Very nice place. Food is good. Staff was very kind and arranged a small B'day surprise for us.

Excellent food and customer service. Paneer tikka masala and dal tadka is recommended dishes.

Just went here for dinner with my brother and dad today for the first time and it was so good! The food was great especially the thali dish. The customer service was amazing! Rakesh was so friendly as was the rest of the staff. I will definitely be coming back!

The water was leaking all over from the container into the bag, the poor delivery driver had no idea and said this is how the restaurant handed it to him and he put it straight into his bag. The order was so slow that it took over 1 hour to hand it over, the driver said he was waiting for over 30 mins. How long does it take to pack already made food? The puri tasted like it was store bought or cooked 10 years ago. Literally the worst pani puri I’ve ever tasted. 0/10.

Went there yesterday with my wife and son. Location has lots of parking, clean tables, We decided to stay on the outdoor patio, friendly and fast service. Now to the food.wow simply amazing! If you are in the area this is a must try place you will become a regular. Anytime me and my family / friends are craving delicious quality Indian cuisine we will definitely be coming here. You now have some long term customers:)

My favourite Indian restaurant in York Region. The food is amazing and the owner and his wife are like family. We visit at least once a month!

Went here for fathers day. The food was surprisingly very good. We had our doubts because the place didn't look exactly like fine dining, but the food was outstanding. Fish/Chicken Tikka and Butter Chicken were all great. I recommend trying the Cheetah Indian Beer it has a mango flavour which was pleasant with the food.

Such a lovely restaurant. The owners are so cute and sweet and hospitable. We really enjoyed the food. I will recommend this restaurant to all my friends! Thank you.

I had lamb thaali and my husband had chicken thaali with butter roti. I asked mine extra spicy and It was soooo good. Ppl who likes spicy, or who can't do any spicy just ask the server. The staffs are really nice and friendly.
At lunch time, it was pretty empty, but I saw people constantly come and pick up their takeout.
The price is very reasonable and it is a big portion too.

Food is delicious and gives authentic indian cuisine taste. I loved it alott. I ordered Masala Dosa and Paneer kadhai and both of them were really awesome. Best place to go there for Dosa. Moreover, service was also friendly and quite helpful. Must try!

We have never been disappointed, on the contrary, every time they have exceded with the food and service; it is our special occasion restaurant but we should really visit more often! Something for everyone, vegan or not!

Worst Indian food I’ve ever had. Way overpriced for what you get and very mediocre quality food. Better off trying any other place.

We ordered a takeout from Bombay Touch: lamb karahi and butter shrimp. Delicious! We've been to Bombey Touch before Covid, so it's great to see that the restaurant survived the pandemic and the quality is still as good as it was before.

They messed up my order, they included Coke Zero instead of Regular Coke, they didn’t include the dessert I paid for, and the package was poorly package the biryani spilled all over the bag, they are very unorganized and messy.

Highly recommended. Amazing food and service. Comfy atmosphere and clean. Reasonable price for good quality. I'll definitely go back to dine in.

This used to be my favourite place for Malai Kofta and Garlic Naan few months back.
They came up with some recent updates in portion served. Unfortunately, they have lessen the portion being served. Slightly disappointed with it.

Very slow for online orders, they focus on Uber eats and other. Not for regular customers ordering, when I placed the order it says 35 minutes to be ready, took 55 minutes plus, only says sorry for the delay. Nothing else, no complements or anything.

After a little hiccup in the beginning, we had a great experience at Bombay Touch. The food was very good and the service improved, with Miss Lakshmi providing apologies for the issues and taking care of it immediately. The quality of food was good and the chicken tikka masala was awesome! The chaat papri was good and overall flavour profiles were good. They were quite busy with take out orders. My only thought would be to make sure that the support staff is knowledgeable about drinks and also keeping the dining area a little cleaner. I highly recommend this place! Don’t forget to follow me!
