The quality and quantity of the food was excellent, but very disappointing after see the bill, in which they has charged for the take out boxes, never seen that before. What they are expecting from the customer, leaves the left over food?
Can’t believe it, specially when you spend more than $200.00.

The food is great my new wife, her family and myself came for a nice dinner. We were seated quickly. The server is very nice. The food came rather quickly and everything was hot and fresh.

My only two suggestions are these:

The food comes quick, but the dishes build up and one quickly runs out of room for the next dishes. Please have someone come and take used dishes often.

The booths and tables move quite easily, it would be good to bolt them down or affix them to the floor, just to keep things from moving around.

I really liked it here, and I look forward to bringing my wife and family here again as we are close by. The food and servers were great, so I say 4.5

I wait 25 minutes but nobody comes to me to take reorder from me. That's worst experience

I have tried many indian restaurants in Hamilton, and Bombay Touch tops it all. It's simply the best!

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I ordered chicken tandoori which was tasteless and the butter chicken was full of sugar-should be called sugar chicken instead of butter chicken.

Their malai kofta is amazing.and so is their chicken dishes. Tried another restaurants around Stoney Creek and these guys do Indian dishes the best

Just picked up a samosa chaat for lunch. Damn. It was the best I have had in the area. So much flavour and colour. I think this will be a weekly lunch stop now.

I ordered today mix veg curry via online for pickup and they charged me $14.68 and when I went at restaurant for pickup, i saw $10 price on menu card. They have different prices on menu card and on their own website. This is totally unethical. I have never seen these different prices at other restaurants. I strongly not recommend ordering online at this place ever. They are making people fool. In pickup order, there should not be any service charge and the guy at the counter said for curries they put extra service charge for ordering through website EVEN FOR PICKUP ORDER. I think this is UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Horrible momos. Worst shape I have ever seen for Momos. Uncooked, bad taste. Never recommend this to anyone.
Save yourself and choose some other place.

After reading the good reviews I decided to try this restaurant. After trying I doubt of all those good reviews are referring to the same place. Seriously worst food ever.

Seriously good curries - lamb vindaloo was spicy but not too hot, aloo gobi was delicious - portions were huge. I will defintely be getting take out from here again

They do Dhansak which is a little more rare, that 5* for that alone. And the Dhansak is so tasty! Naan bread is not overdone which you sometimes get. Great food, nice folks, clean and friendly.

I got takeout from here tonight and the food was amazing! Very nicely made Indian cuisine dishes that taste amazing and given in good quantity and nicely packed. Highly recommend!

Worst food ever not worthy. Yesterday I ordered g Dr or pick up they give me uncooked food stay away from here

One of the finest Indian restaurants in the Creek. Food is delicious and the quantity satisfying. Their Dosa's are amazing as well as their lunch time Thali's. If you are ever in Stoney Creek I would recommend Bombay Touch.

Online menu of Tandoori platter says 20.99.but' when u call, its 27.99.

This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I go to a lot of restaurants but here I go the most. The team is very chummy and the food they offer is so delicious. I would always prefer to have a decent dinner here. I recommend this place with pleasure.

I’ve gotten their vegetable samosas multiple times and I love them! Fast, fresh, and delicious!

They put Yogurt in stuffed Golgappa which was not mentioned on the menu and it was so soft and saggy when I opened it after the pickup. Ordered a Dry veg Manchuria and it came to be a Manchuria curry fully drowned in liquid gravy. When I called and gave the review they were so arrogant did not even consider the feedback.

I just picked up a masala Dosa. Someone posted on FB that you sold them. I only ever went to Mississauga to squash my craving. OMG! Your Dosa was delicious! I would have liked to have a bigger portion of samba and coconut chutney.but other than that.pure perfection!

I ordered for delivery. Everything was hot and fresh and tasty. The vindaloo was very good and met my expectations. The appetizers were tasty. I would definitely go here again.

I ordered ahead to place an order for pickup. The food was steaming hot and fresh. I absolutely loved the vegetable Thali.
The staff who took my order was very accommodating as I made a curry change in the Thali. I would 100% recommend this place for good Indian food.

This is easily Hamilton's premier authentic Indian cuisine restaurant. Average order time is 45 mins for any order for 2 people, but this restaurant does not compromise its quality to push orders out of the kitchen and is always worth the wait. Take a journey with any item on the menu, this place will not disappoint

The management has changed several times but for the better. Visited a month ago when dine in was still permitted. I loved the food and the staff were super attentive. Would definitely visit for the ambiance when indoor dining is permitted again!

Menu board priced my food total at $36, she announced my total as $44. I questioned the difference and was told “the menu board is old”, I informed her the posted price should be what I pay. Got home to notice that $56 was charged to my debit. My fault for assuming the total and using tap. Won’t be back, they got me once, won’t happen again. Chicken was fantastic, Korma was meh, and Naan was equivalent to that of a grocery store. Watch your prices people! Also this was my second visit and both times I waited for order to be ready despite ordering ahead.

Absolutely delicious and you won't find a better value in the city. The portion sizes are massive and the quality is great.

This place is amazing. Everything I got was top notch. They're so good, I'm willing to try stuff I never have before and I can pretty much be assured that it's going to be amazing. I will be going back here again for sure. 10/10

This place sells authentic Indian taste with incredible hospitality. There appetizers are delicious and curries are full of flavors. Must recommend place.

Horrible customer service, the beer was warm and she offered ice. Waited an hour for food and the cutlery wasn’t clean. Food wasn’t not expected what we ordered it came out cold when we were told they were making it fresh. I do not recommend this place.

We’ve eaten here 3 or 4 times in the last year; the food is delicious, the service friendly and the space is comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Lots of good vegetarian choices including several paneer dishes, and great appetizers. There is also a South Indian part to the menu with dosas and uthappas which we have yet to explore (only because we can’t resist the old favourites from the main menu). Bombay touch also specializes in Indian deserts to eat there or to go. Our children love the food (pani puri, chilli paneer, the dal, the bread). Highly recommended.

Best Samosa's. I regularly order a bunch to have for dinner or just as a snack. They are really tasty and great hot or cold. Love that this place is so close to where I live!

I have booked for my birthday party and it was my amazing experience. They arranged very nicely. Thank you for everything Bombay touch.

Terrible customer service, I have to wait for 30 minutes for one uthappa and that also they made it wrong, size and quantity are like pricey comedy show that you don't like but you already get inside and can't really go out.

Just ambience doesn't make a place good, food must reflect for the price.

My wife and I have been several times at both the old an new location. The quality and value of the dishes on their menu has always been excellent.
According to other reviewers the service is lacking. I somewhat agree. I would consider the servers to be polite and friendly but inexperienced. The quality of the food makes up for everything else.
Our go-to dishes are the Butter Chicken and Fish Tikka. The naan bread is always fresh and warm.

First visit to the Bombay Touch, very nice atmosphere. Clean, quiet and comfortable with excellent staff. I've had Indian cuisine before, but never like this. Amazing food today the least. Everything was cooked amazing and the flavors were so tasty. This will be my new go to Indian eatery for sure. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends. They really take pride in what they make. If you're looking for something new to tantalize your tastebuds, then please go and have a meal here. You definitely will not be disappointed.

The people here are very rude. As far as i am concerned they have no class. And u should really watch what u say. The worst place in Hamilton.

They carry south Indian foods too which is great since I was searching for idli for almost 3 weeks with little luck in Hamilton. Food was fine. Service although slow was courteous and professional. All in all experience was great. Haven't tried the meat dishes yet

Waiting for my food more than 45 minutes. Very very poor service.as they donot show any care for their customers. Also the customers are waiting at front desk but Nobody is there to take order.

I visited Bombay Touch for lunch today. Bombay Touch has a terrific tali plate at lunch. Vegetarian and non -vegetarian tali are available. There is a good selection of curries and rice. The naan bread is terrific. Lunch tali is served until about 330 pm. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My boyfriend and I went late at night, service was unorganized as they were tight on staff this evening however they were able to demonstrate great customer service for us and were polite! With time I'm sure they will be better organized:). The food was delicious as I recommend the Pani Puri for a yummy appetizer and curry dishes and of course the naan bread. The parking maybe busy in the day and evening as there are other restaurants near by however it's less busy in the night. Definitely recommend this place for anyone willing to try great Indian food:) I enjoyed my second visit here and will plan more visits soon!
