I had a bad experience with this branch. The first gentlemen who helped me talked too loud. Before he finished with me, an young girl came and said she can help me with my business, so the gentlemen can help the other customer whom she can not handle, I said OK. But she was too unknowledge of the business, my question is easy, she does not have the knowledge but she thinks she was doing correct. She missed one important CC Code for my wire transfer. Why I went to the branch, because I want to get correct information, now I have to call telephone banking to get the info. That waste the valuable time. My experience with this branch was terrible, they lack of basic training and unprofessionalism. The teller should finish my business first then help the next customer. I am speechless. This is not the first time. I avoid to go to this branch, although this one is close. So bad customer services they have. I don't want to give a star at all, but it seems if you donot put a star, it can not be posted.

Completely incompetent staff! Specifically the branch manager Joffren Bakeerathan! Right off the bat they don't care to look into your information and want to place a 7 day hold on a cheque even though it only takes 2 days to clear. I've been a client 25 years and an employee of the bank for 5 years and have never seen this level of service. When asked to speak to the branch manager I was told that he is not available until the end of the day! I knew that banks are replacing tellers with ATMs, but I didn't realize that included branch managers too. Definitely closing all my accounts and transferring elsewhere!

I had such a wonderful time at this BMO branch. The front desk was so helpful and patient. A big thanks to Mona who took care of me today. She is so sweet and went above and beyond assisting me. Thank you again!

There is a reason why this branch have such a poor rating, The only reason why I opened an account here is because of distance to my house, I’m so glad I switched to TD which only a couple hundred meters away, for many things that BMO made a huge deal it was no problem with TD at all. Not to mention their app is so much better and the customer service is excellent, I recommend everyone to switch banks you will thank me later.

I have been a BMO client since 2009 and never seen such a poor and unreasonable attitude and staff/management behavior at any other branches! Even though this place is the nearest one to my new address, I will never walk in this branch even in urgent situation! Hopefully BMO Head Office consider all complaints and take a serious action for the branch performance and improvement.

The worst ever experience with the BMO branches. Waiting time was so long and people in the branch were doing everything so slow. People outside was waiting on a temperature close to +30C. I was as paying my MasterCard having it in my hand. All of a sudden I was asked to provide my photo ID. To my question "Why? " I was told that they would like to know my source of income. Ridicules! I asked them to show me the written instructions for the bank to do that and the assistant manager failed to comply with my request! Very poor service and unreasonable requests to customer! Would not recommend this bank to any person.

Extremely rude assistant branch manager by the name of Monica Marques works here. She talks to you like you are her child. When asked since when you enforce a certain policy she rudely replied “since now” in a very nasty tone. Seriously considering taking my business and doing banking with an establishment that employs people who can appreciate your business and talk to you with at least basic curtesy and respect.

Always line up because of short staff, wait time exceeds 30 minutes just to do a very simple transaction. No enough tellers, always 1 or 2, and when line up, no other staff cares, they are in their offices and don't care that customers have to wait long time.

If I could rate ZERO star, I will.
Average 25 mins spend at this branch, instead of 3 to 5 minutes in other places.

7 people, line up and there is only 2 tellers. No account managers or staff care about it.
