The quality of service is amazing. You feel so pampered from the time you enter the spa and to the time you come out of there. The price is a little expensive but the ladies are there amazing, especially Venessa.

I am very happy with the service. My skin felt rejuvenated, younger and my skin felt so moisturized. Nour was efficient and explained every step and kept me engaged and even entertained. It is a repeat.

If you want to be pampered by kind and skilled practitioners in a beautiful setting, then this is your place! It has been my favourite place for peace and pampering for many years. I love this spa!

Body and Soul Spa is a great place to get a range of treatments they offer for skin and hair. The clinic is impeccably clean, staff is very friendly and Kelly Walsh always goes out of the way to provide a great PRP treatment for hair. She doesnt rush the session, super friendly and listens to any concerns and does the best from her side to make the recipient comfortable. Highly recommend this place

Body and Spa Day is an incredible spa that I recently had the pleasure of visiting. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, with soothing music, pleasant aromas, and a relaxing ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door.

I opted for a full-day spa experience, and it was amazing. I started with a luxurious facial that left my skin feeling soft and refreshed. After that, I indulged in a relaxing massage that melted away all of my stress and tension. And finally, I soaked in a hot tub while sipping on a glass of bubbly, feeling completely catered to.

Throughout my time at Body and Spa Day, I was impressed with the attention to detail. Every service was top-notch, and the facilities were immaculate. I never felt rushed or hurried in any way, which made for a truly peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Went for a consult. Was so impressed I booked an appointment right away. Update: have had 3 Lumecca treatments with Justine. Great experience. She talks you through every step of the process. Loving my results. I had redness which always had to be covered up with foundation and concealer and I hated it. After 3 treatments a tinted moisturizer gives me enough coverage. I am a mid 50’s woman for reference. Highly recommend this spa.

I went in for a body polish today, and Ewa was amazing! She did a great job, knows what she's doing, her massage was magical, and such a pleasant human. Ask for her! You won't regret it!

I have to mention the receptionist, Judy! So full of energy, accommodated my needs without me even asking so I am comfortable as I wait to be called in by Ewa. Over the phone she answered all my questions, and when I got there she continued to be so much help.

I do find SOME services to be too expensive. Today's service was worth every penny.

We had our first couples massage on New Years Eve. What a lovely relaxing experience.

Had a massage today. Over all it was very good. 1 thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star review. The room I was in needs weather stripping or something on the window because the noise level was really bad with the traffic going by. Took away from the whole experience or trying to relax. Other then that it was a great experience.

My partner and I went on our very first couple's massage, and LOVED every moment. Even before we stepped into their doors, booking was easy and simple through the online form and phone. On the day of our appointment, we were greeted with happy smiles and had an amazing time with our massage therapists. Daniela and Monica are talented and made our 1 hour massage so relaxing. The place is sparkly clean and smells wonderful. We'd love to go back again soon!

Recently did a reiki package with crystal massage. Giving 5 stars because Debbie was amazing. I felt better and more positive after my session. I really did feel something during my session. She was also able to detect the areas and chakras I needed more help with without me telling her.

This is my first ever time going to any spa and I must say: I made the best decision choosing this spa. Body and Soul Day Spa was amazing in terms of their service and their packages! I phoned in to book a package (Anasa and an add on of the Custom European facial), and Judy was so warm and friendly, even answering questions and being so patient and kind with me.

When I went in this afternoon, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist (I forgot her name but she was so nice). They provide you with a locker, a lock, a robe and even flip flops. Justyna was my aesthetician for that visit and she was amazing! Not only was she so nice, but she explained every single step that she was doing. I appreciated that because she also explained the “why” behind it; it satisfied my curious mind especially since I’ve never been to a spa before.

The Anasa package included the following: a Honey and Milk Scrub, a Seaweed Bath and an Olio Massage Therapy. I loved every single one of them. The Scrub was amazing and smelled so good (honestly, I’m a little obsessed). The Seaweed Bath, while it did smell a little (it is seaweed after all), worked wonders in making my skin soft. Justyna did also give me a bath bomb to help offset the scent of the seaweed and it was much appreciated. The massage was wonderful and relaxing too. Justyna gave me the option to choose the oil I wanted for my massage and I chose chocolate.

I’ve never had a facial before but the Custom European facial was great! Again, like with the package, Justyna explained every step she did.

Even when I was billing out, the receptionist (whom I believe may be Debbie?) was so nice and friendly. She was asking me about my experience and we even had a conversation about the different packages, as well as the fact that I could customize my own package.

I’m definitely coming back here again in the near future, and I’m happy to say that I would highly recommend Body and Soul Day Spa to everyone.

I was burned badly during hair removal laser treatment in August 2021. I have more than 10 rectangular burn marks that have not healed. The owner Katharine wouldn’t admit they were at fault and said that I should have expected it based on the waiver form. However the waiver covers hyperpigmentation not burning. I was even told more than once “everyone gets burned”. The technician Noor tried to insinuate it was my fault by the types of questions she asked when I showed my scars, as if it was something I did. She was also very rude when I asked about the settings that were used during my treatment. I saw my treatment records open and when I asked about what settings were used during the session when I was burned she grabbed it away and said it’s not for me to see and the information was not my business. One of their staff members also told me she had been burned as well and it was normal. The owner offered treatments that obviously would not reverse burns, I didn’t want to take any more risks by getting more of their treatments. However, even though the owner verbally told me I would get all of my money back, after several months I was only refunded for the sessions I didn’t use, rather than the entire package I paid for which is what was agreed upon. I even paid for the session where I was burned. It was the worst experience and my scars are still there after almost a year. I had done other treatments with this spa prior, but after this experience I would tell everyone to stay away. Not only because of the fact I have been mutilated but the fact that there was no real responsibility taken or compassion for what had been done to me. I was made to feel like I was lucky to be getting any money back. BUYER BEWARE. I will say one of the people I dealt with was the administrator Laura who was very cooperative and helped with the process.

Some one recommended this place for us, we came and we expected the service and the material quality would be excellent, especially for that amount of money.material is very bad and that lady was very slow in her work.other places are much cheaper and better material quality.by the way, the receptionist saw the bad work and we got our money back.

I experienced my first ever Reiki session with Debbie and it was fantastic. She made the experience feel very comfortable and thoroughly explained which chakras were imbalanced. She was professional and did an excellent job with the healing session. My massage was fantastic. The space was clean, welcoming and the staff were so lovely. Would 100% go back!

I did the couples package for valentines day gift for my boyfriend and it was sooo much fun and so relaxing. The staff are so kind and welcoming and care about the health and safety of their clients. The jacuzzi suite was so romantic and in such a quite and tranquil setting. The Chocolate and champagne was the best part ‍️. Loveee this place! I'm so happy I found it. Definitely come back again!

I had my first experience at Body and Soul today and it was the most relaxing and peaceful time!
I started with a relaxation massage from Vanessa and she did an amazing job! She was very attentive and always made sure I felt relaxed and safe. After my massage I had my first reiki session with Deb. Omg I can’t say enough good things about that session!
Deb is amazing at what she does and I’m now hooked! After the treatment was over, we spoke about everything and she gave me great tips on what to do to improve the lining of my chakras.
It was truly an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back!

This is my. 2nd time coming for a massage this time was very new cuase i got a crystal massage vs the 1st time i got a Swedish so that was a bit of a suprise. But anyways the staff was great. The place was nice and calming very clean! Would come back many times!

What I love about Body and Soul is the commitment to the community. They are so willing to donate to charitable causes. The customer service is excellent! They truly want your experience to be a positive one, whether is is for a simple 5 minute laser treatment or a massage, pedicure, facial, etc. The place is beautiful and they are constantly updating it to make it even more aesthetic than it already is. What’s also amazing is their connection to and support of the Streetsville community.

I've been going to Catherine for over months now and I can truly say she goes above and beyond for her clients and also really really knows what she's doing! I will definitely be a recurring client!

Definitely not worth the money I spent for a massage. The girl massaging me didn’t even get the points I wanted her to focus on but when I told her she can put more pressure into it she said “this is most she can do”. Her massage technique was dull and didn’t help me with my soreness that I came in with. Then they charge a “Safety” fee of $5 which boggles my mind, that they would charge their clients for the cleaning and sanitizing THEY should be doing as maintenance regardless. So their basically charging their clients for maintaining their business. And you know the sanitizing and cleaning is not costing them $5 per person. Covid has become an extra money making scheme for some businesses like this one to make up for their lost business on the side.

Exalent service and great experience. During these uncertain times, it was nice to be pampered.

I had booked a full day spa package as it was something I wanted to do for a long time and had never done before. Overall the booking process was pretty easy and you can make adjustments to any package you like, upgrade, add-ons etc.

Upon arrival at around 10am, they have COVID protocols in place. Hand sanitization, new mask, spraying your shoes, temperature check, given flip flops and you then change into your robe and wait for your "day of pampering" to begin!

First up was the Riverstone massage, I really enjoyed this. While it wasn't as "satisfying" as an RMT massage, it was super relaxing where I almost fell asleep and I really enjoyed the essential oils they used. However, I wish there was some relaxing music playing or offered since the complete silence made my ears "tune in" on any sounds happening outside my room.

Next was the aroma detox mud wrap. First they dry exfoliate your body. I found this a little too rough but you can ask for them to be more gentle. Then the mud is applied! After you are sealed in with a giant electric blanket and left for 20-ish minutes. I got a little too hot and had to take out my arms and found the sensation of the plastic sticking to my skin a little strange. Perhaps use towels as a barrier instead of the plastic here? After, I was instructed to wash off in the bath, but I found it really difficult to get off the mud without some kind of loofah, cloth, anything. I ended up missing a section of my back because there wasn't any way of checking to make sure I got it all off. The mirror was too far to view until after I got out of the bathtub. Then a moisturizer is applied to seal in all the goodness.

Then I had my break for lunch. Initially this was scheduled to be at the end of the day (at almost 4pm) and I asked to have it earlier as there was no way I could go the whole day without eating. Due to COVID protocols, it had to be a packaged lunch. However, this was probably the most disappointing part of the visit. The pizza I received was cold, it was obvious that the food was delivered WAYY before and was not even kept warm or warmed by the staff. I was told I would be provided a bottle of water, but the staff that had set up my lunch couldn't find one so I got a mug of water. I don't think I could have finished the meal if I didn't have any water since the pizza was cold. My feedback to this would be either to find a way of timing the food better, or warming it prior to giving it to the client, or don't offer food at all and give the client an hour break to go get food. Given the pricing of the packages, I'd expect a little more attention to detail here.

Anyway, onto the facial! I never had one before and it was a good experience. Many different creams were applied, face masks, a suction tool to clean your pores, etc. I found the hydration creams left on my face to be super greasy for my liking and had to wash it off when I got home. So just something to keep in mind if you've never had one before. BUT, I did notice a significant difference, the pores on my nose minimized and definitely more hydrated! So mission accomplished!

Last in my day was my mani/pedi. I really enjoyed those. They have these amazing masks they apply and you have hand/feet warmers to really soak it in. The application of the nail polish was great but I didn't get anything fancy. While you are waiting for the mani/pedi to dry the staff are constantly cleaning. So its easy to feel safe in this environment.

So all in all, I did enjoy my visit, my skin feels amazing but there are some small things I'd recommend improving. I know COVID protocols have made it more challenging but I really wish that the food was warm when I came down for lunch. I also would LOVE to know what the essential oil mix was used for my massages. I definitely would use these at home if it was available to purchase.

In terms of the spa facilities, the SPA itself is really clean, has a relaxing vibe and is "cutely" decorated. I definitely will be back again.

I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years and I can honestly say that Body & Soul is by far the best spa in the GTA. I get a lot of services done, mostly facials, waxing, mani/pedi’s etc.and always leave feeling amazing. The service is impeccable, the products are top notch, and the employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I recently visited for the first time since COVID restrictions have been lifted and they went above and beyond for the safety of their clients and employees. I would definitely recommend them!

Have been going for laser hair removal treatments. Had 3 treatments and saw no difference. Have gone to other places and always used to see some sort of difference with the hair removal in the first 3 treatments. They gave me the Groupon price and i went thinking it has to be good given the location but all my treatments have been useless asked to be treated with the soprano laser instead but they told me its not working. Like really. Asked for a refund too but they just told me they wont do refunds even if i see no difference. In short, please Do not bother with their laser hair removal procedures. My $$$ was wasted and had zero difference in hair removal. Even after 6 sessions!

So. I went in for a facial for the first time about a year ago and it was horrible, but a couple of months ago I wanted to give them another chance. I called and spoke to the receptionist and explained what happened the last time I went and she was extremely nice and told me that she would put me with an experienced aesthetician. The second facial was one of the best facials I have ever had, the aesthetician was amazing and did a great job on my skin. I bought some skin care products that she used during my facial and their brand Juliette Armand really worked on my skin.
I recently inquired about purchasing more skin care products and spoke with Connie who was extremely helpful. She took the time to choose the right skin care products for me and was very thorough. I am so happy with the service here and can’t wait to go back for a facial.

Connie is an absolute gentlewoman and a scholar! She took the time to explain everything they offer at the location and had the patience dealing with me on exactly what I wanted for my couples gift package to include for my Mother and her Husband.

Due to covid 19 at the time of writing this review, the store is unfortunately temporarily closed. But Connie explained the whole processes before the transaction took place and made sure I was comfortable with the special arrangements needed to cater for us!

My Mother and her Husband are so excited with the gift they received and are beyond excited to visit when the covid 19 rules are lifted!

I had a very good experience with Daniela. The spa was very clean and staff were friendly and professional. Felt very safe during covid as all staff wore masks and had a very rigorous protocol before entering which I truly appreciated. There was a $5 covid charge but I wanted to support local business during these hard times and felt it was worth paying it. I enjoyed my experience and will return.

I had an amazing experience choosing body and soul for my first time botox experience. I was lucky to have Jessica RN complete the botox procedure. Jessica is very knowledgeable, her personality is vibrant and energetic, her confidence in her skill set was apparent, which ultimately made me extremely reassured and comfortable throughout the experience. Additionally, having allied staff like Debbie, who helped answer any reservations I had before the appointment, was simply the cherry on top in making my experience amazing. Thank you!

We visited in August for a pedicure. The staff were amazing. Felt totally safe, and clean. They were informative and educational too informing us of why it's good to have quarterly pedicures and given the pandemic the protections in place for massages. I would recommend and go back.

Catherine looks after my skin for over 25 years. From the regular facial (never quite so with her, she always adds a personal touch) to treatments (she is on top of the latest in trend) to products. I had detoured from but the reality is what she sell is superior and reasonable thus, I always return. Katherine is so knowledgeable! After only the first treatment/facial I am experiencing incredible results! Getting compliments on my skin (that never happens), and ditching my foundation and concealer completely!

She customized a skin care routine of highly effective products, warned me of trigger-foods to stay away from, and suggested simple daily routine changes that have made a huge difference.

Terrible place to work at. I am a recent graduate from known aesthetic school. I gave interview with them once. Everything went well and they gave me positive vibes. They asked me to come and practice for 5 hours on second day, and 3rd day again they called me in for shadowing with one of their aesthetician. Again they called me for practice on 4th day. Throughout the process they gave me positive vibes of getting selected. So all together i spend 4 days with them for free. I have no hard feelings for the owner or anyone working there but at least they should have a COURTESY to give me a call and let me know whether i am selected or not, its been 4 weeks now from the date i was interviewed. Such is the place. NO ETHICS AND NO PROFESSIONALISM.

Had a wonderful Reiki Healing experience with Debbie. Its the first time that Body and Soul has this treatment. I would highly recommend as it is very relaxing and you go home energized and invigorated. Thank you Debbie!

Body and Soul is - by far - the best Spa I have ever visited. The staff are not only friendly, but have gone out of their way to help me co-ordinate appointments with my sister/friends. I can't say enough about the quality of the treatments they offer, particularly their Shellac Manicures and Swedish Aromatherapy Massages. IMO. BEST SPA EVER!

I have been a customer at Body and Soul for the 11 years that we have lived in Streetsville. The spa environment is tranquil and clean, all of the staff are lovely, providing professional services, and services offered are of a wide range to meet many needs. Ornella's manicures are THE best! Alli provides great facials that always in tune with my skin's needs!

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff we so helpful. I even asked for a donation on behalf of our school and Debbie went out of her way to put something together for us!

I haven’t had my consultation yet, but the receptionist Debbie is quite rude. I will review again once I have my consult/ procedure done. My first encounter with this spa is negative so I don’t have any high hopes.

Just had my facial done by Catherine, who is honestly awesome in all aspects! Body and Soul Spa’s personnel are professionals in what they do, and customers are treated with respect, which is really appreciated nowadays. Do recommend this place!
