Gabe is the best employee, very kind and welcoming. He knows protein shakes like the back of his hand. Hes looking huge too, cbum style. Absolute unit of a man. Definitely try the cookies and cream with a side of Gabe.

I have had the pleasure of going here for years and the staff are knowledgeable and help you with any questions you have. The product selection is from reputable brands unlike some other "nutrition" places.

The shakes are delicious and I recommend that you try the cookies and cream, maple, and strawberry banana flavours if you like the sweeter side of things.

The best customer service! Just purchased pre-workout and protein powder. I wanted to try something new and was given a a full shake to try the product, and lots of details and information about what to buy for what I wanted. I also appreciated the honesty with the products, I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy the most expensive either. Will definitely be back!
