LOVE this place. The people are so nice and the food is fantastic across the board. Highly recommend as the best Indian Food in Burlington without a doubt.

I order regularly on line and we have enjoyed the food. I received my order without rice and I phoned to report the error, the person I spoke to said the menu changed and rice side is not included with meals, but the on line order system didn’t indicate this change.
I was disappointed to see the prices go up for butter chicken and you have to buy rice in addition. AI travel out of my way to buy from Chutney but your value for the $ is now ridiculous. All Indian restaurants I order from offer a side with the dish and I think you miss calculated your business strategy. Customers be warned.

Hello I’ve been ordering from here quite often in the last year, it’s my treat food in this insanely expensive climate, and I love your food and service. I called tonight to order and found out you now charge for the naan/rice that usually comes with the butter chicken. I’m so disappointed by this, you took away an item you normally include and then kept the price at the same amount. I use to drive 15 minutes out of my way (there are 2 places 5 minutes from me) but I won’t be returning now. I understand this time is also difficult for restaurants just like us but charging for bread/rice now is ridiculous. I wish you all the best and happy holidays

Third class restaurant… if they think that they can’t service people by 910pm, then they should start telling people that they close by 10pm.

I paid $75 for 3 dishes and it was horrible! Nobody liked the food, the roti and Naan was hard and the portions were tiny! Like are you kidding me? ! Charging so much for such small portions. I suggest you go elsewhere and get food that actually tastes good for a cheaper price.

I spent $50 and only got 2 extremely small portions of vindaloo curry and 2 naan and it doesn't even come with rice and that's fifty dollars before tax. Egregiously overpriced and brutal that you don't even get rice with it for that price. Would have never ordered from here if I knew that. Will never order from here again.

Food was amazing! We ordered Hot Appetizer Platter and taste was pretty good. Also, service from Seema was pretty good too, she was super friendly and had a great attitude.

We were a party of four visiting Bombay’s Chutney in Burlington, ON today for lunch! Outstanding experience, great warm hospitality, and divine food and exceptional service! The butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, palak paneer, tadka dal, aloo gobhi, channa bhatura, and garlic naan, butter naan, tandoori roti, and zeera rice made it a gastronomic delight! The mango lassi was heavenly! Noor was a very warm and friendly server, attentive, helpful, and suggested excellent food options for us! We are going to be back from now on regularly and tell all of our friends and family about this gem of a restaurant!

I went here for dinner with my family. It was really a great experience of having such a tasty food and good service. Will visit again for sure.

Yestersday, I came this restaurant first time for dine in. The food was very delicious, great service and the food presentation was soo good. I would come back again for sure to try more dishes!

We tried mulgatwny soup and that was amazing so healthy too. We also tried kadhai paneer and paneer makhni. They are doing a great job so far. Will be back

I have been a regular since they opened like 10-15 years ago and have always loved their food and service. The items I would recommend are Fish Pakoras, Chicken wings and tikka, malai kofta, butter chicken and Lamb Karachi. They have been an absolute joy to enjoy for so many years.

One of the best restaurant in Oakville and Burlington area. I will rate 5 star to quality of food as well as the ambiance of the restaurant. Customer service is also at its best, Harnoor does the great job. Strongly Recommended!

Horrible experience.

Never in my life have I received food wrapped in a paper tissue. While I understand that my order may have been small but nothing justifies food items wrapped loosely in a paper napkin and sent.

If you cant pack food in proper take out containers then might as well shut shops

They will not reimburse you or even remake your order correctly for you when they make it incorrectly. Happened a few times. Will not be ordering from them again.

One of my favourite restaurants! We get take out regularly and dine in when we have the chance. I love the lamb curry. My husband really likes the spicy beef vindaloo. I love getting the lunch special when I can it's a great way to try more of the menu options. I appreciate that they always have mild medium and hot options so that when i am ordering something for the kiddos it's not hot.

Recommended by one of my friend, went specially from Mississauga, and Honestly it was worth it, Food was delicious and Service was great.

I asked for wings. They only had one flavour, Tandoori. They brought them to me. Nice big wings with a side of a creamy like mint sauce. One of the best wings I’ve ever had. A pint and a plate of those bad boys and you won’t be disappointed.

We went for Lunch and it was our first experience we ordered Dal Tharka Madras Chicken Prawn masala rice and nan it was the end of Lunch time at 2: 30 the service was exceptional and the food was so authentic have eaten at many Indian Cuisine Restaurants however this one exceptional overall when in Burlington it is a-must try will be going in again soon

The food and service from the two young ladies Noor and Arsh was excellent- we were concerned when the ownership changed, but everything is just as good

Take out food at its worst preparation and presentation, very small containers filled with food that we can’t eat the way they are meant to be eaten. They need to train their kitchen people probably to prepare food.

15 CAD for a worst quality so called Biryani plate. This Restaurent is bringing bad name to Indian cuisine. Don’t call it Biryani if you don’t know how to cook it. Quality and quantity both does not deserve half of 15 CAD.

Really hits the spot on a cold day. Fresh and arrives hot to the table, good portion sizes. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

My favourite restaurant to order butter chicken and naan! I have tried many places but none compare to Bombay's Chutney.

Best Indian Food ever had in Ontario. The nan was delicious and the chilli paneer is so fresh and tasty.best place to dine in. Highly recommended!

Amazing food I ever had in Canada. Every dish they serve reminds me Indian street food. Keep up the good work. Bombay Chutney's Chicken Karhai is the best one out of all dishes. Highly recommended

While initially our experience was pretty good, the last purchase and interaction was unacceptable. We ordered chilly chicken among other items and it wasn’t even close to what it is at other restaurants and back in India. Moreover, oil was dripping all over (see pic attached). I called within 5 mins of picking the item and offered to return it (as it is). Owner was not keen on understanding the concern but did offer to extend credit for that particular item. Wish they understand that it not about credit always and for customer it’s Waste of time and spoils that day’s plan too. He can keep his credit. I never went back and threw the pack in the garbage.

Just ate there the other night.went to bed that night shaking and with a fever from salmonella poisoning. Woke up the next morning feeling so sick that I had to stay home. Food was mediocre, not worth the price, and definitely not worth the sickness. Highly DO NOT recommend

Food we ordered was great and price was decent.

Ordered lunch via skip. The delivery was on time. The butter chicken express meal was good (curry and roti). The chicken biryani was mediocre but was still edible. Salad in both meals looked stale. To be safe, I may just order butter chicken and roti next time.

We were last weekend when there were only 10 people allowed in at a time. We had the loveliest lunch - our young boys were really happy with the samosas and the chicken Tikka and the beef curry. Very good service.

This place is legit amazing! The medium was a bit spicy but so delicious that it didn't matter.

The Bhel Puri is a must try and the veggie samosas are so delicious!

Absolutely fantastic. We drove 45 minutes from Niagara just to eat here, nothing else compares. Their food is always fresh and full of flavour, they also follow COVID protocols very well. The #1 place for Indian food, thank you Bombay's Chutney!

I have been dining here for the past 5 years. The service has been continuously great, the servers and the owner are the kindest people around in this business. They’re always checking in to make sure their customers are enjoying their food, and are quick to resolve any issues. The food is consistent in flavour throughout the years, considering I’m from Brampton the food here is 10x better in taste, quality and authenticity!

Bombay's Chutney is hands down the best Indian restaurant in the GTA. We've dined in and ordered takeout for over 10 years now. The food is always fresh and delicious and service is always great. They have many gluten free and vegan options as well. Our favourite restaurant!

Arrived to pick up my order 30 minutes after it was placed and supposed to be ready for pickup and was told I had to wait another 20 minutes. Only 5 customers inside. Obviously poorly managed

Bombay's Chutney never disappoints. We were practically lined up waiting for them to open when they came to North Burlington. Food quality is outstanding! They have raised their prices somewhat over the years but, when we have the urge for Indian food, can't imagine going anywhere else. Korma Beef is insane!

Voted #1 in Burlington year after year for a reason but, I deducted the one star just because it has gotten pricey in recent years and on a couple orders my wife's Butter chicken was a little light on the chicken. Food quality and order accuracy has consistently remained 5 star over the years

I would not say this is the best place to eat.not by any standard.first time ever i have seen a watery biryani.when asked about it "thats how the biryani is supposed to taste like. " is the response i get.naans are way too thick and they are really not that great to eat in the first place.over all just an average place with a high end restruant price.

Amazing food and excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and makes sure everything is perfect. My favourite dish here is the butter chicken highly recommend it! Definitely one of my favourite restaurants!

Such good food, always so fresh! My go to dish is the bones less chicken curry “medium” spicy, served with naan bread. Though we have moved out of the city, it’s so worth the drive back into Burlington!

I went to this place in 2015 the food was really good the ambience was nice. Went there after 4 years (cuz I don't live in Burlington) the food was still really good and the ambience nice.
Given the chance I would go there again.

Great service, best butter chicken and samosas in the area. Mango Lassi is also good and the sauce that comes with the samosas is delicious! Always one of my favourite spots!

We ordered food from here on August 22nd, 2019, and promptly regretted it. We ordered 1) lamb RoganJosh (spicy), 2) onion bhaji, and a 3) naan came with it.

1) The lamb didn't not taste like lamb, more like beef, it wasn't spicy, this restaurant does what a lot of other Indian restaurants do, add chilli to their curry to make it spicier, except they didn't cook the chilli properly so all you could taste was the uncooked red chilli which was disgusting, the whole meal was just bad, I can't even call it RoganJosh because the flavours weren't there at all.

2) the batter for the onion bhaji was good, and that about it, their onions for the bhaji were stringy, chewey, a lot like string, wasn't really that good.

3) naan, probably the worst of it all, tough super tough, it was more like a hard pita that was put into a microwave hoping it would get soft.

Overall disappointing experience, I was hoping for better food especially with the high rating which is why we went here, but I would never come back here or recommend them to anyone else, especially due to the fact that I can't call this "authentic" Indian food. Or really anywhere there off.

This is by far my favourite Indian restaurant. I don’t live anywhere close to Burlington but for the most part I always make it a priority to order food from here because I always know it will be good. The food is delicious! The staff are all welcoming and kind. They do their jobs well and they keep the restaurant clean and tidy! I definitely recommend this restaurant for everyone! Please try it, as it will change your experience in fine Indian dining.

Best Indian food in town. We have been been regular visitors for at least 9 years now. The price has gone up over the years but the quality is still the same.

Had papdi chaat. Disappointing. Everything was cold. Potatoes, Chick peas, red chutney, white dahi. Not mixed at all. Red chutney made to the bottom of cup, then had a mix of potatoes and peas in the middle with 3 or 4 pieces of hard papdi (made in reused oil kind of taste) and then white dahi on top that looked like cold whipped cream. I was more disappointed that these restaurants represent taste of Indian dishes and they are not even close to it. Even the basics are missing.

The experience was quite bad. We got to the restaurant at 8: 45 and right away even before we were seated we were told that they were closing at 9: 30. Then as we order the Assorted platter, the waitress asked for the time which was 8: 50 and she basically was trying to talk us out of ordering it because it could take 20-25 mins to make in tandoor. They started closing the blinds by 9, music off by 9: 15. We were pretty much being pushed out. Not welcoming service at all.

The food was definitely not worth what we paid for. We paid over $77 plus tip for just the 2 of us. We've definitely had better for less. The garlic naan was burnt and not fluffy at at, we ordered the assorted tandoori platter medium heat and it was hardly mild.

We ordered their Hot Appetizer Platter, Assorted Tandoori Platter, Paneer Makhni, and 2 garlic naans.

The appetizer platter, the paneer and the mango Lassi were fine.

If you are looking true tasting Indian food, this is not the place. Price was moderate, quantity was good but taste was nowhere close to Indian food. Interior is pleasant, service is good.

Simply fantastic food. Service is ok - not particularly friendly, but good enough. And seriously, the food is so yummy you won't care about unsmiling servers.

Good food, tried the paneer tikka, it was really tasty. I reached the restaurant close to closing time so ordered a take out instead. Overall the food was really tasty.
