I have been going to Boggios for over 30yrs and I will not go anywhere else they always take care of my needs and if any problems they work with me to solve them no matter how much time it takes never had an issue so if u want a great drugstore that has almost anything u need this s it

I have been going there for over a decade the service has gone downhill over the years. I was harassed in the waiting room the other day, yelled at by someone not standing in line but sitting to the side. The owners and staff did nothing to stop this man from getting in my face and screaming more. I will never go there again, take my business to another pharmacy.

Went to get fitted for a walking boot the two ladies working there were awesome I was taken care of immediately and helped beyond my expectations I can't express my thanks enough I will certainly be doing all my pharmacy needs here Thank-you

I purchased a transport chair from Boggios in Port Colborne in November 2022. I was inconvenienced when I had to return to the store to have the handle bars looked at. They were collapsing when I was being pushed in the chair. That was fixed to satisfaction. A few days later, I again had to return to Boggios to have my foot rest replaced because it was loose. It was replaced, however I had to go back again not too long after for the same foot rest to be replaced. They did replace it.

When I bought the chair, I was not told of their two week return policy. After using this device for just a few uses over the return policy duration, I wanted to upgrade to a traditional wheelchair. I called the store to ask if they would credit me an amount. I was not asking them to refund me. I was told by Mae (not sure if I‘ve spelled her name correctly) that she would need to ask her manager. After 6 days there was no communication from Mae or her manager to let me know that they would not help me and that I was past their two week return policy. Remember, I was not informed of that at the time of purchase. I did not and do not expect this sort of service from a FAMILY owned and operated business. I would expect that level of service from a larger corporate store. I thought that I would give the family business a chance first.

It looks like the next upcoming loss of revenue for this family business will be when I rent a knee scooter from Motion in St. Catharines. This would have been quite a lengthy rental for approximately three months. I have an upcoming surgery that I have been scheduled for that requires a knee scooter.

Unbelievably inept. Missing medication often, and just trying to get answers is frustrating every time. When something goes right with your scripts it's a relief.

I am Audrey now 76 years of age. Updating my comment. I moved from India, England, Canada. Mr. Boggio and his sons and I do not know who does the employing for the Pharmacy. Every single person is outstandingly polite, hard working and like I mentioned in my comment 2017,2018. I was told by many customers that they were treated as family when they visit Boggio Pharmacy. This is 100% correct. I go by how I am treated and was surprised to hear from so many told me the same thing as I am treated. I am sad to read this one person comment by the name of Josiah Lock I quote" Worst service ive ever had extremely rude no customer " I wish he gave the name of the person who was rude as I have never come across a non hardworking person or rude person since 2007 to date. Often terrible service. (They had one guy who was terrific/friendly…I don’t see anymore). They don’t keep up on refills and you end up missing medication.without anyone saying anything. No matter how many days/weeks ahead you order them…to try to be safe. Ultimately…They forget or miss filling rx’s. And miss delivering some (like they grab one bag instead of two). Happens more often than not. This can be extremely serious to patients’ health! Missing medication! Once, It happened just before a trip, and I flew out with 3 pills.that I had to “wean” off of, over the first week. Very dangerous! Not healthy!
I also do NOT understand how they deduct from refills! The numbers change differently every time. Weird.

My father's doctor sent his prescription to boggio, and over one week later and they hadn't called him to tell him it was ready. He was in agony for days and ended up in the hospital today! Great job

Greetings,

I just wanted to let you know how grateful our family is for your worker Lynn. She was delivering medication to my Mother today when she found my Mom on the kitchen floor with a coffee pot shattered all over the floor. Lynn attempted to help Mom get up, but was unable, so she got help. Mom was attended to and she is fine. Lynn even cleaned up all of the broken glass on the kitchen floor from the coffee pot. If it wasn't for Lynn I don't know how long Mom would have been on the kitchen floor or what the outcome would have been.

Mom offered her a little money for her help and kindness, but Lynn refused saying that it wasn't necessary.

Please thank Lynn for me and our family. We really appreciate her kindness and caring and we hope Boggios realizes what a great employee they have in Lynn.

Boggios Pharmacy is my pharmacy of choice and my #1 recommendation if you are looking for a very personable, friendly, helpful, professional pharmacy. The Boggios staff are always there to help, to answer your questions, fill your prescriptions ect. It's your one stop shop for your medications and health needs, day to day household items, passport and personal photo development, Optometry and eye glasses, parcel pick up, as well as a place to purchase a beautiful card and/or gift for any special occasion. Boggios has it all and always has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You are not just a customer when you come to Boggios, you are always treated like family and once you come here, you won't want to go to any other pharmacy. They have lots of parking, they are wheelchair accessible, and is located downtown; they truly are the heart of Port Colborne.

They're really great here. Sometimes it's a bit of a wait but that is the only complaint I could muster. Their home delivery is free, and all of the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
