I had an amazing experience! There are lots of styles to choose from, so it was tough to choose only one. Rose and Steffi were very nice and knowledgeable and helped me a lot on choosing which frame fit me best.

Amazing staff. Friendly and helpful. This is the first time I didn't go to one of those BOGO stores that have cheap frames and lenses. I realized when I put my new glasses on from Bon Look that my eyes were no longer straining and everything was crystal clear (despite the fact that my perscription hadn't changed since the bargain store). They explained that they do more thorough eye measurements and ensure your eyes are sitting in the right place for the lenses. I had no idea it would make so much of a difference.
I now see better, work more effectively, have less headaches, which results in actually sleeping more soundly. WHO KNEW better care of your eyes would have such a huge impact on your daily life (duh).
Honestly, do yourself a favour and go see these amazing women to get your eyes looked after. The prices are great and the service is even better. I'll be back again for my next pair, no doubt.

It was an excellent experience with Rose. In addition, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It is a wonderful location with a wide range of choices and costs. They were very helpful and supportive.

I had the pleasure of visiting Bonlook at Sherway and I must say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have seen in a long time. I was greeted very nicely by Rose, she was very understanding. I wasn’t rushed to make a selection as we went through the different frames I liked. She was extremely helpful and had such a great personality, overall the frames I tried on were great and I would definitely go back. Thank you Rose! You made my day and I will definitely pass on my recommendation to my family and friends about this location.

I wanted to share that I had a wonderful experience at your store recently. I stopped by with 2 kids in tow just to inquire if appointments were needed to try on frames. My intent was not to stay or purchase glasses with them with me. Before I knew it, one sales associate was helping me and another one was colouring with my kids and distracting them long enough for me to pick out frames. I was lucky the store was not busy! When I picked up my glasses, they were ready and waiting for me and the fitting appointment was so fast. It truly made a busy working mom’s life easier for both experiences. Thank-you! The team is definitely doing a great job.

I placed my order on Dec 10th with Bonlook and the customer service was great. My disappointment is the amount of time it’s taking to get these glasses. They were cancelled due to not passing the quality control test which was confirmed in store that the thickness of lenses would be fine when ordered. It’ll be almost a month now of me waiting. Due to the amount of time it’s taking I will not be purchasing from them again. I have never waited such a long time for glasses and I will not have them in time for my trip this month which is what I wanted them for.

Jan 11 - I’d like to edit my review as I was reached out to by Bonlook and spoke to their support team. I had the store manager Aleni reach out and turn my whole experience around. She was lovely and the customer service really is fantastic. They were very apologetic and I understand things happen so I’d like to change my review to a 5 star.

I love everything about my experience. The knowledge of the employee that helped me. Vmail Aliea. She was great at suggesting styles and making me feel super comfortable choosing the right frame. Due to my pleasant experience with her, I will definitely be recommending bon look to all my friends and family.

I don't normally leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so. I have been purchasing from bonlook for years and have bought glasses multiple times. I had a really unpleasant experience with a worker named Rose at this business. From the moment I walked in, she was rude and disrespectful towards me. She was unwilling to listen to my concerns and seemed completely disinterested in helping me. Her demeanor was completely unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this business due to my experience with Rose.

Great service and pricing you won’t find anywhere else. So many modern and colourful frames to choose from. Staff is amazing and always willing to offer great customer service. I’ve been here several times and everybody was ready to help till I found the best fit, especially Rose - so friendly and patient with me! Thank you so much guys. Wish you all the best. I'd like to give a s/o to the team here at Sherway! I went to another location twice to get my glasses adjusted/repaired but the temple was still wobbly and loose. I decided to stop by the Sherway location to see if they had other options or suggestions - the optician here was amazing! I explained what happened and she offered to order a new pair for me right away under warranty, no questions asked. She even tried to adjust it so that it wasn't so loose while I wait for the new ones to come in (which only took a couple days). I wish I got her name. This is the type of customer service that I greatly appreciate:) Thanks again!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I was provided unparalleled customer service by two ladies, Rose and Eve. They were friendly without being too domineering or pushy. They helped me pick out the perfect two pairs of glasses. Eve and Rose both have an abundance of knowledge about the brand and glasses. I really enjoyed my time and purchase here.

While looking for a pair of sunglasses with my wife on Mother’s Day after many stops around the mall at competitors we decide on a fairly priced pair of the house brand. Now the check-out was a problem, during the fitting and ordering phase, they did not mention they were not polarized, and then the up-sale started with a very cheesy polarized / non-polarized test. Overall you should expect the staff to be inexperienced and not engaging, they also only sell the Bonlook brand. Also your sunglasses are delivered to your home two weeks later.

Service here is amazing. The lady helping me Aleni was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right glasses. I walked in without an appointment but recommend you do just in case they are busy but when I went I was lucky. Pricing is great for a quality pair of glasses. Now just have to wait for them to come in. Stay tuned.

I purchased 2 frames, the girl helping me did not explain that for prescription lense that are thicker than -3.0 they charge $60 extra, she ordered the wrong frames and I did not notice as they look very similar to each other. I tried on the "Drift" gold frames in store not knowing the name at the time and told her to order them.the girl ended up ordering the "emerge" frames instead in light gold. I thought they were off when I picked them up i thought my memory was deceiving me. I double checked the website when I got home and my suspicion was right.now the "drift" frames are out of stock and the website states final sale.not very happy about this at all. I will be following up with the store.stay tuned.

Great customer service! I have a strong prescription and the salesperson gave me good recommendations on lenses and suitable frames. The store was so clean. Safety protocols were adhered to. I felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely buy from here again!

The staff was great, however the company policy/customer service is terrible!

It was never brought to my attention that an appointment is required to pick up the glasses. I understand that an optician must be present to fit the glasses. But they make it very difficult.

I received an email on the Friday indicating that the glasses are in and that an appointment must be made. I called the 1 (877). Number. The woman picked up said there weren't any appointments available that day - it was 7pm. Even though I was in Sherway, within mall hours I was not able to pick my glasses up. I had to wait 3 more days - until Monday afternoon to pick them up.

Warby Park's opticians shifts are the same as their store hours, meaning you can go in at anytime the store is open to pick up the glasses! Oh, and no appointment is required!

Never using Bonlook again for this reason alone.

I would love to comment on how patient the staff were. I know how busy retail can get, but they made sure to provide me options and took the time to answer my questions. One of the managers named Sarah, she was really helpful and made me feel comfortable. I love my glasses and I love how trendy they are, I had a great experience here and would come back again!

It was my first time at this location and they are limiting the amount of customers in the store at a time, which they do by asking you to book an appointment. It means you can't just stop in to browse at the moment, and you can't be accompanied. I was greeted at the entrance and hadn't previously made an appointment, so they helped me book one for a half hour later. When I came back, they helped me fill out a questionnaire (the standard contact tracing form and questions).

Instead of wandering around the store, they have you sit at the counter and curate glasses for you to try on. Thankfully I knew what kind of style I wanted so it was a fairly quick process and the two friendly and helpful staff members helped me find exactly what I was looking for!

It's tough to be trying on glasses when you can't see your whole face, so they allowed me to pull the top of my mask down just under my nose, and helped me understand where they would sit on my face/how they would fit best.

The whole appointment took less than 30 mins (again, it helped that I knew what I wanted), and the last half was just processing my prescription, etc. Overall, I had a great experience - I was comfortable, impressed by the cleaning and distancing, and customer service was never compromised. I would definitely recommend BonLook to anyone wanting a boutique experience!

The store did not have my appointment on their computer and I had to wait a half hour. This was strange to me since I checked it twice and I had an appointment at 12: 30 today. The person who fitted me and helped with my glasses was professional and I am happy to "star" his service but the other two girls in the store were on their phones and I thought that was inappropriate. They were very nice girls - and who knows maybe they messed up my time because they were too focused on whatever else they had on the go.

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR GLASSES FROM HERE
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
WHEN YOU WILL PURCHASE THE GLASSES YOU WILL HEAR THAT IT WILL BE READY IN NO TIME, 2 WEEKS MAX. I EXPLAINED TO THEM I NEED THEM URGENT AS MINE BROKE AND I NEED THEM TO WORK. THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD BE RUSHED. NOW 19 DAYS LATER THE STORE HAS NO IDEA WHEN MY GLASSES WILL BE READY AT ALL AND I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND SURPRISE. SHE CAN'T TELL ME A DATE EITHER!

Super pleased with the wide variety of frame widths and styles. I have an incredibly hard time finding frames wide enough that was still cute. Raven (and the other stylists) were kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable! It was strange shopping for glasses during covid and not being able to have anyone accompany me in the store but the stylist were so lovely and I think we made a great choice! Bonus points that bonlook is Canadian:)

I’m a repeat customer and a customer for life. I have always struggled to find styles that suited me but when I found this place I was hooked. They have so many different options and everything is so trendy and up to date. The price is unbeatable and the customer service is exceptional. Today I purchased my first pair of prescription sun glasses and I love them! The staff were so kind and helpful. I would like to say a BIG thank you to the opticians - Raven, Peter and Parneet. They assisted in finding the perfect pair for me. I tried so many pairs because I’m picky and they weren’t even bothered. Thank you again!
