Bonafide Compounding Pharmacy

Medicines that are prepared without looking at the prescription, asking the patient what is missing when told that it is missing, and a lot of employees who do not take their jobs seriously. The result is bad service!

On November 1,2023, we visited the pharmacy upon receiving phone confirmation that they possessed the correct vaccine in stock and no appointment was necessary. Despite my 10-year-old daughter requiring a pediatric dose, they administered an adult dose, resulting in her being overdosed. Regrettably, my encounter led me to perceive the licensed pharmacist and two other staff members present that day as irresponsible and incompetent.

The Pharmacy Manager, Daniel Saad, mentioned that they would report the incident through their software and provide an update. However, I haven't received any communication from them yet, and it appears that the reporting process may not have been completed.

If you have to use this pharmacy, please be mindful and double check their work. It is my hope that no other parents endure a similar experience.

They promise you a certain time for your appointment but actually let you in two hours after! The wait time is absolutely ridiculous even for picking up a prescription. Some workers are nice but some have a condescending attitude and are unapproachable. I hope they can sort out their waiting problems because it isnt a bad pharmacy. + the doctors are fine

The pharmacy staff are always kind and friendly. They make medications for my kids when there are shortages which actually happens more then you would think. Thanks for always helping me and my family!

I can honestly say that the walk in clinic and the pharmacy is the best I have ever visited. The care and knowledge that they have is beyond amazing. They have diagnosed conditions that even a specialist could not figure out.
The pharmacy and the owner is truly genuine and cares for their patience and customers.

They have now been out families go to for doctors and prescriptions!

Daniel and Kiran and the rest of the pharmacy team work after hours to ensure we get our critical medicine filled. I can’t count how many times Daniel and Kiran have gone above and beyond by calling my doctor to ensure I get the correct prescription and the correct quantity and dosage. We are fortunate to have Daniel and Kiran who are outstanding Pharmacists here in Milton.

I can’t express how grateful I am for this pharmacy team helping us in an emergency. The Pharmacy we have been going to for years last minute told us they weren’t making our child’s extremely important medication anymore, and in very short notice Bonafide was able to make it for us just in time before we ran out. Happy to find a pharmacy that actually cares about their patients and medical care.

This pharmacy has gotten my prescription wrong every single time. The doctors are also extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend going here.

The place is always clean, and the staff are friendly and respectful. The best part is that they are competent at their work as you can feel the hard work behind their quality services.

This is truly a family pharmacy. Daniel is the Pharmacist/ Manager who’s main goal is family wellbeing from proper medicine to great advice. He has a rock star working for him named Kiran who is smart, friendly and very sweet. I pass about 8 pharmacies including the one attached to my Doctors office to get there from home. Danial and his staff are extremely professional and swift in providing services. Danial personally goes out of the way in helping and guiding on all medical matters - would highly recommend.

Very efficient and quick service. Cost effective and prepares all sorts of medications including Tylenol Advils antibiotics in a short time. Upload prescriptions through their app to save your trip to drop them off.
Daniel is the most helpful pharmacist I have ever come across. The entire staff is very welcoming. Educates on different health related issues when asked and suggests the most effective medication.

I finally shook free of the SDM insanity. Can't believe it took me so long. I love this place. They know me by name (after only a short time). Friendly, professional, and helpful. Daniel and the team are fantastic! As long as I live in Milton, I won't go anywhere but to Bonafide CP. I feel they really do care about my family's health. And they're always willing to go the extra mile to prove it. Love this place!

Very good customer service. Highly recommend this pharmacy! The team is courteous and always willing to help out when we need something.

Do not recommend. Needed a referral for our four year old. Six months later (and multiple calls to them every month), and still nothing. Unbelievable. “Oh yes, we will have that for you this week” has been their response every time.

Not to mention that they make us wait (with our four year old) for an hour for scheduled appointments.

Poor communication. Can’t wait to not need them anymore.

We appreciate your kindness, however your kindness is not helping anymore. Please ensure to deliver on your commitments! Multiple visits for one prescription and still have to wait at pharmacy for it to be prepared is not helpful.

Absolutely amazing service and staff! I went there with a prescription I needed for my 3 day old baby. What would have normally been a couple day wait at most places they did for me within an hr and a half. On top of that it was the only pharmacy who had what I needed! Thank you Bonafide!

Daniel and his amazing staff are welcoming and absolutely caring in dealing with their clients.
They make you feel like a priority for every visit. I have not only experienced this VIP treatment first hand, but I have also seen it with every single client they serve.

The pharmacist didn't prepare the medicine properly. Firstly it was not for 7 days as it was written in prescription, it finished in 5 days. Secondly when I opened the second bottle they gave me after receiving my call that the Medicine was not complete, they gave me only powder in the bottle not mixed with water so I am really disappointed with their services

Excellent patient care. Both Dr Victoria Akinpelu and the pharmacist Daniel are top notch in their care for their patients. I started coming here when I and my family moved to Milton and we needed a new family doctor and Bonafide medical was just opening up. I can confidently say that I am one of their first patients and will remain here. The staff here are compassionate, empathetic, caring, kind and very professional. Hands down, good place to put the healthcare of your family.

Bonafide Compounding Pharmacy has very welcoming with knowledgable staff who are always willing to help customers. They provide a wide selection of over-the-counter items at extremely affordable prices. Furthermore, they are always willing to order items for customers if stock is not available in-store. Amazing
first experience at Bonafide Medical. The clinic was very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The doctor was amazing. This is the first walk in that I go to where I felt the doctor was really listening to my needs and

I definitely recommend using Bonafide Medical Clinic and Pharmacy. My family has
had appointments with doctors who have diagnosed our issues quickly & effectively. They each made us feel completely heard & understood. I had my appointment at 7pm tonight & i got my prescription filled at the pharmacy there. I was out by 730 pm. It is always
an amazing experience.

I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy from my Naturopath. I spoke to Daniel who explained the nature of the medication and informed me that it would take a day or so to create the formula. I patiently waited for the phone-call - However, after about 10 days, I still had not received a call. I reached out to the pharmacy, only to be told that the medication was not created, and this decision was discussed amongst the entire staff. I am very disappointed that not a single member of the team reached out to inform me that they would not be creating the medication.

I am giving this pharmacy two stars because Daniel did thoroughly explain the nature of the medication to me. However, the lack of care to communicate a simple message is extremely disappointing as I had put my trust in this particular pharmacy.

Always great service when I come here and I’ve been coming for a few years now already. The

A really great pharmacy and clinic! Everyone here is super nice and friendly! Daniel and the rest of the pharmacy staff are so well detailed and provide much information and instruction on medications needed — and they always provide great pricing on medication as well. Definitely recommend!

Staff is friendly, and they provide excellent service. They are very helpful and professional. This location comes highly recommended by me for folks in general and Miltoners in particular.

Went for a Covid-19 booster shot. Kept us waiting for over 45 minutes. Pharmacist kept talking to and serving other clients who came after us. Not once did he say sorry for the delay or explain why we were kept waiting for almost an hour. We finally walked out, went somewhere else and had the shots done in less than 10 minutes.
Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this place if you value your time.
