Booster Juice

I went in the other day to get a pineapple freeze and was pleasantly surprised! Despite the rush at the mall the employees were able to make my drink quickly and it’s now one of my favourites. The customer service was great. Will definitely be coming back to this location soon!

Yesterday I ordered a Marathon and when I took a sip I immediately knew it was not Marathon but I was in a rush so I couldn’t go back for them to remake it. Got home and had itchy throat and broke out in hives. I’ve never had an allergic reaction like that before and now I have no idea what I’m allergic to because I have no idea what the lady made me. I will not be returning to this location.

Booster juice at sq one seems to be the most competent one compared to the rest of the stores in mississauga. The customer service is fast, friendly and efficent. Been a few times in the past two months and its been the same. I wished i lived closer. The rest of booster juice sauga location needs to be trained. Maybe watch the sq one location. Bought today at 10 am ish, and the guy at front was awesome:)

Customer service was terrible. The guy working at the front cash didn’t took the order and after 15 min wait when i asked him a question about the juice.he left and start turning off the display screen

Ordered 3 freshly squeezed orange juice orders and honestly they were the best fresjly squeezed orange juice i have drank for a very long time. Totally recommended

Nope. Not gonna go back again. If your juice is made within 15 seconds, you know it's not fresh.

Always a go to! I always stop by when in the area/ at the mall and am never disappointed! The staff are very friendly/ accommodating and the store is very clean. Every time I go I’m given the cutest message on the top. I love this location!

They cannot redeem coupons that are in phones. Because I have done this coupon thing over the phone’s couple of times. When I ask for manager she said I am the manager.

I ordered a strawberry sunshine from Uber Eats today. It was really good and I managed to get it dairy free too. I appreciate the packaging, it certainly made my day:)

Worst customer service, I ordered juice and the Boy at customer service said they cannot make juice because they are closing and I can only order smoothie. But after me there were 3-4 customers and they were allowed to order anything even juices. Never gona get anything from here in future

This store doesn't open early in the morning? 11 am is too late regardless of the mall's hours and views with covid. This store should open at 9 am.

I wasn’t feeling well and so I sent my bf to pick up a smoothie for me.he came back with a larger size than I ordered, and a sweet message written on the lid. “You are awesome:) ”!

Love this store! Absolutely amazing customer service. Even though I’ve begun working from home, still go outta my way for my weekly fix at SQ1 booster juice. Specifically love how knowledgeable the employees are, they are so quick to not only offer alternatives/ replacement ingredients but engage in conversation to understand my personal preferences. Highly recommend it!

I frequantly visit booster juice at sq1 location. I really appriciate their service as employees are always ready to deliver you a best drink in less time. Sometimes, they just read your mind about what you are planning to order. I refer this location if you wanna have smoothie with positive vibes. I am in love with Mango hurrican and Bananas a whey!

I love booster juice and My day starts with its high protein smoothies. I have been to square one location so many time and still remember when I became a big fan of their smoothies. 3 months ago, I tried Mind over Matcha and They made it in a time when I was paying for it. Appreciate their customer speed and the way they deliver smoothies to customers. BIGGGG fan of BOOSTER JUICE. YUMMMYYY!

Always a go to! Upon every visit I am greeted by friendly staff and quick and efficient service, perfect smoothies everytime! High-Impact is my all time fave, must try!

I just heard about Booster juice from my friends and i was insisted to try a smoothie. So when i tried i was like waao! It is just amazing even whenever i go there i always try different smoothies as well they have quality and quantity perfection with addition of fair prices

We've been buying from this place for years. I like that the quality has more or less remained the same with some fluctuations in either directions here and there now and again.

The staff were not very friendly and I got a little sick after having the smoothie unfortunately. Not sure that I will return.

Friendly staff! I like to add extra protein or hemp/chia boosters to my post workout smoothie but I have to admit it feels like a roll of the dice if I end up with any actual hemp or chia seeds in my smoothie. I know this sounds silly but if they’re going to charge an extra dollar for a scoop of seeds, it’d be nice if there was some consistency or quality control. I won’t bother with the extra boosters anymore, but the rest of my experience at this location has always been great!

Can’t go wrong with their Funky Monkey. Love it! The staff here is very friendly and helpful as well. Ideal for a quick grab and go during lunchtimes.

New owner & management has stepped this place up! Friendly service but most importantly quick and efficient when you want it on the go.

I go in almost all the time and the gentleman always remembers me and my order always makes it super delicious super friendly.

Have to agree with the negative comments it's a hit or miss here but lately it's been a bad experience for me. I try a new flavor once in a while and this time around I got Spinach In It in a full size during the evening hour. When I got home shortly after drinking it my stomach starting hurting and I vomited. I contacted head office who claims they'll look into and recently did an evaluation of the location which came back with no issues. When I discussed this unpleasant event with the manager she replied "I can't monitor everyone" WOW she didn't at least say I'll take this matter up with the employee's working that day and hold them accountable nor genuinely appeared sorry rather annoyed and wanting me to go away. She did give me a refund and I got a coupon for a new smoothie but their smoothies always taste just okay unlike the Dundas location I used to go to. Also in the newsletter which I'm subscribed to they announced they'll no longer offer the "free smoothie on your birthday" promotion in 2020. I have lost faith in this company because if you stand for freshness this should not have happened which means the sanitize method their using on the vegetables got to me or the juicers aren't cleaned properly. Either way you could say take it as a one off but they are lazy here and very slow from now I'll make my own smoothies.

Mediocre.

This location is situated in a busy section and almost always has a line up. With 5 people on staff (Saturday evening) you would think they would move a little faster.the people in front of me ordered and stepped aside. I then stood there for almost 3 minutes before the girl came back to get my order.
I asked if i could get a few strawberries in my smoothie (Canadian colada) in lieu of some of the banana and was told they can not do that. Which i know for a fact is not the case. I worked at a flagship store for over 5 years as a manager, until i got sick.
Once my smoothie was done blending, it took another 2 minutes before someone poured it as they were more concerned about talking about their plans and dancing around.
Will not return to this location.
