I’m extremely dissatisfied with this business as I’ve visited a few times and they never have enough staff working, which is a waste of time for everyone shopping there. Not to mention the unnecessary attitude coming from those working at the desk. There’s really no reason to treat customers like that. I asked the front desk staff member about a plumbing part that I really needed and they were out of stock, and after I listed some alternatives, I was met with the same answer. Do you guys even have anything in stock?

On another note, the establishment looks very unclean, obviously showing that no one cares for this business. Take your money elsewhere.

The front desk staff is SO RUDE. They told my granny to get out of the store with her "bad attitude" when she asked a basic question about if they had a paneling in stock. Useless.

Doesn't matter what they call themselves.

Staff are always willing to help and know their stuff and where to find it.

My husband and I went in to purchase shelving for a closet. We received help with measurements and cutting the material needed for the job. We received excellent service

Friendly small town service. I think I got asked 4 times.if I needed help. Go to home depot and you have to struggle to find someone. That being said, they are at the least, 30 percent more expensive then home Depot. They aren't even trying to be competitive and always out of things.

I keep trying to go to this store because it’s only a 15min drive from me and the next closest places are all about 40min away. They never seem to have anything in stock other than empty shelves and I always end up having to make the drive to Home Depot or Lowe’s anyway. I really need to stop wasting my time thinking they might have restocked their shelves.

The store is convenient for buying lumber because it's local but that's about it. Will not price match, consistently more expensive than other stores, and has very limited inventory. Had high hopes when they switched over to BMR but sadly disappointed.

I have been to this business 3 times in the last several weeks and every time I leave disappointed with how I am treated by the staff.

Most recently, I went to pick up a $18 bulk (100 piece) bag of plumbing parts which ended up being out of stock. They only had the smaller $7 (10 piece) bags. I asked if I could buy a 10 bags of the 10 piece for the price of the 100 and without making eye contact the employee says "not likely".

I do not mind being told no but the attitude came across as extremely rude and it could have been handled so much better. I would have been satisfied if he had simply looked into when the parts would be restocked.

I ended up going to Home Depot in Barrhaven the next day and noticed the 10 piece bags were under $3 each.

Bought 2 loveseats and an end table. They had them all in stock and delivered within 5 days! Unheard of in these post-Covid supply-problem days. Linda made sure I got all the info we needed, Angie arranged trouble-free delivery, and Troy and Ahmed were prompt, polite, and professional in delivering our new pieces and taking away the old furniture. Great experience all around! Thank you!

Small selection of what was needed. Staff was not knowledgeable when asking them questions about the products and then questioned me why I needed the specific product i was looking for. Store was lacking product and organizing. Not happy and likely will not return.

For 30 years I have been going to this building center. KBS then KBC then Home hardware the Rona. If old man Norenburg could see what his son has done to the business he'd be rolling in his grave. Eric just sell it and let someone own it that has the intelligence to run a business
-Added Jan 25 2022- I rest my case. After posting the first part it took the owner over a year to respond.

I was never asked to wear a mask for the 15 mins I was in the store but when I got to the cash they refused to sell me the products I was wanting to purchase even though I had a medical exemption. Under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 or the Human Rights Code that is discrimination. Store manager treated me like a dog and told me I could be served outside.

I ordered construction sand and got home to see it was standard sand. The 2 young employees could barely lift the bags and made holes in a couple of them. Not impressed
