One of the best furniture suppliers that I have worked with. The entire team from sales associate to deliver team shows 100% professionalism. I would recommend BoConcept to anyone who is looking for furniture that is chic and minimalist. Their furniture are made to last.

Brett was extremely helpful at the Toronto showroom in assisting us with selecting a couch. They offered us a loaner couch till ours arrived which was fantastic. The delivery crew was courteous and helped set up the loaner and the couch when it did arrive. Delivery was ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the couch which delivers on promised quality and comfort.

We ordered a table from BoConcept Jarvis st recently and have been quite happy overall. Eduardo has been incredibly kind, we are within walking distance so went quite often and he was always cheerful and willing to help even after we made a purchase. I thought it’d be a bit more pretentious sales experience, but it was really great and not pushy at all. He would give us updates proactively and called us after to ensure we were satisfied.
Craftsmanship of the table is better than competition for the price and one of few you can cross your legs under an extendable table.
Delivery folks could’ve been a bit more careful as if we weren’t there to hold the table legs near our stairs we probably would’ve had shattered or scratched glass railing. And I agree with folks on the frustrating short return policy when stores like EQ3 do it even for custom orders, but the positive experience so far outweighs these cons.

Terrible. Buyer beware.
It' a mixed bag when it come to quality of the furniture. Some items, like the bed we purchased was nicely made unlike the dining room table which was small, cheap, very little marble. There shipping times are unreal order today and you maybe will get your items in 3-4 months, if not longer. There is no way to call and speak to a person. 42-72 hour email response time, usually with an insufficient solution. They use a really poor company Bolt logistics for shipping, they lost part of my item creating a 5- week delay on top of the already long waiting times. I would recommend not purchasing furniture from Rove Concepts. Poor Customer Service - Poor logistics- Extremely Long Shipping times- Subpar Items

BoConcept has impeccable customer service and very high quality furniture. Amanda and Brett were our design consultants, sales reps, and sort of became our friends over the whole process of furnishing our new home. You will not find nicer people. They never pressure you, never put down other furniture companies, and will even recommend other pieces from other stores.

The delivery company they work with are on time, professional, and set everything up to your liking.

I highly recommend BoConcept if you have it in your budget!

It was one of my best experiences with customer service. Choosing furniture is very hard, but because of their extremely professional and hardworking team, everything was very smooth and enjoyable— the end result was unbelievably good.

Product great and quality good. Service from Toronto store is terrible. There is a damage on a piece purchased as floor model. No damage at time of purchase. I was told to move the drawer so the damage get hidden.
Never expected this kind of solution.
Will never buy from them. Seems they do not take responsibility for their items sold. Will look elsewhere with no hastles

I had a stellar experience with Bo Concepts when purchasing the Cenova chaise lounge. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable, pro-active and personable. The delivery men, Geoff and Brendan, were on time, creative in getting this massive sofa through many doors, and lovely to deal with. The finished product looks amazing in my loft condo. This is my new favourite "go-to" store for all things modern and Nordic!

Over the last 8 years I have purchased seven major items from BoConcept. I love the clean lines, versatility and incredible storage options of their furniture. The quality is excellent as my original items still look like new and and remain modern and fresh. The retail staff are very helpful and in particular their delivery and installation manager Geoff is amazing as he and his assistant always take great care while in my home and ensure that everything is perfect.

Had a great experience with these guys. I was buying a couch and they came to my place and figured out which colour works best. They even lent me a loaner couch while I was waiting for the delivery.

We were plagued with so many ideas of what we envisioned on the outset of how we wanted our new home to look and feel. What seemed to be a daunting and challenging task to decorate became fun and effortless thanks to the guidance and expertise of Amanda Radji (Interior Design Consultant).

Amanda truly listened and collaborated with us and accommodated every vision of every room. Whether creating a warm and bright entrance space for guests to arrive, a handsome workspace/den, a functional kitchen space with a pop of white & blue bar stools, or creating a cozy family room, a sleek & chic living room, a quiet space in a corner to curl up with a book, a colorful kid-friendly nook or a serene bedroom she captured it all and adorned each room with style…and with grace. She truly created an effortless Scandinavian look - with functionality, simplicity, and clean lines. Amanda had an extraordinary influence on the overall look of our home and provided solutions to decorate our entire space. She suggested practical and functional ways to fill our home and really captured a cohesive look that worked well for our family. Any issues that arose regarding any furniture or accessory she handled it flawlessly (always with professionalism) and continued to make it extremely convenient for all involved. She would follow up with back office, delivery matters or product issues - she would personally oversee and manage the entire project with the rest of the BoConcept team.

The delivery & assembly team, Geoff & Jay were always professional, on-time, careful and thoughtful and also knowledgeable about the products. They ensured that everything from assembly, removing packaging, placement of furniture to even adding felt stickers on each leg of each chair – everything was handled to perfection. Both Geoff & Jay came to our home numerous times and each time they always gave the white-glove delivery treatment. They would prioritize their time accordingly and navigated in-and-around our home with professionalism and always just had an overall friendly approach as well. Dom (Management) ensured his entire team continued to deliver great customer service by ensuring everything met our expectations – he went above and beyond!

My experience has not been the most positive. The planning and design stage went well, but the delivery and execution were only satisfactory.

It was an almost three month wait for delivery, and after installation of the shelves, there was slight damage to one of my walls, and two of the drawers were not aligned properly. The crew showed up but threatened to leave due to a bit of congestion around the building, they initially demanded full payment prior to actual installation, and they were in a constant rush and eager to leave for "other plans" that day. As a customer, I would rather they focus on the task at hand and finish it completely and accurately.

The products themselves (TV bookcase, nook bookcase, and wall shelves) look nice, but I wouldn't say they're fantastic. And with all the other options out there and for the price point and value of money, it's worth looking at other alternatives.

We recently purchased quite a few items from BoConcept and I honestly cannot remember the last time I have ever had such an amazing experience with a furniture store. Every step of the process was so professional and exceeded my expectations. Larkin, was a pleasure to deal with and was patient, honest, and took the time to draw out the concepts that ultimately helped us make our buying decisions. She guided us appropriately with fabrics and styles to suit our family and lifestyle. The team answered all my inquiries throughout the process promptly and put my mind at ease (working to a Christmas deadline). The "warehouse team" went above and beyond keeping me up to date with the progress of the shipment and was prepared to make alternate arrangements if the shipment was delayed in customs. The delivery team (Geoff and Jay - you are amazing!), I just can't say enough about them. Respectful of my home, professional, clearly passionate about the products and their attention to detail was incredible. They even put felt protection on the bottoms of every piece of furniture so that my floors would not be scratched. And to top it all off the furniture is beautiful, comfortable and is even nicer than I imagined it would be. It's not often the customer experience is superior from beginning to end. I am so thrilled to have found BoConcept and I look forward to dealing with your team in the future (I will be back!).
