Both of my remotes stopped working even after replacing the batteries. Brought the car to service and it seems it really was just the battery. I guess I replaced the old batteries with ones that had been sitting for too long. They diagnosed and didn't charge me. Bought two new batteries at the parts counter ($11.00 each!) And all good to go.
I've been with this company sales and service for over 2 decades. 15 or even 10 years ago, I would rate them 5 star. It has been getting worse since then. Some of my latest visits were not that good, to say the least. My BMW X5 became worse after one of the recalls. However, I noticed some improvements after they hired a new service manager. I hope it'll be better again to be consistent with the great BMW brand and cars.which I have started questioning.but this is another story
Adrianna is very nice and helpful as a receptionist. Shant is very professional and quick. There is a suggestion to all service consultants to call car owners soon when you guy’s finished the work.

The other reviews are definitely fake. Even the staff at this location admit their service department is really bad. I’ve only ever left this location feeling either enraged at the things they messed up or total fear of what they’ve done wrong. On two occasions I had to take my car to a different bmw service days after receiving my car back from this shop because of their lack of attention to detail and causing issues while working on other things. I also noticed a scratch on my bumper that the other shop caught a few days after. They never told me they had scratched my bumper (why would they, don’t expect honesty here). Just go to a different bmw service location if you care about your car.
I read the reviews before coming in, and can confirm that the reviews are all FAKE REVIEWS.came here a few days ago, all I see is staff being rude, unprofessional, it's like a fish market here.
Service is good. Service scheduling service is confusing. Despite the ability to schedule Service via app, multiple emails are required to schedule and confirm correct date and time. Plus, additional communications are required to make sure that service and reception are aligned on day/time
Dont answers the phone, even i got there in person, try to book an appoiment for my bmw recall, told to go home and try to phone back, very bad service, will never phone or come back there again
They are so fast. I always get my appointment (doesn’t matter what) next day. They explain you everything completely and not like other service location which they are tired from the beginning of the morning till the end of their shift. I did oil and brake fluid change plus vehicle check with carwash in less that an hour.
