Great service from the moment we called and requested a quote to the time the installation was completed 7 hours later. Terrific same day service on the coldest day of the year. Nolan promised we would have heat before he left for the day and he delivered on his promise. He was very courteous and respectful.

Kevin Press fixed our start up problem for our gas fireplace. Explained the problems very well. Very professional and effective.

Mart was really helpful getting our heat back on in the -10 temperature outside. Is setting up for a crew to come back to install some additional wiring.

Michael and his colleague did a fantastic job. The layout and wiring of the house presented some unique challenges but these were no problem at all for Michael due to his knowledge, hard work, and determination. Boonstra and Michael are highly recommended by our family and got the seal of approval from our dogs, too.

Needed a new AC, Furnace and Water tank, called the Boonstra team and I made the right call.
With the weather currently at 33 degrees, we needed cooling fast. On Sunday, I inquired with Boonstra and received a call back within 5 minutes. The next morning Adam Bond the sale rep came out to our place to review and discuss options. He was very professional and informative. We were given great options and incentives. The following morning Chad and his lead hand came to perform the demo and new install. They very polite, professional and were clean as they worked. They did the work properly and the quality was outstanding. After everything was complete, Chad took the time to walk me through everything. I am very happy with my choice to go with Boonstra.

They pressure-sell you their monthly "maintenance plan" and then guilt-trip you if you ever have the wisdom to cancel it. Their prices are also extraordinarily high compared to their competitors.

I work in custom home building and there's nothing more amazing than meeting another trade that is incredibly professional. When the tech arrived he automatically expressed a concern to find out what the problem was and that he was going to do his best to fix it. One of the things I absolutely love is the tech brought covers for his boots, had all his tools in a very organized bag and proceed to head right to my furnace to start working on it. In the end he was honest about what was wrong with it, how he fixed it what my future options were and the price was extremely acceptable. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for honest and very experienced technicians to work with their furnace.

Service call to deliver two filter items for the furnace identified as needed in a HVAC service call. This was a belated delivery - delays caused by the supply problems that we suspected were behind the failure to deliver. We were delighted to receive the needed materials, but would suggest that we'd have appreciated earlier messages to explain the delays and the reasons for them rather than leaving it up to us to phone several times to find out why the promised deliveries were not happening. We do understand the breakdowns caused by the pandemic, and do trust Boonstra to continue to justify our trust in their excellent service

Kevin came on time and repaired a noise in the furnace as a follow to our annual maintenance. Very professional, double checked that the problem was solved.

Furnace decided to stop working last night. Called Boonstra and they booked a technician for between 12-4pm. Our tech, Mart, arrived shortly after 12 and was great from start to finish. He fixed our furnace, gave us great instructions and advice on extra services without being pushy. He took all the necessary COVID precautions so everyone was safe. We will be requesting Mart for all future needs where our heating and air conditioning are concerned!

I just had a new furnace and AC unit installed in my home, i was guaranteed that i would be warm and toasty in my basement as well as my new garage that was converted into an office. I even had someone come out yesterday to check on why i was not getting proper heat it either my basement or office.oh well your filter was dirty, ok i go along with that, the fan was turned up, and that was the extent of what they did
if i had known that the furnace was only going to produce this kind of heartache, and stress, i would not have had it installed. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AS A TEMPERATURE CHANGE OF 10 DEGREES OR MORE IN FACT IT IS WARMER OUTSIDE THEN IT IS IN HERE. AS WELL I AM NOW FINDING OUT THAT THE FURNACE AND AC WAS WAY OVERPRICED AND I COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT FOR A LOT LESS.

We are a medical clinic and the young man named Brent came same day to assess the furnace. He was very pleasant, explained everything in detail, asked many times if there were any questions. Lets hope the part comes in quickly and we can get our office warmed up for our patients.

Quick reliable service. Staff was super friendly. Unfortunately the furnace did not make the sounds it was doing the night before but the technician ran through some diagnostics to ensure us it was safe to run so we could keep warm. Even though the original issue was not diagnosed he spent a good hour going over everything.

Technician was fast, friendly, and none of this is his fault. Our furnace was making a humming noise, and the fan wasn’t kicking on. Husband suspected it was the blower motor. Had them come to check, and run an assessment. Turns out he was right. They wanted $800 plus the assessment fee ($140.00) and it would be 4 days before the part would be available. Husband fixed with new blower motor for under $300, same day!
The price was insane, and the turn around time was too long! We won’t call again.

Adrian was the technician that came out to repair our AC unit. He arrived earlier than expected and called to let us know when he’d be arriving. He was professional, friendly and fully explained the issue he identified and how he was going to repair it. When you call Boonstra request for Adrian and you won’t be disappointed.

First dealt with this company back in 1980 and have continued to use them. Their service is 5*plus. Knowledge, commitment, courtesy, unmatched. Got incredible service on a Christmas eve one year and they made it a priority. Just now have decided to rent a water heater from them. Competitive pricing and way better service than the usual company.think about it when next your water heater dies.you won't be disappointed.

We have been Boonstra customers since 2018 and they have continued to provide excellent service. Most recently the annual inspection of the furnace identified an issue with a pressure switch and gas valve. This was addressed the next day and furnace now ready for the heating season. The Service Technician was prompt in his visit and very professional and very respectful of our home. We are grateful that we signed up for their maintenance plan since it covered the cost of these expensive parts. We highly recommend Boonstra for your ongoing heating and cooling needs.

We called Boonstra with some questions. Remo came to our house and without pushing or selling to us outlined the benefits of upgrading our HVAC system. He was able to answer all our questions and called a colleague when he didn't have one answer. He was very thorough and patient, and the experience was more if a conversation rather than a sales pitch. The installers came the next day when they said they would and all in all it was a very positive experience.

Our air conditioner unit suddenly began to make a loud buzzing noise. We called Boonstra about 3: 45 pm, and a repair person arrived and replaced the part that was causing the noise by 5: 15 pm. Our unit is once again working properly. Excellent service. We highly recommend Boonstra.

The Boonstra technicians are always very friendly and informative. Louis went above and beyond.

Technician came in to fix my air conditioning. He walked around took a couple pictures didn't take a screwdriver out or do anything said my AC system was 20 years old and needed to be replaced and that my manager will call me with offers soon. Reliance Home Comfort came in and replaced circuit board for free. The boostra technician also said to me that every single furnace has a working pilot light that should always be on. That's not true.

Awesome service. Woke up to a colder than normal house and realized our furnace had stopped working. Called up Boonstra based off their other reviews, and I’m happy I did. So my furnace broke down yesterday. Bummer. Called boonstra late in the day. Like 6pm. They said they’d tack me on to the end of the schedule. Send a tech out at 8pm this made me very happy. They said that it was possible they would have to cancel and that dispatch would call me either way. At 730 dispatch called and told me the tech was still coming! Double Awesome. He arrived just before 8. I had my mask on and so did he. He wore boot covers to protect my flooring. I showed him the furnace. He got to work immediately after friendly chatter. He found the problem very quickly. He came and showed me A large crack in my ignition coil explained how it was preventing the circuit from completing and not allowing my furnace to fire up. Good news though. He had the part and was able to fix it today! He explained the cost and showed me some service plans and I agreed on the price and off he went. He inspected the rest of my system and before you know it he was all done. Very respectful very courteous and informative. Explained everything and my wife and I had our problem dealt with immediately. Price was acceptable for this kind of repair. Five stars would recommend to others.
