Boggio & MacKinnon Pharmacy

Travelling to the Falls from Alberta, and I failed to pack the disposable needle for my injectable medication (ugh). Without hesitation, they provided me with one so that I could take my dose on time!
Before moving across the country, this was my pharmacy and while I didn't often require their services, staff were always helpful and scripts filled much faster than other "big name" places.

The lead pharmacist as well as Anne & Allison were so incredibly kind and helpful and speedy! I cannot thank this wonderful neighborhood pharmacy enough! I highly suggest you pay them a visit:)

Absolutely appalled with the way I heard the pharmacist assistant, Nicole speaking (or rather yelling AND threatening) patients over the phone today, as well as the conversation that was had with co-workers after the fact. The remarks that I heard this "grown" woman making towards others in a professional work setting are EXTREMELY alarming and unprofessional.

I will be making sure my family & friends do not continue to deal at this pharmacy and I would advise everyone to do the same.

Bogging has been my pharmacy for years and i love them but latley lots of confusion with all the new faces (missing ted so much) but if you get David he is amazing.his easy speaking kind manner is so reassuring and his fast responses makes you feel safe again with your meds I hope he stays

No one knows about the support gear so don't go between 12 and 1 pm or call in advance to make sure someone is there to help you. Was able to get help in Ridgeway.

Boggio's has been my pharmacy for a very long time and I really have no issues with them. They have been kind helpful and very understanding, but today we had a snafu I did not know you couldn't have an order delivered if you paid by e-transfer on the weekend (no manager) to verify. Fortunately for me everyone was kind enough to let me pick up meds which were needed on that day, I love all the driver's they take everything in their stride and are funny. Thanks everybody you really are doing a great job

We have been grateful for over 5 years for the help this pharmacy has offered to my fully disabled 23 year old son and assistance we, mom/dad, have needed. BUT today was the last time you will be extremely rude to us. The lady making compounds in the back is a disgrace to pharmacies everywhere. You lied, if you had a mishap with broken glass you could have specified. We would have understood but you chose to lie and then give us grief about not having the time, while you shortened your shifts, and how your job is hard.tell that to my son.
I could go on but I'm sure you get the picture. Never again!
