Rude agent. I am a first time buyer and had no clue of how this process works. One of their agents responded to my inquiry on realtor.ca and started showing me apartments. Never told me how the process works or whether he is representing me or the seller.
He couldn't show any of the common areas in the buildings we visited. I have received more information when I was looking for a place to rent!
Then when another agent told me that there is such a thing as exclusive representation agreements and so on, I told him I wont be needing his services. He then got mad and rude on the phone. This is not the way to get clients.
