Virtually pain free laser treatment with great results. I have been doing laser for many years and by far have had the best experience with the laser machines used at Body and Soul. Staff are professional and when they have promos running there are great discounts!

I had 6 sessions on my legs, bikini and underarms, everything seemed to be working while I was doing the session once I was done they kept trying to sell me more sessions (which was pretty annoying). Not only the hair grew back just like before but IT GOT WORSE! The laser technique they use DOESN'T work because it doesn't give enough heat to the hair nerve. I only give them one star cause the personnel was pretty nice and the place was clean.

I received 7 sessions and 1 small area session for my all body but nothing has changed even worsen than before. I am really angry with them. They have already told me that I can get at least 80% result. But I only lost my money and time and I got more hairy body. They are only trying get your money and hope.

I still visit this place monthly.and every month theres someone new who does your laser. I dont know about others but I got the best experience with Simonate.she does her job well.asked me several question n gave me tips that none of them did earlier.

Front desk staff great with explaining details of package responding to questions and concerns and accommodating when making bookings for appointments. I am a male athlete who purchased 6 sessions from this particular clinic.
I gave one star just because of the professional Persian lady who does not have attitude. I am a respectful guy but I have encountered with this Krishma the Indian lady two of my sessions who has an unpleasant attitude for no reason!

I am done with my 5th session and no longer interested to my 6th. The treatment is somewhat efficient, but why would you go to such a clininc where you are not respected? !
and you miss Manager, I know you are the owner but please be advised not to be extremely greedy and tend to sell sessions by your tricks on the clients, let them make thier own decisions, for some people your discount is not a big deal, let them see some resluts first. Additionally, you might know that your masks are useless, those are the cheapest ones. If a client does not have a mask on and you ask him to wear, that is totally acceptable; however, do not ask them for a loonie as you own a business:). Overall, as I always strive to respect everyone and anticipate people to respect me in return, I am 95% dissatisfied with your entire service. At last, thank you to the Persian girl for her nice behaviour.

I’ve been going to this clinic since it was located at their previous location. I started with a groupon and renewed upon completion. The ladies here are so friendly and professional, and while I have stubborn hair the results are absolutely what I was looking for.

This is my first and only place that I tried laser hair removal, and I couldn’t have been happier! The staff are friendly, the treatment is pain-free after a couple of sessions (with minimal pinching the first time), and my results definitely exceeded my expectations!

Body & Soul Clinic is truly the best clinic for me. The staff is kind and truly professional. They make sure that the appointments stay on schedule so no wastage of time. Excellent acne laser treatment within my budget!

Their laser services do not work after 8 sessions I did not see any results and all hair that I got laser treatment on grew back within weeks. Much better clinics for laser treatment with cheaper prices.
