Booster Juice

Lady at the cashier was extremely rude and rushing us to order. She explained that she had “other” things to take care of and we told her to take her time while we looked at the menu. She just stood at the cashier and when we went to order, she was unhelpful to say the least and did not want to serve us. This took place at Courtney Park location around 3: 15 pm. Never returning to this location

Worst customer service. Educate the girl on how to communicate with the customers properly.

Ordered ahead of time only to be told it wasn’t ready when I got there so I still had to wait. I asked for a small cup so that I can give some of my smoothie to my son. I was told no, they couldn’t give me one. Said I would pay for it, told me that they couldn’t sell me a cup and if I wanted to give my son some smoothie, I should have ordered him a separate one. Terrible policy and customer service. This kind of nickel and diming is the reason why they’ve lost this regular customer.

Hello today i visited here I ordered the girl was so rude i asked for an extra cup she was so rude even i said i will pay for it.the girl needs to learn how to interact with costumers

Was with my family watching the employee on Saturday October 29 at 2: 30pm argue with a customer who was trying to explain the error that was made and instead of choosing to fix the misunderstanding that happened, she chose to continue arguing back with the customer leaving with more drinks she paid for when instead she requested only a specific amount. It’s a shame that customer service has gotten to this level. But it has made me aware that this location is one place we won’t be heading back to again. Hopefully the owner can take the time to speak/train the employee and perhaps give her some assistance on customer service. Btw: it was not busy either.

Very bad service. I got $9 drink but it was all liquid base in it. They didnt add any fruits just liquid base. Its a complete ripoff. I will never buy any drinks from here. Plus the workers here have zero customer service.

Store is supposed to open at 8am, often the worker is late. I just watched 3 guys leave, its 8: 05am still not open. This is not the first time that I wait for someone to open the store.

Substandard quality of ingredients, watered down and does not offer the free boosters you usually get at other Booster juice locations. Cheap and stingy at best. Never coming to this one

Employee NEVER puts the boosters in the
smoothies. If I ask him if he has added the boosters he replies “yes” even though I watched attentively and no boosters were added. This has happened at least 5 times at this location. I won’t be returning here.

Amazing service here! Quick even when it’s a busy time of day! Also booster juice in general is delicious.
