Good prices ie Groupon, Boxing Day sales, etc however you can’t redeem as the various locations are Overbooked and no appointments available for 6 weeks.

Revised: Received a telephone call from Lev who has come up with a tentative solution to the issue. Hopefully this will work and I will continue with the yearly maintenance plan.

May 13,2023 revised: I sent an email to Lev as requested, and received 2 calls and Body and Soul was not able to be accommodate a morning appointment at any of their locations. Remember folks, laser treatment every 4 to 6 weeks then you go on a bi-yearly or a yearly plan from there. Can you plan a date and time 1 year in advance?

I got a full year treatment and it didn't work at all. The hair on my legs still growing same amount. I let them know in my last session that I didn't see any improvement and they didn't pay much attention. I feel it was a waste of time and money.

This is a great laser spot ive been using for years now. The ladies working here have always been some of the kindest ever. They also have really good packages and discounts so you feel like youre getting a good value

The technician Dalia does the best job here.i will recommend her 100%. I saw good result after she did my face laser.she can spot the targeted area very well. Thanks to her service

Started laser hair removal in 2017 continued all the way to 2022 and I still have a good amount of hair in all the areas serviced. Needless to say, I should've known I needed to stop and the laser wasn't working with my skin BUT this place just kept telling me that it would work I just need more sessions because of hair growth cycle, hormones, my skin tone etc. They should've known that the Soprano Ice is less effective on darker skin tones and recommended that I try a new laser, but that's the only laser they have so instead they just encourage me to get more sessions. The staff is really nice, but they are not knowledgable in laser tech, they also have very high turnover. In those years I probably got to stick with one tech for max 2 - 3 months before they quit and I got someone new. Its an easy machine to use because you just rub it around but they need to learn about skin type and what heat levels work best. Im now going to Laserlicious in Etobicoke, and the results are amazing. The staff is very knowledgable, and while I do pay more I wish I started here because at least I'd be done by now.

The staff are very accomodating and friendly. It is clean and safe procedure. It lessen my hairs in underarm and you will noticed to thin hairs to nothing left. I highly recommended this clinic.

I came across Body and Soul when I was searching for hair removal clinics on Facebook. It had a lot of good reviews and their prices were so competitive. I gave it a shot and the booking process was seamless. The therapists are very knowledgeable and the service was quick and efficient! You get value for your buck and a lot of smiles!

I have been a loyal customer with body and soul clinic for two years now and I am very disappointed with my last experience. I was sold 8 sessions on a promo for a certain amount for extra large areas. And I was told 3 small area would make up for one session of extra large area. Keeping that in mind I bought the sessions and once I started going within no time they told me your sessions have expired as they had misinformed me. And so I was doing sessions keeping in mind the wrong information given to me. After that I tried to get someone to hear me out as the reception that works there was not working anymore but no one believed me or even checked in with her to confirm.

Went there to get my shoulders done. Service was very fast, and it was very easy to use my Groupon there. Great first experience!

I have been a Body & Soul Clinic patient for more than a year now. I opted in for Underarm and brazillian laser - and ive done about 10+ sessions now.
Underarm - completely gone and I did about 8+ 1 sesion every two months
Brazillian - about 8 sessions in and i think I will need about 10 more sessions to get to the same level as my underarm. I do my brazillian session every 5 weeks.
Staff is great. Must come right on your appointment or you will have to reschedule for another day. This location is very busy, so its best to have appointment during the technician can take their time and dont have to feel rushed.

This is not a spa - but a clinic so you're in and out - do not expect to be relaxed when doing these sessions.

I just started going here a couple months ago through a recommendation from a friend for laser treatments and they're awesome! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The first time packages are very affordable and if you have massages covered by insurance those packages are an even better deal!

This Spa has been my number one choice for the past 7 years. I have used them for dental cleaning, skin care and lazor. I've never even once been disappointed by their service. Visited Body & Soul recently for a laser consultation and trial. Was very impressed by the staff and their knowledge. They were ready to answer all questions! I also appreciated that the staff wasn't pushy with making a sale, they were more concerned with making sure you had all the information you needed to make an informed decision. After my trial, which was completely painless, I ended up buying a package and look forward to my upcoming treatments.

Great customer service! Been with Body and Soul for quite some time now. I first got my Laser Hair Removal Treatment with this clinic on Groupon. I only advise not to miss any of your sessions otherwise, it will not be effective. I only go now for maintenance now and it’s always great to deal with the staff. I recommend this place for $ worthy and amazing service.
