Tried this healthy carrot ginger smoothie. It was delicious. But a little pricey for the size. Overall decent considering it’s available even in midnight.

Awful customer service here. Myself and 2 others wanted to grab something quick before our flight. The 2 employees working said they close at 9 but had said we were only allowed to get food and they wouldn’t be able to heat it up because they had already scrubbed and cleaned their oven…before their close time? I’m not sure how staying open until 9 and doing your closing duties more than 30 minutes before closing time makes sense but they had lost 3 customers. When I had asked what the reason was for them rushing they had said they wanted to go home. The attitude of the employees here is NOT worth your money. Go somewhere else in the terminal.

I hope this is the correct booster juice. The one that’s close to the car rentals at terminal 1.

Anyways, I’m a long time customer and always order the Orangsicle. I bought one for me and my girlfriend and it was horrible. It’s literally only two ingredients so it’s hard to mess up. It tastes like watery slush with a hint of orange. I tried to tell them and they kept arguing with me that it’s a slushy and supposed to be that way. They remade it and it tasted the same. So, I tried to explain that maybe the orange juice they’re using is running low on syrup or whatever, and that’s why it’s so flavourless. I even asked them to try the leftover that’s in the blender. They made it a 3rd time and it was just as awful. They couldn’t understand what I was trying to say and continued to tell me that it’s a slushy… ugh. Don’t recommend going to this location. Wasted $20!

This was a very bad experience with the staff here. I am celiac (gluten allergy) and the staff not only didn’t know which of their products contained gluten but didn’t look into it (or care). I had to go on Booster Juice’s menu online to get my answer and it took no time. It felt like my allergy was an enormous inconvenience.

Terrible customer service here. The girl cashier forgot our order the first time. When we pointed it out, they said they’ll make the drink. 10 mins later, she’s chatting and laughing with a coworker and still has not made our missing drink. When we asked again, she just said “I forgot”… No apology; zero customer service. There’s 3-4 people but disorganized and no customer care at all.

Gave my order of tropikale to 2 other customers that came in 5 min and 7 min after me. Waited for 20 min for a drink when it was suppsed to be 1-2 minute wait time. Drink wasn't even good when I got it. It had a weird aftertaste.

I just wanna share my concern about waiting time, there is only 1 employee working at a time sometime we have to wait too long. I appreciate the service of employee but they need more employees at any given time. I hope you will take it as a positive way.

I’ve never, ever had a poorly blended drink from Booster Juice until today. Very disappointing. Chunks of everything throughout. Sometimes it chews like it’s fruit. Sometimes it chews like it’s a clump of powder. They get two stars only because the lady who served me was probably the only smiling worker at this airport so far.

Very rude service; the girls rolled their eyes at me when I asked about the menu (first time at Booster Juice). They gave me a lot of attitude and extremely poor service. They kept glaring at me and didn't want to hand me my receipt. The girls obviously didn't like me for some reason and they were very public about it by their body language and voice. I would rather lose all my luggage than come here ever again.

They choose not to put the right amount of products into the drinks. Bought bananas a whet and it was watery and had no taste. Asked the lady if that was all the ingrixienta and she said yes. Come on booster juice you guys need to do better

Girl at the cash flat out refused to add any booster. The drink itself was fine but I’ll be saving my money in the future and buying from a franchise owner that cares about service.

3 girls were behind the counter, 5 blenders and a long line of customers but only 1 order at a time came out. I paid for a regular smoothy with 2 add ons. Guy after me got the same smoothy but with only 1 add on. Both of our orders came out of the same blender. I asked if my 2 add ons were in there and the girl said yes (even though she didn't make it). So I either paid for something I didn't get or the other guy got something for free because he works at the airport.

I have many allergies and sensitivities and booster juice indicated on the board that they have information related to allergies and to ask before you order. I asked the staff if they knew if the oats in the smoothie bowl are gluten free. She answered with attitude and said “oh i don’t know”. I asked if there was someone else who knew or a list of allergens or ingredients for the oats. She said no, I then asked another one of her colleagues who gave me even more attitude than the first staff. For a place that indicted they are allergen friendly, when staff don’t know if the pats are gluten free (which is a pretty common question now a days), that’s pretty sad and when staff are rude to you when you ask and they don’t know, that’s just poor customer service.

The female employee working the cash register at 8: 00 AM this morning added a donation on to my husband's total without asking his permission regarding whether or not he wanted to donate in the first place. It was only after the payment went through that she thanked us for the donation and we were even made aware that we had donated.  

While donations are of course a wonderful thing, employees should know that there is a right way and a wrong way to go about getting them - customers have the right to say no if they choose to and customers definitely have the right to know what they are paying for before the transaction goes through. We do not appreciate the way in which this was handled.  Everything aside, when my husband asked her to at least give him a card to fill out his name for the wall of donors, she did not give him one.

Highly unprofessional and I am curious now as to how many other unaware customers are making donations that they are not giving consent to. Bad business practices.

The cashier didn’t give me a receipt so I asked her for one. She gave me an attitude and had to ask me what I ordered when I just paid her. Another girl making the drink didn’t know what she was doing and kept coughing in the ingredients area. I got my drink then promptly put it in the trash. No point in getting sick.

AVOID like the plague!
