Anna Vozza sales representative with this company is un professional, rud and dis respective representative. She has no clue of customer service dealing with new customer. Such a bad experience with her. I do not recommend her to any one. Zero Star for her.

Great experience and so professional! They went the extra mile and made first time home buying so smooth and seamless! Every step was incredibly easy and perfect coming from someone who was so nervous about the whole process. All future real estate transactions will be done through Bob Pedler real estate.

Let's see, where do I begin? I know! They didn't call me back! Isn't that Amazing. I ended up contacting another realtor who did take my call and had the time to go show me the property Bob Pedler had listed. Can you imagine if Bob Pedler was your listing agent? Can you imagine paying Thousands of dollars in commission to Bob's team for not doing their job? Seriously? Bob, im sure a long long time ago you actually cared about the people's home you sold but it is obvious that years rolled by and $$$$$ has taken over for you and the your team! Sorry, this isn't rocket science, you do not need a degree from Harvard to sell homes. A simple phone call has now rated your service from me. Yes its harsh but now talking to my new neighbors, I have heard similar stories about your team. Just Brutal but what isn't brutal, my New house! A house not listed from you Bob or my new agent, a house my agent took the time and found for me and my family! So thank you Bob/ Pedler team for not doing your job!
