Got a part that is not working and they didn’t accept to return it. Anyway will be reported to the consumer protection act

I've been to this place many times before as they always have what I need but today the lady asked for what I needed and then I replied and quickly answered no we don't. Not even a look up on your own inventory or to ask someone else if they would know. Very much disappointed. I hope no one else gets to experience that.

I found what i was looking via phone communication. Information was provided to insure proper fitments. The staff where friendly people. I was even given a lecture on espresso. No resistance throughout the whole experience.

October 2022- first time coming here. They saved me $1200 from the dealers.
Got a driveshaft for my Highlander.
They are very knowledgeable.

So I went to the dealership because my audio system was not working at the time and the dealership offered to fix it for $3 k.
I did my research and went to these guys they fixed it for free … very professional people I highly recommend them to anyone.
