Went to look at car, drove it and liked it. When it came time to talk prices.the sales person who wasnt very friendly, said that they don't talk deals and that it was the best price we would get.we offered a very reasonable offer and was told no, we dont deal. So, we went to another Honda dealer and saw a car that was in better shape and lower KM's and that dealer was happy to make a deal, in fact we bought 2 cars (civics) from 2 seperate Honda dealers (not bolton) that were willing and happy to make a dealer.

Its a great vehicle, unfortunately i had to deal with lot of issues which were need to be addressed.

Nick Triantos assisted me in fixing the issues at my local dealership and covered for all the charges including a rental car.
Also, a big shout out to Marco, who was most helpful than most people i was dealing with even though it was very hard to get to him over the phone or to get a call back.

Overall minor flaws but great experience and support from the dealership. Thank you for taking ownership and assisting.

Also, he was HONEST, i know when someone is trying to sell me something I don't really need. I’ve had two different experiences at Bolton Honda. My buying experience as a first-time car owner/buyer was amazing. I believe I worked with Sonya (I hope that’s spelt right) she was very friendly and informative so we’re the rest of the staff that helped me along the way.

I wish I had the same experience after buying. My experience with the service department has been unsatisfying, to say the least. I’d give it 2.5/5 stars. No one ever answers the phone. It takes forever for an appointment. I had someone try and get me to replace my breaks on my 5month old car when I first went in for an oil change. Was told there was some “ wear and tear “. I was not pleased as it was brand new and I had maybe put 8000km on it. I felt I was being played I may not be a car genius but I know breaks last longer than five months. Two years later I'm finally getting my brakes done but not at Bolton Honda.

There were multiple times in between with no answering and no calls back. Once after trying to contact them for over a week I went in to speak to someone as I was going away and had already booked my car in for a symbol that was showing on the dash but wanted to add to my appointment as my car was now leaking oil & wanted to inform them before my car arrives. (I was going to be away on holiday and my father was dropping the car for me so I wanted them to know what the car was in for). I went in and spoke to someone for 10-15min they told me they had all my concerns covered and would leave a note so that whoever was in on the Monday of my appointment would be informed and when Monday morning came along I get a call from my dad who says they have no idea what my cars in for. I was unimpressed especially after going out of my way to make sure they had all the info they needed.

Again my AC went on my car which is nothing on Bolton Honda I’ve now learned it’s a manufacturing error on my model of car and after 3-4 attempts to call to book to get my ac looked at I gave up and called Orangeville Honda and within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail I was called back and booked in quickly.

I am not opposed to trying Bolton Honda again in the future for car service but I hope some improvements can come! And possibly a little more enthusiasm in some of the service employees.

I did enjoy my buying experience that is why I gave it 4 stars I couldn’t give less as I was very comfortable with my car purchase. I did copious amounts of research before coming in but considering my young age of 19 I was not turned away and was treated amazingly.when I got my car I felt I was treated fairly and felt confident in my purchase thanks to the great staff.

My friend got his car after so long. He had some credit score hits. Punerdeep Singh is very salesman. Please must visit here and meet him, he has very good service skills and know how to deal with bad credit score.

I recently went to Honda Bolton to purchase my first car. The sales Rep Qian (Jason) Yang was very helpful. He was there with me through the entire process, from start to finish and was very patient. There was a lot of back and forth communication due to the shortage of cars but he was always very prompt with getting back to me. The paperwork process was also very tedious but again he was so great about it. Down to standing outside in freezing weather to show me the features of the car. He gave me his card and phone number to call him anytime if I ever have any questions about anything. I highly recommend going to Jason Yang. My first car experience went so effortlessly because of him. Especially during COVID and car shortages, his professionalism and patience shows more. If I could give him more stars I would. Brought my vehicle into Bolton Honda for an insurance claim. My vehicle was broken into and the driver's airbag was stolen. The airbag was replaced, but Bolton Honda didn't replace any of the covers from the bottom of the steering wheel that were broken off and they didn't repair the drivers door key cylinder, which was destroyed, likely from the break-in. I can only assume that Honda didn't check for any damage, they only replaced the missing airbag. My mistake for trusting them to be thorough. Never again. I will NOT return to Bolton Honda for any services.

Was looking for a replacement vehicle for my Camry that was totalled in a collision, had five days to get a replacement, I checked Auto trader, after connecting with a number of dealers Gino from Bolton Honda replied to my email followed by a phone call, he sounded positive, we arranged for a test drive for last Monday, had to be cancelled due to traffic, Wednesday I met Gino in person, it was a pleasure, after the drive we had a pleasant conversation, I was convinced this was a good deal, he referred me to Silvia who assisted with the financing, it was a done deal. This place is the biggest place for rip-off artist sold me warranty package told me certain items included which were not sales agents are all rip offs call back to complain about warranty issue 3 different manager said they would call back never did after calling five times please beware I would have left a negative stars but did not have the option on this site

Poor customer service after sale! BEWARE! HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER!
Bought a used honda certified car a couple years ago. I was promised that I had powertrain warranty and extended bumper to bumper warranty since the previous owner had purchased it.
When I called in to get service under the bumper to bumper warranty, I kept getting put off. Even the manager Daniel Melvyn was very good at being elusive. I couldn't get him to commit to paying for any parts and/or labour yet he insisted that I drive 2.5 hours in an UNSAFE car that violently jerks as soon as the rpm climbed over 2k. I provided his dealership results from diagnostics done by a local Honda dealer. Bolton Honda canceled the extended warranty without informing me. According to a Honda rep, the dealership would have received cashback for the residual extended warranty. How unprofessional!
Since the car was unsafe I got it fixed at a local Honda dealer after giving Bolton Honda more than 2 weeks to resolve.

Excellent purchase experience with the help of David (sales), Daniel (GM) and Dan (Finance). We purchased 2019 Odyssey touring last month and all the fees and amounts are clearly explained by Dan (no hidden surprises). No pushing for purchase. Very smooth and fast purchase experience. David knows about honda vehicles in and out and if he didn’t know about any feature he immediately found out about it and told us accurate info rather than giving wrong guessed answer. We have been to other dealerships but felt they were very pushy and didn’t know about the vehicle they are selling even the obvious features highlighted by Honda brochure. At Bolton our experience was completely different, positive, the staffs were very knowledgeable (we only dealt with David, Daniel, and Dan so we can only speak about them). Overall very positive experience.

Bolton Honda has been the dealership from which I would acquire — lease or purchase — a Honda vehicle for the last several years. In early October 2018, I acquired my fifth vehicle from Bolton Honda, and my sixth vehicle from Vince Lobello (sales representative), whom I met at another Honda dealership in Toronto in 2008. Vince assessed my growing family’s needs, and outfitted us with a CR-V EX AWD. Throughout the process from taking a test drive to placing the order to picking up our CR-V, my wife and I never felt pressured to purchase/lease, never felt pressured to upgrade the model package, and never felt pressured to upgrade the warranty package. Every attention to detail was attended to, particularly when we were picking up and driving off with our new vehicle.

Bought my first car from here couple of weeks ago and no problems so far. I was concerned about the smell and some stains inside but told that they will be gone with detailed cleaning after the purchase. Smell is completely gone and I am using seat covers, so everything is fine. Salesperson Saleh was very helpful at explaining everything a first time buyer needs to know, and even helped me find insurance. The fact that I was told over the phone that some discount would be possible during final sale but got nothing was a bit disappointing but I am sure it was no sales trick, I could see that the manager genuinely didn't care and preferred keeping the car instead of going one penny down. I bought the car anyways because in fairness, it was already reasonably priced. Overall, I was so happy with my purchase that I decided to write my first review ever on the internet, after couple of requests by Bolton Honda. Will definitely come back when I need a car.

Recently purchased a used Civic and received exceptional service at this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure that our needs were met. Our salesman Saleh was wonderful and encouraged to take our time in test driving and checking out the car and special care was taken by the staff in addressing any concerns we had. Ingrid walked us through the finances and paperwork, clearly explaining how things would work so that there were no surprises on delivery day. Daniel (manager) took his time to make a number of recommendations after listening carefully to our requirements. Did not feel at all rushed or pressured to make a decision which was very much appreciated. Very happy with my experience!

We are 4 hours away from this dealership so when I told Ray Singh this he did everything in his power to get the car ready for us and paper work so we didn’t have to make another trip to pick up the vehicle. After 5 weeks of having the vehicle I noticed a leak in our sunroof. He put me in touch with Rob to set up an appointment so they can care of this problem. Rob mentioned it was a different company that would be fixing it (leakpro), who specialize in leaks in vehicle, then I asked him if the rep from Windsor could do it so we didn’t have to make the drive up. Rob talked to his boss who approved this request. It saved us a lot time and money coming up again. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

I bought Honda CR V from this place and told this car is Honda certified. After 2 week I found car has vibration problem and acceleration problem which are safety problem. I went there for two days they make me sit for 3 hours and told this is normal. I found sales person (Timmy Gill) has no knowledge about car or He seems to cheat people for his commission. Service person are very rude. Worst experience.

A few weeks ago we met with David. He was beyond amazing. We ended up going for a test drive and I ended up falling in love with the 2015 CR-V Touring that they had.

After we came back from the test drive David drew up the paperwork and got things in motion. He offered us water and coffee and told us to make ourselves comfortable while he got everything together

A week later I went in to pick up my car. When i got there David had offered us coffee and water and then when it came time to actually take it home, he spent about 40 minutes to an hour going over everything that the vehicle had to offer.
