Had a very smooth experience coming here to have some stretch marks filled in. I don't have any tattoos so I was a bit nervous about the pain but Ms. V took her time to explain the process and set expectations. Her clinic is very cute and spotless! Crystal kiss is one of the most relaxed chill experiences I've experienced in the customer service industry. When I go there I feel super safe and comfortable. Everything gets explained to me and shown to me that everything is new and that whatever needs to be wrapped up is wrapped up nicely in protective gear. Today I went for my teeth whitening and to fix up a couple of my tooth gems and it was the most relaxed experience especially early mornings. I am an esthetician and I am in the service industry so I know how important it is to feel comfortable even if you're there for 20 minutes lying on a bed. At Crystal kiss you're never uncomfortable, it's to the point where you get a lovely cushion under your legs so you're not fidgeting the whole time you're getting a service done and your back starts to ache and your leg starts to cramp up and get sore. Came here to get my nipples fixed after top surgery, happy with how they are looking now. Ms V was really able to get the size and colour to match, making them much more natural looking. She was even able to put a shadow on my one flat areola, to create the illusion of a protruding nipple.
The studio is cozy, clean and professional looking. The needles were individually packaged. Ms V is talkative and has a good sense of humour, so i did not get bored during the medical tattoo. As a whole my experience here was great and I will be returning.
