BMR Windsor

We've been doing a renovation at our house and have been going to BMR for all our construction materials. Every person we've dealt with has been pleasant and very helpful. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that appreciates the business and is more than willing to help.

Customer service is only great for the large customers. They are not interested in being helpful to a small customer.

I hope whoever laid this store out Got a good raise. Beautiful store. With the signage everything I wanted was easy to find on my own. Although I was asked by 3 different staff members if I need any help.
I'll definitely go back even though it's quite a distance from me. Great Job *****

especially the Old ladies at Home depot they are SO RUDE, and CROUCHY if they dont like what they do they shoud retired,

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I shop here a lot and im never dissatisfied even if mistakes are made. I reccomend everyone to get their building materials here or even hand tools.i know some things may not be available due to covid 19 shortages but bmr will do everything in their power to meet your needs

Lots of selection for a store this size. Well stocked, very price competitive and you can easily find someone to help you if you need it! Big plus in my books! Small town feel with big store selection and price.great balance.

Ordered decking materials, good price, delivered same day and everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with.

The people who work there are very rude. The store is Dirty!
Stuff is unorganized. Insulted my husband and I when we asked about ordering taps and buying old mostly broken ceiling tiles that they were going to throw them away. Sorry we went in there. Much better stores else where.

Service was slow. Did not return my call for product info. It seems their main focus is contractor service and slow with the average buyer.

Great place. Very friendly staff. Not a super store. Easy to find what you are looking for. If you can't find it, there is plenty of staff that are available and willing to help you. Recomend having your lumber brought out to you from the back. As not always good for your tires as I have found out. Staples from lumber wraps were on the ground and cost me $300 to replace tire. They refuse to pay. So if directed to go in the back you are on your own. Even if they did not have time to properly clean the yard.

Have some unique items not found anywhere else. I like that they have the essentials I need when doing quick repairs or even larger projects

Bmr is a quick drop in for your home improvement needs. Doesn't have every bell and whistle but what it does have is priced right and does the trick. Faster than the big box stores.
