I cant thank Doris and the team of Doctors at this location enough. Patient, kind, and attentive, they really care about every person that walks through their door. Its refreshing to see such care in this modern era, highly recommend to anyone unsure.

I love this clinic. New owner is amazing and her and her staff really care about people. I will never go anywhere else. I came in after waiting for another clinic to get back to me for 3 days and they got my X-ray and ultrasound results right away and took me right away for the results. Love them I highly recommend this clinic

Went into walk in clinic at opening hours. Was told it was a three hour wait when there was only one other patient waiting. Why have a ´ walk in’ clinic when you can’t serve patients within an hour or less of waiting? They told me to wait for a call four hours later. They ended up calling me 30 mins before their closing time. Pathetic service. I drove over to the next nearest clinic and was able to see a doctor within 20 mins of arrival. Don’t go here! Waste of travel time!

Dr Simmons is the best! Super kind super patient and very knowledgeable. Not sure what all the complaints are around the receptionist, if you can imagine getting 500 calls a day, I feel they handle it well.

Our health care system is deteriorating and they are slowly pushing us all into privatization. We will be turned into the USAs health care system where the insurance companies are in control of our lives and health care.

This place is not a walk in! They screen their patients. If they don’t want to take you, they send you home.even if you have been waiting to see a doctor. Dr. Simmons screens you. I had my 2 year old to check her ears, He heard her sneeze and apparently her sneeze made her too sick to be seen? Does that make any sense? Dr Simmons denied her treatment and asked his receptionist to make me go home to have a phone appointment to go over the reason of my appointment…I went from being first in line to having to wait for a phone call appointment. How does this doctor call himself a doctor and in my case how do you dx an ear infection over the phone? I wonder what special powers he must have to see ear infections through phone calls, what a waste of peoples time. When I challenged the receptionist the only answer I got was yes he can see ear infections on the phone. She looked at me like I was the crazy one. What a joke. The receptionist also brings her dog into the clinic, how is that even allowed? Not only was she rude, she is so condescending. These patients are in serious trouble at this clinic, There are much better clinics in the area with way more considerate and empathetic doctors. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to run, the practice is unethical and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

This "walk-in" clinic hasn't really walks-in, you have to call them in advance — the door is locked and they won't let you in during their business hours. And they never pick up the phone! I have placed 22 (!) calls within two hours when they were supposed to be open, and they have never answered! WHY ARE THEY TREATING PATIENTS LIKE THAT? ! The most disrespectful clinic.

Incompetent staff, front desk lady is extremely rude and not helpful at all. They never answer the call and if you walk in they are always either fully booked or closed. I booked an appointment over the phone and when I got there the lady told me that they are fully booked and when i told her that i had called then she said 'oh, okay'. I would not recommend this walk in clinic to anyone.please avoid going their.even the doctors are rude.

Since the receptionist has retired and they brought two girls instead of her it's awful.
The one that was working here for years was making waiting lines on the phone, phone the 5 nearest in line so they could park and call them again when their line is up. Obviously she was doing above and beyond and I wish she enjoys her retirement that she well deserves.
Now. It's different.
First of all they lied to me on the phone saying the office is empty and there is no one there so I should come.
Then she sent me and my one year old to wait in the car because there are only two people in front of us (which I never asked). I could see she's lying so we did Tim's drive thru, 30 minutes later I called again and aksed how long will the two patient take since my son's nap is coming up and I just want to be aware of the actual time line.
She then said I can come in and she'll let me in because there are two people in front of me (again, nor that I asked that information but it seems that the doctor spends an hour with each patient by the information coming from her). I'm still waiting for the doctor and that's an hour and a half later.

I just don't understand why are you lying? ! Why do you think it's okay to lie to patients?

My God people.stop complaining! Personally I think your reading into what you call the "rudeness" or whatever all wrong. I just don't see it.a busy clinic like that doesn't have time to worry about your sensitivity, they need to get "sick" people seen the "same day"! Your didn't go to your own doctor because either he/she couldn't get you in the same day or wasn't in at all.think about that.
I'm just glad this clinic is there when I can't get to my doctor. The complaints are ridiculous.its all about rudeness.how about "why" you went? !
Anyway I just had to say something because I for one am glad they are here!

I love this clinic and Dr Leo is by far the best doctor my husband and I have had. For those who posted negative reviews, it is important to understand that it is a very busy place. Having said that I have never been disrespected or spoken to in a rude manner. In fact, they have always done their best to accommodate me. I understand that we all have different experiences but what I have learned in life is that if you give respect then you will receive respect. Thank you Bolton walk in for all you do. Maria and Mark

One star just because of front desk receptionist, she’s very rude, I was there by 10: 30am and her attitude was not acceptable at all, as my girl was taking magazines from table to chair and receptionist was like where’s my magazines in a rude tone and later she threw all the magazines.

All the comments about the receptionist are blown out of proportion, she’s a nice woman, firm but will answer your questions, and for the amount of people this clinic deals with and the work she does on the front line, what more do you want? Doctors are fantastic and this is a great walk-in clinic, people just expect to be coddled I think

To the Owner:
Your response to the feedback from patients is not effective. Ideally, the right thing to do is to apologize for their experience and promise to do better as you are in the business of health care. If your receptionist is getting so many negative feedback, then guess what people will not take their precious time writing your for your help hoping to fix this. I have encountered her wrath on the phone but personally chose to ignore as it's not worthy my time.

However based on your responses to patients, I truly believe there should be accountability on your part as the "Owner". I work in healthcare and our Values are "Compassion, Empathy and Professionalism", clearly sir/madam these are sadly missing from your philosophy of care and commitment to the members of the community you serve.

Receptionist is very rude. Too bad, because the doctors are probably good. I called today at 1: 45 PM, knowing that this is a walk in clinic, but I wasn't sure how things were being handled with COVID-19. I said, good afternoon, and politely asked if they are taking appointments. I was told, "you put your name down and we call you back". That wasn't the rude part. I can understand that. I continued to explain that I can't come today but I was calling to inquire, and would put my name down another day. I asked, "what are your hours daily? ". She snapped back, "Well it depends! Every day is different". I said ok thank you, I understand that, which is why I'm asking (I asked this question because I work a corporate job and the day I would call, would depend on my daily meetings). She was very snarky, condescending, and downright rude.quickly and irritatedly rambled off each day, with the hours, in a rude manner that I no one could ever keep up with my pen and paper. I managed to get two days written down (I think, I wrote them correct!?) but honestly she was so rude and snappy that I don't even want to go back there. I will find somewhere else to visit. Customer service skills of the front desk staff leave much to be desired. Seems to be the common theme on this thread, and I experienced it first hand today.

This has nothing to do with 'punishment'. It's your job to manage the expectations of your patients. All we can do is click on the "See our Hours of Operation" button and conclude that you are accepting "walk-in" visitors until the time listed, which happened to be 8: 00pm on the date in question. I now understand your booking system - only after the neighbouring pharmacist kindly explained it to me - but these important details should be prominently featured on your website, not buried at the bottom of your "Services" page. This is an easy fix that would prevent the clinic from having to continually defend itself. (Some objective feedback from a local citizen.)

Dr. Simons is an amazing doctor but extremely rude and unprofessional front desk. Even if you are busy there is no need to be rude. We were there at 1 PM and the clinic closes at 2 pm. It's name is bolton walk in clinic but we were told that its not a walk in clinic and were denied right to register. People coming after us registered without issues.

Extremely, extremely rude lady that answers phone. She is horrible hung up on me for no reason. She has always been this way every time I have had to go there. Very disappointing. Happened today in New Years Day so whichever lady was working you are horrible!

This place is great (doctors, owners and organizazion). The only shadow is the extremely rude and terrible receptionist (NOT the owners that work on the front sometimes, they are synthetic but very efficient and polite). Without her this place would be a 6 stars!

Doctors are absolutely wonderful and caring. There is one front desk receptionist who is extremely insensitive and rude. She makes things unnecessarily difficult. My experience got worse and worse each time

New to the area, this is my second time visiting the the clinic. The first time I learned they prefer you call ahead and was provided with a business card and hours of operation.

Business card states on Sundays the hours are 9am-2pm. I called at 9: 05am on a Sunday morning after being sick for several day’s and fevering etc. I called thankful that I could wait at home.

Around 12pm I called just to check in and asked in a very polite way where my name was on the list and that I had called when the clinic opened at 9am. I was rudely interrupted and told in a very abrupt manner that they opened at 8am and that mentioning that I called at 9am wasn’t going to “help me any” - then I was told there are 33 people ahead of you. I’ll call you and was hung up on.

I can’t imagine what type of response I would have received if I was even the slightest bit short considering the response I received being kind.

I don’t require a response from “the owner” whom I’m sure is the receptionist. I just want to say that I work in customer service - you need to be patient. The woman working at this clinic should consider another line of work or retirement. Just plain rude for NO reason.

Ive been coming here for atleast five years and havent had a bad experience. The receptionist was always nice and the doctors were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I love that i can call in, it saves me so much time. The only thing I didnt like was there wasnt any place to leave my urine sample, i was told to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes holding it. Every other walk in I've been to has a designated area to leave it which I find is much more professional. Other than that though I have been very happy with this walk in.

Dr Leo Trigazis is by far the best doctor ever. He is compassionate, kind and caring. My sons and I have been coming to the clinic for years.

Doris and Emma are also great. Friendly, understanding and kind. I love the fact that you can call in register and they will call you when it’s your turn. That way I don’t have to sit in an office feeling unwell.

I have seen a lot of people lose their temper because of the occasional wait time. People get it together. You should all be grateful that we have an amazing walk in clinic. It’s busy because we have a great doctor. It’s a walk in clinic. The doctor does his best. You never know what someone has and how long it will take. So be grateful and patient.

The office is friendly and clean. Remember to treat people the way you would like to be treated and you will be amazed.

Stop being so rushed to judge. Things happen that are out of our control at times.

I am truly grateful for the BOLTON Walk in Clinic and you all should be as well Thank you for the amazing work you do BOLTON walk in clinic. All of you, thank you

Best to call and have them call you back to minimize waiting. Otherwise professional, clean and I had a great doctor. Not sure what all the 1 stars are about? Seriously complaining about free health care? Give your heads a shake.

We always use this clinic- For the 11 years we’ve been in Caledon. Even after we moved up close to the Orangeville area, I drive down. Having 4 kids, I so appreciate the ability to call in. The dr’s are really great usually and we have no complaints, always give the scripts and tests we need. (Not narcotics). Yes sometimes the wait is long. But come on you complaining people, walkin clinics are ALWAYS busy. You can thank the Ontario gov for the poor pay and pressure that drives Canadian trained GP’s away. Owners are efficient and do their best I think, but Bolton is growing, busier and busier with more ppl escaping GTA, nothing to be done other than just be patient. If you think this place is bad, try going to Brampton and Mississauga clinics and then compare- like night and day.

I really do not care for how the owner responds to the reviews that is left even though they are constructive critisim to attempt to make the buissness better as a whole. The wait times are a problem even if you have the best doctors in the world. It is annoying. I have gone there for 2 and half to 3 years when I did live up there.
But if the owner can not handle such remarks. Do not read the reviews. Or respond to them in any mannor. It makes you look foolish, it makes you look like you are arrogant and above it all, like it is all on us that your buissness is garbage in some areas. Instead of being apart of the problem. Be apart of the solution. Take it upon yourself to understand that these comments are not supposed to hurt you directly, So stop being incredibly childish and taking them so personally. (Execpt for mine. Mine you are supposed to take personally because of the fact i noticed how you respond and treat people which is deplorable considering you are such a "great" buissness owner who never has any "problems " with their buissness.) But you should take it upon yourself to not treat us so deplorably because we do not have to come to this little hick clinic if we do not choose to. Theres so many other places. But I assume you dont want to go under. I personally would just start treating other better and maybe take the complaints and see where the buissness might be falling flat of our/your expectations. Ontop of that the cool system of calling a head is pretty cool too. But it does cause some level of a problem. But many people do like that system. Maybe theres a way to make all of this run smoother? Or maybe hire more doctors. I dont run the buissness you do. But these comments are supposed to be put to good use for someone like the owner. But, the owner cant get past it not being a personal attack to even consider that there might be a problem. Hmm. That stinks of a terrible owner. Maybe just relax, and just think about the comments, and how they can improve things. You dont even have to. They are just suggestions. But good ones because they are coming from. YOUR customers. But stop responding to them so negatively at least. As it puts more of a dent and smears your name, giving you whats known as a bad reputation. Then you will loose customers. Eventually closing. All because you were mean to people online and did nothing to fix your clinic when all of us showed you what we THE CUSTOMERS thought were wrong.

Didn’t realize that you are limited to how many symptoms you can see the Dr.for at a walk-in clinic.
Was just there for my son who had a few concerns for three different separate issues, and was told by Dr. T, that because of the time (3: 00 Sunday pm) I was lucky that he heard two of the three of my concerns.
I certainly don’t expect you to be working around the clock, but my concerns were quick and not hospital emergency worthy, and my family doctor is in T. O.
Gees, I thought that’s what Walk-in clinics were for.
Not to mention front desk mood swings.
Sad, i’ve always seen past all that, but today was unprofessional on the doctors part.
Highly doubt you’ll be seeing me or my family there again.

The wait times can be long but on tje plus side they allow you to call in and be put on the wait list and give you an idea how long that is. That way people aren't having to sit in the clinic for a long time. Have always gotten good care here.

The owners of this place are extremely rude. They’re usually there on weeeknds. The wife is arrogant and condisending. She also continually argues with her husband every time I’ve been there. I hate going there and giving them business but I trust the doctors that practise there. It’s a shame that business owners can be so rude and still have a large clientele. If they lose their current doctors they will lose their patients.

I wrote a poor review earlier. I was upset as the service was so slow. I really like that we can call in ahead and come in when it is our turn to see the doctor. I find it very frustrating when I get a call and am told come in right away it is your turn and then have to wait for an hour or more to see the doctor after rushing in as it was my turn. I don't know how that works, but if it is an average of 10 min a patient then calling in 6 patients at a time means that the patient who arrives at the clinic the last of those 6 has to wait for an hour in the waiting room. It would seem fair to call in 3 or maybe 4 at a time so that there are not these long long waits in the waiting room. That is very frustrating. It has only been a problem recently before now and when the owners are working I haven't had this problem. It has only been recently when the owners aren't working.

But I have to say that overall this clinic is outstanding. They offer an incredible service to our community. The owners are hard working and diligent and caring. They have worked here for many years and I many many people in our community are deeply grateful for the service they provide. I would never go to a different walk in clinic. And I go to this walk in clinic often - because family doctors are so darn difficult to see and rarely offer effective or timely service for anyone who is working or needs a doctor out of hours. So despite any frustrations with waiting times at this clinic. I have to say they are amazing

And the doctors are amazing. They will care for you with pretty much anything. They don't turn away anything. They will take the time to find out what is troubling you and will extend themselves to offer the best service and help with the most difficult of problems - including problems that are really outside the extended role of walk in clinics. I have the upmost respect for them, and found them to offer a professional, respectful and extensive service to me and my family time and time again. I have had to visit them many times this fall with sickness in my family and they have been outstanding.
