I have nothing but excellent things to say about this place. There are some strong, smart, really intelligent women working here. We are so lucky to have this team in Bolton. I wish the reception staff were a little more friendly sometimes, but they’re very professional. I see the other reviews and think people could be a little more patient with the process of seeing a doctor. I have no problem with them not answering the phones. They’re screening to focus their time more appropriately.

I wonder how a family doctor clinic can be running in that way. Staff don’t even look at you when talking in front of desk, I didn’t receive a “good morning” or “good afternoon” when arrived: so rude. The receptionist Almost never answer the phone and you are 99% of times directed to a macchine. Appointments for 26 or 30 days ahead. Waiting times of half an hour if you are lucky. When you call a family doctor you are looking for your primary medical attention. There is not excuse for the long waiting times. People who call are in need of answer because they don’t feel good. They are having health problems. So, when you choose to work with patients you should be kind and polite and try to hepl them to reach de health service attention that they need. A Family clinic isn’t a postal office or a Bank, so you need to change your actitud and care more for patients.

Unanswered emails. I called and they said they called me, no missed call on my end. Then they had the wrong # for me. Then the right number. But now dr apparently cannot call me back till the next available appointment in 19 days.
Another time: Nurse almost gave me wrong shot and would have if I didnt speak up.
Another time other nurse said I was having high blood pressure (I do not) dr said not sure why she would say it.
A "student" tried to sit in on an appointment with out saying student where from or any details.
Wait Time for next PHONE call back appointment is 19 days away.
They offered me to see a nurse in less time but after my last 2 nurse experiences there, would prefer the Dr. I signed up with.

So much incompetence from the reception area it physically hurts the brain. If you are someone living with a mental disability, don’t expect the staff to understand that or be able to treat you accordingly. In my opinion, AODA is being fully violated at this practice because they don’t treat people with “invisible disabilities” with thoughtfulness, or consideration. Due to their gross lack of knowledge of people living with mental health challenges, this office has sent me into a full blown crisis. Oh and don’t ever expect them to apologize or take accountability for anything! It’s ironic that they also offer therapy here- which makes sense! Since you will be needing therapy after communicating with this staff.

I have no complaints regarding the doctors, other than you have to wait weeks or even a month before you can see your ACTUAL Family Doctor! I think I’ve seen my family doctor once! But I have seen other doctors at the clinic several times. What’s the point in having a family doctor, when you don’t even get to see them. You can’t even build a relationship with your doctor because you’re bouncing from doctor to doctor at this clinic. One of my very very big complaints is, The receptionists never answer the phone! I had to drive to the clinic to speak to them as I needed an urgent appointment, because they just don’t answer! They said sorry we have high volume of calls coming in. I was in the clinic for about 15 mins and the phones did not even ring. While I was at the clinic in the office complaining about them not answering, I decided to call while I was in the office to see if the phones would ring. It did not, it went straight to voicemail. So the excuse that they have a high volume of calls, is NOT true. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone ‍️ I give it 0 stars if I could

Me and my husband both had our Covid Vaccines at BMP. We only had a short waiting time and caring professionals around us.so we really felt very well taken care of and comfortable in this clinic! Thank you!

This was my third visit to the clinic and I had another positive experience. The online vaccine appointment booking system was very easy and efficient. Once we got to the clinic, all the staff was friendly and helpful. They were quick and knew what they were doing. The doctors are also very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Great clinic! I got my vaccine from the clinic and the whole process was seamless. Everyone was professional, competent and very nice.

I am just so unsatisfied with the care that the doctors have for their patients. Its sad to say that sadly they just see you as a number these day.

Thank you Bolton for providing the best programs for children with Autism! From Assessments, Diagnosis and Programs, all of the Doctor's are truly amazing! Keep it up and thank you for making a difference in our child and family's life!

Great clinic! Dr. Haleem has this way of making you feel comfortable around her. Very kind and friendly staff. Clean and spacious place as well.

The upstairs doctor office is horrible. People will call and ask if doctor ontime. They’ll say yes and never be. Literally waited 2 hours for an appointment for 3 mins. It’s the worst doctor office I’ve ever been too. Do not go here. Also they’re accepting new patients doctor Sophie but can’t even see her ones in the waiting room all the time.

I’ve witness doctor Sophie or Sophia come in 15-30 mins late each appointment. Make sure if you book a 10 o’clock appointment don’t go in until 10: 40 that’s when she’ll take you anyways.

The doctors within this practice are very helpful. However, they are very bad at scheduling patients in and have horrible time management. Anytime I have been to see my doctor (when I can get in that is) I have been left to wait in the room for an hour. I understand that I am not the only patient and am leinient towards that however, they need to schedule patients in with longer appointment times if they are going to take this long. Very unimpressed.
