Boater's Choice

Bought a Lund crossover just found out they removed the wiring on the twist lock for connecting trolling motor. They used it for electric anchor instead of splicing. Now I have to re-configure the wiring to accomodate my trolling motor. Thanks. I've always had terrible service and now I use dealer in Blind River who have excellent customer service!

I wouldn’t buy a boat off them if my life depended on it. Customer service atrocious. I filed a complaint with better business bureau. Interesting to see others have filed complaints also. Changed ownership but same rude idiots running the show. Same horror stories seem to resurface with other customers

I loved my experience at Boaters Choice! The staff was helpful and humorous, and without the extra help I wouldn’t have been able to catch my personal best musky. I especially loved talking to Riley!

If you want good service go elsewhere, they only care about the sales. Buy a $40k boat and try to get warrenty work done and its like pulling teeth, they give you a phone number and you have to run around and waste your time and money doing everything yourself when you shouldnt be having problems in the first place. If you work full time good luck getting service because they leave 1-2 hours early almost every day. Careless and unprofessional and if you give have something to say that they don’t like, they’ll ban you from the store. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, if you wanna spend $40k + on a boat and have to do all the running around at your cost for dealer warranty work, sloppy craftsmanship, then here’s the dealer.oh and make sure you’re at least 2 hours before close because they likely won’t be there till the time they’re supposed to be open till

Loved my buying experience with Boater's Choice. Located a 2022 crossover on their website. Contacted Jay and he had everything I asked installed for me.
Only problem I had was a seat back had a hinge screw back out a couple months later and they repaired at no expense.
Looking forward to giving them any future business. Doug
