I recently received delivery of my new 2024 C8 Z51 3LT Corvette. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from the time I placed the order to the date of delivery. Don Frazer is extremely knowledgeable on the Corvette build and as a result he put together an amazing build to meet all my requirements. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle once it arrived. Don took time to go over all the vehicle features with me on the day of delivery, which was greatly appreciated.

A few weeks ago I was looking to purchase a Chevrolet Equinox, and found one on the Bolton GM website. I made an inquiry, and shortly thereafter I was contacted by Tania Pellegrino, one of their Sales Consultants. I met with her the following day, and after a very friendly and polite introduction, I decided to take the Equinox out for a test drive. Well, it didn’t take too long to conclude that it was the perfect fit for me, so I decided to purchase it. Tania took care of all of the details, answered all of my questions, and even offered to go the extra step by making herself available should I have any questions or concerns, once the sale was concluded. She also took care of all of the paperwork, my new license plates, my ownership documents, and ensured that all of my concerns were addressed prior to the delivery day. All I really had to do was to sign on the dotted line, and the vehicle was mine. Additionally, she even delivered my Equinox to my driveway, personally. That in itself was worth the trip to Bolton GM, and it’s a trip I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, whether it be new or used. Just got my new Trailblazer from Brian he was great this is my third vehicle from him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re buying a new car don’t go with these guys they are crooks and will just waste your time. I bought a new pickup truck from here contract signed, money deposited and loan approved. I call them to ask when can I pick it up.for a day and a half they kept saying “I’ll call you back” but never actually call back. Keep in mind the deal was signed and done on Thursday it is now Tuesday, so I go to the dealership and the guy tells me the sales guy and gm are gone for the day now and that he’s gonna talk to them tomorrow and call me first thing in the morning. No call so I go to the dealership and that’s when they were like “sorry we can’t give you the truck cause it’s promised to another dealership” …. Like what? Then why did you sell it to me in the first place, this is the type of unprofessional business they are running here. In the end all that happened is my credit score went down from their credit check. I highly recommend not going here very unprofessional. They’ll keep a loophole in the contract by not adding the vin number so after they can be like “ oh the vin number isn’t in the contract so technically we don’t have to sell u that exact one”. Horrible dealership go to any dealership other then these guys. I hope they get shut down cause their just making the GM brand look bad.

Made a deal for a truck got all the paper work signed and loan approved. When it was time to pick up they said we can't give you this one and there are no other trucks like this in the market so wait until the 2024 trucks come out. I told them we have a contract and the response was "contract does not have the Vin of the truck you saw so the deal is not for that truck it's for a truck like that one but we don't have any" long story short if you do sign for any vehicle they are selling make sure they put the Vin number on the contract. They happened to pull this scam off on a returning customer that bought a Cadillac from them 3months prior to this deal.

I went car shopping 1 week ago. I went to Bolton GM just as they were closing. The sales representative who helped me was Don Fraser. He was very polite and professional. He took the time to show me a few vehicles despite them being closed, and did not rush me. I went back the next day to test drive the 2023 Chevy Trailblazer RS. Don spent a lot of time going over the features and making sure I was really happy with the vehicle. I ended up buying it! Don went above and beyond! He dealt with my insurance and took care of all the necessary paperwork. He even spent over an hour getting me set up with the mychevrolet app and pairing my phone with the vehicle. I highly recommend Don Fraser!

I purchased a pre-owned Cadillac at Bolton Motor Products. Brian Giles, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgable about the car and worked very hard at every step of the process to get me the best possible deal and to ensure that I was very happy. This extended to even after the sale. I had a few concerns, but each one was addressed to my satisfaction. Used Car Manager Dilan Graham went the extra mile to get me the best possible trade in allowance (on a Saturday!). Business Manager Robin Arora arranged reasonable financing and really added to my peace of mind by helping me get into an excellent warranty program and also GAP coverage that will protect me financially in the event of a serious collision. These people were all great to deal with. There was zero pressure, only good information and clear choices. Although I live 90 minutes away fro this dealership, I would not hesitate to go back to Bolton GM for my next car purchase. Well done gentlemen!
