Boniface Park Medical Centre: Specialists Clinic

The staff is rude. I'd be damned to come back again. I can't believe the tax payers money is funding this garbage hole so called a clinic. Absolute disgrace to Canadian health system.

I have been in Canada since 2010, but I haven’t found a doctor like CP Cheng. He is an excellent doctor. He treats patient with the highest level of care. I don’t live near there, yet I still come to see him.

Booked for IRCC MEDICAL EXAM. Worst service. They don’t have the all the facility to check everything needed as per IRCC. So they will refer to 2 more clinics nearby. It is a huge mess. You have to spend an entire day for the medical. Better to go to other place and get everything done in 15 minutes.

I bumped into one of their rude staff — a lady who drives a white Honda Odyssey, she may be Indian? She insisted that she must park next to the wheelchair parking spot because she works at this clinic. How rude. She didn’t think that patients should park closer to their entrance because they’re obviously weaker than her, hence why they had to come to the clinic. I don’t recommend coming here, go somewhere else with better staff!

Wish i could give no stars. Literally the worst staff and worst medical service ever. Reception is rude, doctor will leave out key medical information and forget to inform you unless you hunt them down. They are the WORST and i wouldn't trust them with my cat. Go somewhere else!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not trust this clinic with your health! Find any other doctor but do not trust this clinic. They shared my ultrasound results 2 years later and only because I asked. Run as far as you can!

It’s often said that women of colour experience less care, and at this clinic it felt absolutely true. Dr. Taghaddos will fail to take any of your concerns seriously, often dismissing you. They run the scans you beg for and fail to tell you of your diagnosis. He is unapologetic with his lack of care, and will blame you for his mistakes. The admin staff is also horrible, no sense of care for clients, going so far as to laugh at patients on the phone. They will try to charge you for basic assistance in order to make a profit. You will be made to feel less then human at this clinic, avoid it at all costs!

After going for a cat scan I waited over 2 months to get a callback when I called back to get my results the lady on the phone was very rude she went and booked another appointment for me and when I told her that she should of talked to me first because that day doesn't work for me she got very rude when trying to explain the results to me and I couldn't understand her and I told her that iv now moved she said I don't have time for this I'm busy then hung up when I called back I was sent to voicemail when I told them I would be coming back to deal with this they dropped me as a client and had the police issue me a tresspress notice. All because I couldn't understand what the lady was explaining to me. Avoid this place at all costs not only did they screw me over they don't keep their office clean Durning a time of they also had their office filled with people no social distance the ladies behind the desk were not wearing masks the place is kept dirty and probably never probably cleaned for your health and safety STAY AWAY!

Doctor Sandra Isaac is so nice but the services are very bad, the sectetaries for Unit 7 dont have respect for patients and they have a bad communications with their others services, u can wait like 3 hours for nothing without any answer for someone who has an appointment

No one answers the phone. They do not follow through with sending off immigration documents. No one answers to emails. Poor service overall.

Since morning keep keep calling, first of all not answering but when answer please hold in the moring wait bout an hour. I have to hang up.after the same thing. After half hour answeried.it use to be good service now it changed. Not happy

They don't even answer the phone. I sent email but no reply.this clinic is just 5 min walk from my house m, so I was hoping if I could get my medical done from here, but guess what! Now, I have to go all the way to North York for medical.

I miss Dr Lu the Chinese old man, he retired, he was so friendly and very good with kids, he’s check up we’re the best, he gave it 110% to he’s job until retire.

The Dr I’m transferred to Dr Bezu this man shouldn’t be a paediatrician, he doesn’t appreciate kids being kids wanting some small praise for doing something cool to them, he doesn’t play with kids, he doesn’t even show empathy when giving them a needle. He’s bad he can’t even explain or probed or even examine the kid well. Well I. Don’t like he’s attitude towards kids.

Dr Isaac is wonderful, genuine and very professional. Also she understands and relates to the patient. BUT the front desk is horrible l. They cannot take pressure and get annoyed and aggressive with clients when there is a need for any clarification and explanation.

Unit 4 Dr silver and staff these clinic are the worse clinic I've ever encounter, the dr are rude and so the receptionist staff. And they all gossip around

Need more doctors like Dr. Henry Thai. Very patient and ethical doctor. 4 stars because two other doctors I've consulted at this place were really mean and not helpful at all.

Dr. Peskun is an amazing doctor.he was very helpful and clear on my diagnosis. I left feeling confident about my future and my condition.

Wish i can give 10 star. Dr.isaac is very nice also staff are friendly. I am going to recommend this clinic specially when you do your immigration medical!

I was here to do my Immigration Medical Exam and had a great experienced. I arrived 20minutes early and was processed before my appointment time. Prior to my appointment, I was called several times to confirm my appt.and to give me instructions on what to do on my medical exam next day. Dr. Isaac was great. Xray dept is only a 3 minutes walk. The bloodwork is at lifelab next to them.

My husband and i is renewing our visa extension and were new to canada Dr. Sandra help us a lot, she is very pleasant and very lovely doctor. Highly recommend this place and even the staff they are very professional to handle even they have lots of patient.

It was a good service from the staff and a great experience to see such a very nice and down to earth doctor. I will she can be my family doctor when i received my papers here in canada. My medical exam experiences with them is such a good service.

I tried to call to book an appointment a couple of times for the past two weeks with Dr. Castillo. They never pick up the phone or their line says that they are not taking calls at the moment. So I tried to call again today and I pressed 0 for the extension option and the phone rang and after one ring someone picked up and hung up. I thought it was a mistake so I called again and went through again and after a couple of rings they picked up and hung up on me again! This place is a joke! It's too bad when it comes to health we have limited choices of places to go, especially when you were referred to these places by your family doctor so it allows these people to do whatever the hell the want and stay in business. Ridiculous!

The reportes were fir doctors review for more than 2 weeks and still they did not get any time to submit to CIC. Very bad Management

I wish there was a negative star to put on. Very un proffessional. Though Dr. Isaac was nice but my reports were not submittd till before it was more than 25 days since I did the medical. Staffs were lying and all the time coming out with some new excuses. Not recommended at all.

Don't go to Dr. Isaac for Immigration Test. Waited for 3 hours even though had an appointment. All the reports were received but Doctor is so busy that she did not hve any time to review and submit to CIC for 20 days. Won't recommend at all. Very un proffessional.

This review is for the Unit 7, Dr. Sandra Isaac and her staff, they are all professional and friendly, great service. I had my whole family (6 of us) checked here for our immigration medical requirement. The price is reasonable. Dr. Sandra is very nice to talk to, she is a very pleasant person. I would definitely recommend their clinic.
