Very disappointed with this business. Pre ordered an item almost 4 months ago, paid for it and then get an email 2 weeks before release stating they can’t fulfill the order. Out almost $300 for 4 months with nothing but a sorry. They did however refund my original amount.
Buyer beware! I don’t recommend anyone place an order with this place or you risk being out money just to have it cancelled and disappointed. Will see if they increase the price and magically have it in stock.

Great game selection and friendly staff. I'm visiting from Victoria BC and am thankful that they are going to ship me the games I purchased, including the games I bought from their consignment shelf. If you are there and don't see the game you are looking for ask them, as it might just not be out on the floor.

Excellent selection, fantastic service, and a great all around store. My go-to for all things gaming related. I especially enjoy the variety of games imported from other countries, I can't think of another company in Canada that does this. So with confidence, a great store.

You can buy, sell and play games at Board Game Bliss. It's a good place but gave 3 stars bc they're low stock in games I was looking for with no ETA.

What an incredible community gem of a gaming community.

Our family had a wonderful time this afternoon playing a sealed deck at the store (we purchased the cards there and used their gaming space). The store is very family friendly (3 adults, 3 teens) and we enjoyed playing magic the gathering at the store.

Spacious and clean, they even have some space to play games that you purchase / bring there. I believe they are starting up some commander events.

Pricing for products was excellent and they had a good selection.

Highly recommend that you check them out.

I preordered one of the new MTG Compleat Bundles from Board Game Bliss as their online store still listed them in stock. These are now selling for $20-30 more (at different stores) than what I paid them. They just cancelled my order and gave me some of their in-store points, not even enough for $5 off a purchase, for my troubles. This extremely unprofessional and wildly insulting to offer a preorder that they cannot fulfill and not even provide any way for me to get my product at the new price. I will not be ordering from them again

Nice clean place. Only issue is some invantory is only in thr back and you have to know about it.

Really nice and clean store that you would never notice unless already knew it was there. I tried to order a few games online from them and the checkout was having issues so I decided to take the short drive. The store was quiet on a weekday after 5, one group playing magic, and one guy behind the counter. He was nice and super helpful. I will absolutely choose to come here and support this business in the future.

Great prices and selection. I would recommend buying online, the store is a bit confusing and you will end up asking for the games you want to be brought from the back.

Fair Prices, Excellent customer service, Quality Shipping. My orders only had minor issues, and the support team was amazing, resolved my issues promptly and fairly. Free shipping with a minimum order is great and highly recommended when ordering.

Nov2022 Update: in store gaming is now allowed. Cost is $5 per person and the fee can be applied as a credit towards a purchase if made on the same day.

Sep2022 Update: Still a great board game store with the widest selection of games around and competitive prices. The new space is bright and cheery with a whole wall devoted to used games sold on consignment.

One of the best board game retailers in the GTA, if not the best.

The store carries the widest range of boardgames in the GTA (more titles than even 401 Games), some not available otherwise, and has excellent, friendly customer service.

The store's website loads well on phones, is easy to navigate, and showcases new releases.

Wonderful and caring customer service with a great catalog of games. I ordered during a busy period expecting to wait for a bit, but the delivery arrived extremely quickly.

I have to say, every time beyond the very first time I have ordered from BGB, I have gotten fast shipment notifications, prompt deliveries and a reasonable shipping price when my under the shipping threshold. I will continue to purchase games from here, and can recommend others to shop here online. They also have some titles others stores do not, however they sell out FAST.

Absolutely amazing company. They carry such a great stock of games, and if they don't have it in stock you can request on their website that they notify you when it becomes available again. They offer great prices too, and always have a variety of deals on their site. It is also easy to rack up points for every dollar spent, and you can put those points toward various rewards such as percentage discounts and money off your next order.

I have ordered countless games from them, from heady board games to more casual games, even to card games. Games ship out and deliver quickly, great packaging too, ensuring the games get to you safely.

They also are able to ship to post office boxes which is great because I get them to ship to my local Shoppers post office (Flex Delivery, free anand easy to set up!) instead of to my house as I don't trust Canada Post not to leave the package unattended on my doorstep!

All in all, I absolutely LOVE this company and would recommend ordering from them instead of from Amazon. Support a Canadian business! Their prices are very competitive and the service is top-notch. A wonderful company to deal with.

Excellent board game store with a great selection and very good prices. Check the hours during Covid - may not be open for in-store visits. Prompt service for ordering online for deliveries - though free delivery is only with orders over $150. Store is fairly well organized. Staff are quite helpful if you cant find what you are looking for. A bit out of the way if you are coming from somewhere in the centre but well worth the drive if you are planning to get a bunch of games.

They shipped my order 2 hours after i placed it.they did an amazing job on packaging and everything was in mint condition.i once also contacted them and they went above and beyond to help me.their support was something i wished every company had.this is my go to place for ordering board games.

We're voluntarily self-isolating, and we're looking to pick up a few games to get us through the apocalypse. I'm trying to get out of the habit of buying online from Amazon, Best buy, etc. (because: evil). Found these guys.small business with a top notch online store. Ordered Pandemic and Ticket to Ride, paid with PayPal and got my box in a few days! Highly recommend!

Cool place tons of selection. Can sell your used board games there too. They also have a library of games you can play in store.

I went into the store, and inquired about a used game that was there previously but hadn't been priced yet. I asked to be notified when a price was given so I could buy it. When I inquired about said game today it was sold already without me being notified even though I was the first person to inquire about it.

Figuring I'd buy something else I grabbed a copy of Red Dragon Inn Smorgasbox off the shelf, where there were 5 copies. Went to the front to purchase it but was informed that their machine was down so I'd need to order it online. Their website listed it as a pre-order then said it was sold out. I was informed that they couldn't sell it to me.

Why was it on the shelf?

Edit: I appreciate the response, and I don't need a gift card, but thank you for the offer. I guess going forward I will purchase from the website and then come to the store to pick it up.

Love it. So many cool, unique games among popular ones. Prices are very reasonable for new and good quality used games. Got the Stranger Things Eggo card game for under $20!

Place is divided into the warehouse, used game section and game-playing area.

Good selection of games to play with a good amount of seating. You can play an unlimited amount of time for a small fee per person and that fee counts towards your purchase if you decide to buy any games.

LOVED the selection of games to buy. The place is a warehouse for their online website as well as gaming room so there is a HUGE selection of games to buy (though they warn that some could be claimed already to be shipped).

There is also a used game area where you can buy used games. There is a descriptor panel listing its condition, what - if anything - missing and other info.

Absolutely the best prices in town. They also have games nobody else has (Tim Fowers' games for example). The only catch is that their main stock area (open for browsing) can be a little messy and cramped. You'll need your phone to check prices on their website because none of the stock is tagged. They also carry used consignment stock, which is very cool. The staff is very knowledgeable as well.

This place was an awesome find. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. It is a must visit if you are a boardgame lover.

A huge variery of boardgames. A little chaotic, with a lot of different rooms you can find yourself lost.
A good point: they have a great selection of games to play on site. So if you are not sure if you would like a particular one, you can play it and then decide.

You guys have serious management issues, especially for inventory. If somebody reserved the game, then take it off the shelf instead of saying some fake sorry words at check out to me. The store obviously have enough pair of hand to do so, but all i’ve seem is staff chit-chatting and not doing their job.
