Samantha has been wonderful. I have a lot of neck/shoulder pain and she takes the time to listen, understand, and provide methods on what I can do in-between visits to help alleviate my pain. I have been to several other places but Samantha has the magic touch!

This was my first time at Bodyworks and I will definitely be back. I had an amazing massage with Samantha. It’s been a few months since having a massage. I left the clinic feeling well rested and was a relieved of a lot of the tension I’ve been feeling in my back.

Nice interior, clean and friendly staff.
Initial intake form has option for conversation lvl really nice touch: not that it was followed during treatment.
Massage was very gentle, gentle rubbing and touching. I have no medical conditions that would hinder a requested service. Felt like a spa massage, not RMT. Very disappointing.
Booked 60 min massage, last textmssg I sent while in waiting room was 11: 05 followed by chat in massage room before starting treatmenta massage was completed by 11: 50.
Reviews online do not realistically represent my experience.
If your looking for a real RMT massage I would highly recommend saving your time and money by not booking an appointment.

From the reception to the massage, Bodyworks customer service is outstanding. Plus, you are not requested to pay tips, it is all included. The price is fair.

Wow! What can I say? From the moment you walk in you are greated with an amazing experience. The best part is having a massage by Janna. She is absolutely the best RMT on the planet. She takes her time to understand your needs, problem areas and then actually follow through. You want a real deep tissue? She's got you. You need relaxation? She's got you again. She finds those terrible knots that are hidden and works them out like a no other. If i could give 10 stars I would so don't hesitate.

I tried Bodyworks for the first time this week and will be back! I had a 90 min RMT massage with Christian and he was great. The receptionist was lovely and the atmosphere was welcoming. They even gave me epsom salts to take home. Would definitely recommend!

I had an incredible massage today with Janna. It was my first time here, and I will definitely be back. The space is beautiful, and everyone I encountered there was lovely and helpful. I've already booked my next massage!

Graeme Copeland is the best chiropractor and sports injury expert you will ever meet. The first time he helped me heal was after a car accident where I had fractured my lower spine and had chronic debilitating lower back pain with sciatica. Two months of treatment with Graeme combined with Yoga healed me. I had spent three years with other chiropractors and physio with no lasting results.

The second time he helped me heal was just recently after tearing my shoulder muscle at hockey. He used sports acupuncture along with active release therapy to return the range of movement and repair the damaged soft tissue. My bicep felt like it was detached from the bone at times and I couldn’t remember which chiropractor had fixed my back issue because it had been 6 years since last seeing Graeme. My first appointment back with Graeme was like seeing an old friend. He is so personable and so good at what he does.

If you have pain, go see Graeme at Bodyworks in Guelph. And while you’re at it, get a massage too. Their team of RMT’s is exceptional.

Graeme also does the best neck adjustment ever. You will instantly feel that your neck got taller, your posture straighter and your mood totally boosted. I’ve had others where it felt painful at times. Graeme is gentle, takes his time, and he warms up the neck tissue before making the adjustment. He does what he does because he loves helping people. It’s amazing to have a health professional like this on your team.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting BodyWorks for much-needed assessments and chiropractic service, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

My sessions have been nothing short of incredible. My chiropractor, Graeme, was highly skilled and knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my needs before beginning the session. He was able to apply his years of experience to my problem, which has much improved since seeing him.

In addition to the amazing service, the facility was top-notch. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all of the amenities you could want or need. From the cozy waiting area to the comfortable massage tables, every detail was designed to create a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Overall, I would highly recommend BodyWorks to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience. The staff are friendly and professional, the facilities are clean, and the service itself was absolutely incredible. I can't wait to come back!

Carolyn was excellent! I was suffering from an overactive nervous system and went for a massage to try to calm me down and she came through for me perfectly. She absolutely nailed it.

Samantha made my first massage experience wonderful! I did not know what to expect for my first time so she provided me with some treatment options based on my needs and they were great. As a desk worker, my shoulders, neck, and back felt amazing after her treatment. I also really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this space, the choice of scented massage oils, and the heated massage bed.

Christian was a great RMT. Held a conversation but also let me enjoy quiet moments. Felt great afterward.

They know your name, know who you are and make it as personal of an appointment as possible. Dr Justine is fantastic, has great energy, and so supportive to whatever you think is right for you!

I went for my first massage at Bodyworks with Carolyn this week, highly recommend! I can finally relax my neck and shoulders for the first time in weeks, such a relief! She is very effective at working out stubborn, persistent knots. The venue is relaxing, organized and very hygienic. Will be back!

I met with a roller skating accident this summer—my ankle was injured-inversion ankle sprains. My body muscle became stiffer, and I found the inability to move around. I went to Bodyworks Registered Massage Therapist – Carolyn-RMT was excellent, and I love her treatment style (systematic, professional and caring). More importantly, she does a great job of listening to the symptoms /issues and addresses them as well as explaining and offering suggestions to help in between massages. The best massage I have ever had. I am feeling much better now! I referred her to all my friends.

Went to see Dr. Rodrigues while in extreme pain all over my body due to excessive daily driving. She helped make me more comfortable with each procedure and ensured I was aware of each step she’d take. She’s the only chiropractor I’ve ever been to and as she is only at the Guelph location now, I’ve travelled from Cambridge to Guelph just so I could be treated by her again. Thank you Dr. Rodrigues for easing my pain and helping me unwind my overly tensed body! Definitely recommend, especially to those that are on the edge of getting chiro done due to negative stories heard.

This was my first time at bodyworks but I’ll definitely be back. I loved my massage with Tracie. She had excellent pressure and gave some helpful advice for decreasing pain and knots in the future. I left feeling relaxed and my muscles felt so much better. The facility is also clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this spot!

As soon as you walk into Bodyworks’ office, you’re met with a relaxing ambience — the music, the lighting, the scent in the air. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. My initial chiro appointment with Dr. Justine Rodrigues for SI joint pain was amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, and talks you through her assessment step by step. She’s very personable, kind and realistic. At the end of the session, she shared some easy (not overwhelming or difficult) stretches for me to do daily. After my appointment, I felt immediate pain relief. I’m looking forward to returning to Bodyworks for further treatments with Dr. Rodrigues. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful practice!

Got a massage from Christianne today. I feel AMAZING! Was getting headaches and felt tightness in between my shoulder blades and hips. She got in there and payed special attention to my problem areas. Would 100% recommend a massage from her!

My experiences with the staff at Bodyworks is always exceptional. The chiropractors and RMT's always go above and beyond to ensure I am feeling better after my appointments. When I couldn't get in for a massage this week, I booked with one of the chiropractors Dr. Justine Rodrigues. My treatment was not only helpful, but Justine took the time to educate me about what chiropractic care should entail, and helped me to determine the cause of my pain. My session was ANYTHING but a quick in & out adjustment like past Chiropractic appointments I've had.

What really stood out for me, was that she did a lot of soft-tissue work to relieve the muscle tension and problems I was facing. This treatment was AS GOOD as a massage, as she took the time to work out all of my muscular issues in addition to the adjustments that I required.

HIGHLY recommend seeing her for anyone experiencing stubborn pain and especially anyone who has even been hesitant to try chiropractic care. Her expertise and approach to wellness will blow you away.

Dr. Justine Rodrigues is the chiropractor's chiropractor. She is caring, enthusiastic and highly skilled. She takes her craft very seriously and it shows in her manual care and patient education. She uses her technical skills so effectively and combines this with her excellent intuitive talents to provide the absolute best combination of therapy in her massage & reiki sessions. I need to book her well in advance, as she books up quickly. I'm sure she is sought out for her talents and super personality. I would highly recommend Cathy for massage therapy; she is an excellent healer.
