Love this place, the RMTs I tried are all professional and friendly. The ambience is fantastic - felt like I was in Thailand!

Deducted 2 stars unfortunately - one because of my experience with one of the receptionists. I understand being a receptionist is not a fun job, but communication with the front desk is part of the experience. The blond lady was very cold and indifferent whenever I had questions, and rude whenever giving me instructions too - not listing the examples here because I would still be coming back, don't want to provide identifying info.

Another star deducted because I find it a bit inappropriate to ask for tips in this setting. This may be debatable, but I don't expect licensed professionals like doctors, dentists and RMTs to ask for tips, especially when the treatment is expensive already. I received RMT treatments at other clinics and they wouldn't ask for tips. Would be great if I don't need to experience any stress and discomfort related to tips in my future visits!

Jonathan Kohl and Marcelo Javier Curbelo-Suarez were our masseur with my gf. We both were very satisfied. Very strong and deep tissue massage.

Had massage therapists when I played college baseball and been to several RMT massage places around Toronto, the Caribbean, USA and London UK, but Dawn Marie has been the best in helping eradicate chronic pain with her facia stretches and massages.

Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful space, lovely reception area and incredible staff. I had a 75 minute massage with Javier and for the first time in a long time I have no pain in my shoulders. My massage treatment was fantastic- comfortable, relaxing and effective. Javier listened to what issues I have been having and successfully treated all of them. I am feeling overall much more relaxed and without tension in my shoulders and lower back- a nice change! Highly recommend!

I’d have given 5 stars but this time it really disappoints me. I’m a regular customer with the same masseuse but this time I got the different one as my go to masseuse wasn’t available. I told him I had the stuff back and I want to focus on only neck and shoulder. He didn’t listen to me and I still have the stiff shoulder and I’m feeling very tense now. Usually it goes away after the massage. Also it was 50 min massage, first 5 min to change my clothes and he stopped after 40 min. I feel cheated this time.

Had the most amazing deep tissue massage with Marcelo. Beautiful location, wonderful customer service. I will be back!

Erika was great as a RMT quickly locating the pain spots and helping to release the back pain. Kudos.

Julian is a very profound and intuitive practitioner. My Thai massage was invigorating and got my energy flowing! I highly recommend him as I have enjoyed many body workouts with him too!

We went for a couples massage at Bodyology. The massage therapists were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend my therapist, Veraleen Faudan.

I’ve been here a handful of times and I’ve always had a great experience. Dawn for deep tissue is awesome and Lisa for Thai was absolutely wonderful. Always an insightful talk after the sessions and the overall cleanliness and vibe of the place is fantastic.

I love the spa, the vibe is on point. Dawn Marie is a talented masseuse and gave me the best possible relaxation, I and my fiancé enjoyed our time.

Last week I went to a mobility session (which in itself was fine) but as a struggling masters student I have a habit of calling clinics before hand to confirm that my session will be covered under insurance. I did the same thing here and was told by whoever answered the phone that the session would be covered. To my surprise at the end of the appointment I was told “I’m sorry, unfortunately this session isn’t covered by insurance” my heart sunk as I saw the $190 bill and the screen asked for a tip. I then emailed to let them know my disappointment in how this was handled and that I would not be returning. Once of the managers followed up via phone and offered me 20% off my next session. If I told you I couldn’t afford what you charged me why would I want to return and pay more money when you and your company already don’t trust your word? It made me sick to my stomach that you take time away from my day to offer me money off my next session when I now used my entire grocery budget for the month on a service your staff told me would be covered. I would never have booked had it not been covered. What a horrible experience overall and glad all my friends and family also feel the same way and won’t be going here again. Unprofessional and unbelievable.

Bobbie is a wonderful person and knows what she is doing! She listens to what you need and then works on those areas! I have known her for over 2 years and have been receiving massages since she started massage school. She continues to train and add techniques to incorporate into her practice. Do not hesitate!

The place is good, bit on the expensive side. Katherine really does a good job. One suggestion, go atleast 10 minutes before your appointment time else your interview will take a part of your session.

Wanted a last minute deep tissue massage. Easy to book and fair prices. Therapist was very focused on my needs and technically adept. Location was super clean and a hot towel to wipe off oil was a nice touch! Excellent experience.

My first time, very clean and neat, great staff and my masseuse Alexandra was very skilled in her work also strong the way I like it. I’m also 8 months pregnant and she took care of me very well. Definitely going to be my new spot.

Not a great massage and they ask for tip. Therapeutic massage is a regulated professional service and professional clinics and spa do not ask for tip.
They say in their website that they submit direct claims to insurances and they said because the person who did my massage was not registered in the system yet they can not submit a claim for me, so I had to pay, it would be nice if they have told me that before the massage.

This place has a pretty interesting aesthetic going on. It's got that warm brick-and-beam vibe, mixed with the industrial exposed ductwork thing, and boho artwork and furnishings throughout.

I had a massage with Dawn Marie and I got what I was looking for - a good relaxation massage with firm pressure and some stretching mixed in.

And I like that this place is tucked away on a tiny little side street which further increases the appeal because it made me feel like I've discovered a cool, hidden spot.

Booked a relaxation massage with Lindsay. She was very professional and personable and answered all my questions without using overly technical language. The massage itself was really good.

Also, I love the decor of this place - the artsy lights in the treatment room, the exposed-brick walls and the vintage Asian accent pieces.

It was my first time here and I thought the place was clean and had the best procedures to keep COVID out. The overall atmosphere had a relaxing ambiance that was accompanied the perfect music I would want for a massage session. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly all the way from the front desk to the RMT who gave me the massage. The rooms and lounge area had a great layout and is in a great location.

I had a therapeutic fascial massage with Dawn Marie today and it was incredible. I left feeling rejuvenated. I've also had amazing services provided by both Erika and Catherine! I LOVED the lady flow products incorporated in the pms massage. I can't wait to go back next month, such a great experience and zen space.

I'm fixed! Two weeks of agony, was recommended here by a frind and one 50 minute massage has me dancing down the street. Being pain free is wonderful - thank you Catherine!

I really like the quality of the massage, but for the first time in a year, my husband was denied an appointment without a credit card. The first time they asked his at all, before they always booked without any problems. We usually paid for insurance after the session. As a result, I am very upset that they didn’t sign me up and never get my long-awaited massage, a very disappointed attitude for clients who came more than once.

As a physician and a woman who's constantly on the go and a long standing history of head, neck and shoulder pain- I have had a hard time finding the right masseuse who can help relieve the pain longer than a few hours.

I have been going to Bodyology since soon after their opening. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is welcoming, soothing and you know you have come to the right place. The staff at the desk have always been inviting, polite and extremely helpful all around. I have personally gone to: Javier, Dawn and Catherine. Each of them have their own style but they are CONSISTENT in ensuring that my areas of concern are addressed and I have never left there unsatisfied.

If you want to ensure that you get a very you-focussed massage with skilled professionals, do yourself a favour and try out Bodyology.
