customer for over 25 years, and I have never met anyone so helpful, kind, respectful and informative like Thomas D from the North York Sheridan Mall Branch. I went in for a certified cheque and got the best, prompt service and even gained knowledge in regards to an extra insurance that he recommended I add to my chequing's account. His outstanding service was much appreciated and deserves to be acknowledged.

Mental health is a joke in Canada. I had a medical emergency and they refused to help me. Refused to take my phone calls. There is a wrongful hold on my account and they refuse to help me. Mental health Is a joke in Canada. Bmo discrimination against those with mental health. You might as well kill urself b4 expecting empathy or understanding from this company.

I will close my account immediately from this disgusting nasty company. And hope they are investigated for there illegal and bias practices

This branch gave me one of the worst customer service experiences ever. When I tried to withdraw money, an error occurred. I tried asking for help from multiple tellers, but they said their shift was done and had to leave. The line was also getting longer. One teller tried to help me solve my problem and went to the manager. She was the worst of them all. She didn't even try to get up to help but started to yell at the teller for letting the line get long and rolled her eyes and said nothing could be done. If you hate your job. FIND ANOTHER! That way, you won't waste customers' time!

Customer services was so poor i felt like i was asking to much of his time. Had limited knowledge on how their bank system works. Kept telling me he didnt want to take a risk on renewing my blocked card & kept insisting i need to go to my original branch which is in brampton. Which is why i called customer service prior to this event to confirm what i needed to do before i go to a brunch nearest to me. Was not much help in trying to resovlve this situation, but had all the intentions to treat me like i dont belong in canada. I hope better training is provoded before working amoungts Refugees/New comers & Citizens.

I drove from Niagara to This branch traveling with my family to cash my husbands company work check who also deals with BMO bank and was informed there is a automatic hold on the first two checks. Well this is normal my account actually has a note on it that states do not hold work checks, so what gives the employees at this branch the right to make up there own rules and regulations maybe they didn’t get the memo that They are employees and do not make the rules so when there is notes from the customer home branch you should follow them. I do not suggest banking with BMO
