Bombay Palace Restaurant And Banquets

One of the best indian restaurants in Brampton. The food is amazing and delicious as always. They do offer dinner buffet at a really good price. I will for sure prefer Bombay Palace over any other buffer place in town. You can also order from their A la carte menu if you dont want buffet. The only complaint we had was that the food came in parts and not all at once. Other than that, nice ambiance and wonderful staff.

Last night was truly fantastic, and I want to express my gratitude to Gaurav for his invaluable help. His assistance made the evening unforgettable. Thank you, Gaurav!

I would like to start off by saying ”Thank You So Much” to all the staff members and management at Bombay Palace, Brampton. I am a DJ by profession, everytime I came to this place to perform, get excellent service. They coordinates really good to all outside vendors. Moreover the food was really delicious, space is realy good.
To be honest This Banquet was one of the most Gorgeous Venues I’ve ever seen. They have two beautiful halls.
So again Thank You so much for helping me everytime.

We have been to this restaurant few times and we like their food. Today I called in to enquire about their party hall and I believe it was their manager on call (no name provided).

The worst experience you can imagine to have from a manager of such a good reviewed restaurant.

- No sense of hospitality
- Rude behavior
- Disconnected call
- No patience to hear

Needless to say, this experience left a sour taste in our mouths. We were looking for a venue that would provide a pleasant and accommodating experience, but instead, we encountered a manager who seemed completely disinterested in our business. It's disappointing when a restaurant manager, who is typically expected to provide a warm and welcoming environment, behaves in such an inhospitable manner.

We have decided to take our event planning elsewhere and will not be returning to Bombay Palace due to this unfortunate encounter with the manager. I hope the management takes note of the impact that one individual's behavior can have on potential customers and takes steps to ensure a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

Excellent Indian Buffet. Very authentic. All the items were delicious. I loved their chaat, tandoori chicken salad, chilly chicken and paneer items the most. They serve freshy baked naan (including garlic naan) directly to the table. The interior is nice, and staffs are cordial.

It's simply superb. We felt like in India. They served various varieties of food in the buffet with good taste. Love the Ambience.

Very nice venue for a small wedding reception. Food was good, service was excellent but I felt that the owner could have been a little more accommodating. Overall I would recommend Bombay Palace to friends and family.

We threw a last minute engagement party during phase 3 and the hall owner, Manprit, was the most helpful, kindest and patient soul. I have never met a more professional and efficient staff. Everything was perfect, from the hall, the ambience to the food and staff. Best place to throw a party. Thank you so much for your out-of-this-world hospitality! We will definitely be visiting here frequently.

Dining experience from September 2021, they might have a number of items in buffet but stand stand out or something you want crave for again for second serve. Vegetarian Starters were below average. Soups or drinks were not part of buffet. No innovation in food at all. Traditional menu. Music average, all in all Would recommend to stay away. 2stars for peaceful family time that night.

We had a lovely experience at Bombay Palace today. The food was so delicious and there were so many buffet options to choose from. The lamb curry / paneer / butter chicken / hakka style food / chaat papri and garlic naan were on point and so much more! In addition to that.the service was exceptional. Special thank you to Deepak and owner Manpreet for their professionalism and class.

The service was great, the food was well made and met our dietary requirements. The renovations make the place look much more modern, and it was quite clean. We did table service not buffet.

Service was immaculate. All the staff were super friendly. They offered many different options of appetizers (veggie and non veggie options). In their buffet they had many different curries and everything was delicious. This is definitely a gem and I am going back for sure.

We also got their mango lassi which was amazing!

We booked a birthday lunch for about 50 relatives in a private room just after restaurants reopened for indoor dining in July. Manprit was very professional and went above and beyond to make the occasion amazing. We received many comments from our guests that the food was delicious and very well prepared. Thanks to the staff for all your help!

After a long time we had buffet and we really enjoy it. Server was so nice with us. Food was average. Other thing restaurant should change their cutlery and plates which I found not shiny. Do not order vergin mojito. It was pure lemon juice.

Bombay Palace is the standard for all other banquet halls in the GTA. All our guests kept talking about how great the food is. Many guests said this was the best food they’ve ever had at any banquet hall. The owner Manprit, is one of the most professional businessmen I have ever encountered. He is caring, considerate and passionate about what he does. He also has a great sense of humour. His staff were all friendly and did everything they could to make our event a success. Thank you Manprit and the Bombay Palace team!

Best restaurant with great staff and down to earth owner…it was the first time to visit Toronto, Brampton and searching for best Indian food was very difficult until I find this Palace…everything was perfectly made and served. Glad to see respectful senior staff presenting amazing food with suggestive selling and great standards of hygiene.

Today I had buffet here with family. The food is mediocre but the service is excellent. It really shows in their servicing style that they care about the clients and wants to put their best. This place also gives ‘fine dining’ restaurant vibes. A little bit of improvement in their food taste will make them the best Indian restaurant of GTA.

Yesterday i went for buffet. I Was really excited about it, Expected a lot but unfortunately it didnot turn out to be a memory to cherish. As i am allergic to mushrooms so I checked there menu before going and they did not had any food item that had mushrooms.when i started with my main course, i could not resist the matar paneer but when i started eating, i found mushrooms in it on which the restaurant agreed that mushrooms were accidentally slipped into matar paneer from the kitchen. When i spoke to them about it, initially they resisted to accept their mistake but eventually they had to agree. I couldnot complete my meal as and returned back home and took my tablets. It was a horrible experience altogether as such acts of carelessness could not be expected from highly reputed places like Bombay Palace.

Very intimate and elegant atmosphere. Service was very attentive. Had their buffet and everything I tried (which was most) was excellent quality. Will definitely go back.

Was here with friends. The food is really good. Please do not waste any food. Evertything is uo to the mark for a all you can eat.

I chose Bombay Palace for catering for my wedding and with all the covid changes Manprit has been so understanding and professional to work with. Moreover the food his team provided was AMAZING, everyone loved it (indian, non-indian guests). He provided wonderful suggestions on the menu, and our family will continue to go to Bombay Palace for all our catering!

I live in Toronto and come to brampton for 2 days. And both the days I come here and grab the food. Recently, the patio is also open now. The ambiance is wonderful and the management and staff is so amazing and respectful. The food quality is so delectable. Honestly; worth it and totally recommend.

Wow best mango shake in town. Noor took my order and he made the experience great and pleasant. The quality in his shake I literally had to buy another one.

FOOD WAS NOT FRESH. WE HAD BUFFET LAST WEEKEND. NO SALAD NO FRUITS, NO YOUGART. WE RECEIVED BILL BEFORE DESSERT. BOMBAY PALACE GOING DOWN.

I went there with my friends for dinner. Everything was going good, foods was so so, but what happened at last, no one can imagine that. First i thought he was kidding with us but the server over there asked for tip forcefully and more he asked that you have to pay minimum 10 dollars for tip. That was very unprofessional and rude. Authorities immediately need to take steps about this or else they'll start to loose business.

Had the buffet here many many times. Butter chicken, garlic Naan, and everything else on the menu is spectacular.

Great Quality and taste. We ordered from Bombay Palace for the first time around 2 weeks back and have ordered 4 times since then. Thanks to Manpreet ji and the team for a the awesome food

Sorry to say the food was a biggest disappointment - we got the buffet back in the days - NONO it wasn't worth the money. I liked the dessert but no. The place wasn't even clean.
