I've been going to see Ilona for both laser treatments and hydrafacials lately. The results are unbelievable and I couldn't be happier! I went for consults at other clinics around the Ottawa area and while they were nice, I felt the most comfortable talking about what I was looking for with Ilona. She provided me with great advice and really took the time to hear me out. Ilona is so personable and so sweet, so much that I look forward to my appointments with her every time. Her space is also super welcoming, clean, and easy to find! Ilona definitely knows what she's doing and I trust her services 100%. I'll for sure be back to she her!

Ilona is absolutely amazing, she makes the experience so much better. It as if catching up with an old friend you haven't seen in a while. She makes you feel comfortable and at home. Pricing is fair and she does not overcharge by making you pay for packages with a set number of treatments. Some may need more sessions and others fewer depending on what your getting done. Space is clean in inviting. I would suggest Ilona especially if your doing laser treatment for the first time.

Llona is excellent at what she does, and her carefulness and attention to detail make you feel very much at ease! She is very caring towards her clients and the environment is very friendly! Would absolutely recommend her services.

Had my first hydrafacial ever and it was a great experience! Ilona does a great and thorough job and she explains the steps as you go through them (if you want them explained!). I was worried about my skin purging the next day after the facial but it hasn't happened. I definitely plan on making hydrafacials a more regular part of my routine.
