- did not offer me a drink when I arrived
- waitress went missing afterward
- gave me no utensils to eat with my food
- offer me no kid's menu for my kid, had to search it online

Spacious, modern, good service. The food was fresh and delicious. Loved the chicken wings and cactus cut potatoes. Was there to watch UFC pay per view.

Updated review: this BP has become my family's go to. The menu has a good variety and our food is always well prepared. Their staff is super friendly and very accommodating to the kids.

Unfortunately this place needs to learn consistent messages with its staff. Twice we have been to this location with our puppy and have sat outside on the patio with zero issues (both very nice MOD's during those visits). Last night we walked there as we normally would, with our puppy. There were zero patrons on the patio and we were told that we were not permitted to sit there unless we tied our puppy up outside the patio. Unfortunately that's not going to happen and we will not return to this location. Which is sad as it's within walking distance of our house.

Food is not as good compared to other locations. However, staff was very nice and understanding about our concern.

We were really happy before they brought a bill. Guys, don't be so full as they made me to be. You pay for all the numbers of kids' meals 8,99 PLUS extra. So, EVERY meal costs 8,99 and more. Even if the waiter lett you different (as had told to me). And then they say they didn't say that.

If there wasn't such an issue today, I would rate 5 stars. We've got a really good time here. And stuff is really nice. Thank you

Horrifically bad experience. Pizza was worse than you can possibly imagine. Greasy, doughy, under-baked, sauce was awful, extremely low quality cheese & toppings. Just absolutely gross in every way. There’s no way anybody thinks this is good pizza.

Restaurant was not too busy, but still the service was incredibly slow…nearly 20 minutes before a server even came over to take our order. Heard the adjacent table complaining that their chicken wings were uncooked, what a surprise. The drinks were passable, at least.

We’ve been to other BP locations in the past, and while it was never anything special, I really can’t remember it ever being this bad. Won’t be eating here again, ever. Stay very far away.

It was my second time to try this location, and it was the last time too.
Here is one if super dirty location that i have ever seen.
Small (Fruit) fly was all over the place, restroom was super dirty and pee every where, even the walls was dirty. No hand sanitizer! Toilet sink blocked …. You can see the picture to get what i mean.
I ask the manager to check the restroom and I showed her the problems, she said that she will fix it and flys came from toilet but to be honest I’m sure that much of FLY comes from kitchen not toilet. We was with other family friends and 4 kids and hadn’t any chance to leave or cancel the order.
At the end we paid full bills.

On the other hand last couple weeks I tried Aurora and Newmarket locations and they were all very good and clean.

Served the appetizer at the same time me got our mains. I guess they expected us to devour both at the same time.

We Had a very rude server.
And interestingly I got a reply asking go to the website and leave comments there.
There is no manner with this brand. Instead of working on weaknesses

My first time here, ordered the clam chowder and shrimp fettuccine pasta - OMG I am SO impressed. Huge portions (for my appetite) and super fresh tasty portions- with real ingredients.
I am very impressed. Comfy spot with lots of seating options and a great place to watch as Leafs or Raptors game. The music plays loud enough to make you feel like dancing. This placed cheered me up today. Thanks!

My wings were delivered to the table, and one fell on the table. I was given a free 2nd round. Pretty cool

The food is fine, the same quality as any other Boston Pizza or chain restaurant of the same style. This location in particular has very slow service though. Takes much longer to receive your order here then other Boston Pizza locations I've been to and if you are in a large group it will be 1.5+ hours until everyone in your group gets their order after initially ordering it. Food is fine though, no complaints. Service and time from when you order to food being ready desperately need to be improved though.

Yet another superb location on Yonge St.in North York. Nice, clean and modern restaurant with naturally an excellent menu. The outdoor patio offers a great place to have that big city feeling in comfort and style. Minutes to Mel Lasman Square, Empress Walk, and the TTC underground.

Worse Boston pizza ever. Went there with my fiancé for our anniversary. We never got to eat nothing. Even our drinks didn’t come not even water. We ordered our food & was waiting half hour to & hour. Then finally someone came & she only ask one table if this was their food & never came to our table to ask us. She completely ignored us & went & put the food back in the back. We waited some more still no food after I complained. We ended up walking out with no food & a waste of Uber money. We wanted to have nice anniversary & some time to our self since we have a little baby. That’s was the worst night ever. We ended up just ordering food from home. Don’t go here. The Boston pizza at union station is way better good service. Never again.

Good service and kind staff. Despite being understaffed because of the current pandemic, I had no issues with wait time on food and drinks. Their prices are fair and food was fine

Tbh, service is not so great and food was also not over the top. Would never go back again and suggest them to be a little fast with the round of drinks. Sunday patio feels were crushed.

Worst experience I've ever had. The hostess didn't even look at me when I arrive. The waitress int need she didn't see me. When I finally could ask for my order, they couldn't find my order on their system. What a shame!

Food wasn't that great been to other Boston pizzas with better service and food (certainly theres room for improvement)

Went out after a year and a half as patios opened for dining. They are heavily understaffed. They served us cold cauliflower wings and cold pizza. We ordered French fries as cauliflower wings weren't as good assuming fries will arrive with pizza but they brought it after we finished pizza. Fries were tasty. Not happy with the size of pizza, I liked test of the pizza but my husband didn't at all. Wings were a disaster. Our Waitress and front desk lady was nice.

P. S.about the manager (male) - we got a really negative vibe, don't know what was it about as if he didn't like seeing person of colour, both of us are south Asian.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here and I thought there have been improvements here. When patios were open we went for dinner and service was great. Ordered pizza a couple times take out and it was good! The pizza typically never disappoints.

The salad was rotten unfortunately. Staff acknowledged that the salad was rotten and replaced it, but why serve visibly rotten salad, which was several days past expiration? The ubiquitous tv's are great for watching sports

Worst experience! Don’t GO TO THIS PLACE!
We were waiting on the patio for 15 mins and no one showed up!

2 stars is for staff and atmosphere.
Back in when I went, the pasta, spaghetti, and the pizza poutine that we ate were really bad.
The fries was old and dry and not good at all.
The spaghetti that I’ve had was cold, had really bad quality meatballs and the sauce and totally mixture was not good.
Staff were friendly and nice.

At our local BP for hockey night and manager is refusing to put on game. Stating that at 9pm it will be UFC night and they cannot change the station. Meanwhile their menu promotes Saturday night Hockey. We've been watching the same UFC recording on loop since we came in. Manager says this is head office's policy. Get your act together Boston Pizza

Very good pizza for a chain restaurant. Took a while to be seated but service was fine. Pizza price is the average.

This place used to have much better service but now it’s sub par: (menu is still good but recommend going elsewhere

Went to this location to watch a UFC fight. Called the location prior to confirm if they're showing prelims, prior to the main event. We arrive there and this was not the case. The manager however did put them on for us at 9, which is why this location gets 2 stars. He was very accommodating. Now for the bad - worst service of any Boston Pizza I've been to. We were not served for 30 minutes and once our food arrived, our server did not return.we had to ask for water, had to ask for dessert, had to ask if we could order another round of drinks. The table next to us saw one couple wait 25 mins to be served.then waited another 25 mins for the server to return so they could pay. And eventually they left. The server did return 20 mins AFTER they left and realised they did not pay. The next couple to sit at the table waited 30 mins to get served and eventually left. It was absolutely ridiculous. Who trains the servers at this location?
As for cocktails - no frozen drinks as their machine was down. Okay, no problem. So why don't I order a sangria or a mojito. But the server says we have no berries. So here's a drink with syrup and mint and soda.then when I said okay don't worry.the server returns and says the manager said we have frozen berries so just give us 10 minutes. Yes I got my drink with frozen berries. Food was average at best. The bathroom had a leaking toilet. Picture attached:) I am grateful that we got to watch the prelims for an hour and the UFC fight. But I will probably not return to a Boston pizza and find another sports bar.

Great place for family dinner, very kids friendly. Excellent, friendly and attentive service, good food and reasonable prices.

It was a great place for an office lunch. One of the places in the area that could accommodate a large group. Food was great (for a Boston Pizza) and service was quick and friendly. Clean bathrooms and good atmosphere. Overall a pleasant restaurant.

As much as I want to like it I just can't. I've always had problems with service, whether it's wrong orders, just plain slow, or being served a dirty dish. The staff is always friendly and management has always tried to resolve my issue whenever I've had one. But there's still always an issue.

Add on top the quality of the food is going downhill and their prices are going up, it's just not worth it.

Poor service! They are super slow! They took our order and after 25 minutes they came and said that now we want to confirm! We wait too long for service! Poor quality and very bad customer service.

Food came out 1 hr late and made a complain to the manager. He didn’t care and was rude. I just didn’t have time to argue with him.

We have other options in the area. Never coming back.

Decent food and not a bad price. Server spent more time talking to other colleagues as if the rest of us would tip well. Unfortunately, Yaser the manager, encouraged this. Had a great time at Boston Pizza on Front Street, would not return here.

Not the best experience. We had a large group (approximately 25) for a farewell lunch for a staff member. Service was spotty. 5 of our group never actually received their orders, and had to return to the office without having eaten their lunch. A few people ended up being served just as most of us were leaving. Food was fine, but the service was disappointing to say the least. Not so sure I'd go back.

Service was great, my companion complained about his pasta dish no hot. That's why the four stars instead of five. Still, great food. So the pasta was warm.

Terrible service! First the web site didn’t work for 20 min, I couldn’t place the order. Then I called this location and lady asked to be on hold for COUPLE minutes! I waited 8 minutes without anyone getting back to me!

This is the worst Boston pizza place I ever visited. My experience with the guy at the reception was terrible. He don’t know how to speak with a Cx. Never ever visit again

Enjoyed the Tuscan Pizza here, its different from the regular pizza places and The Smoked Gouda and Poblano Pepper Ravioli was also good, they have some good dessert options too we had the Chocolate Explosion Cheese Cake which was just yummy

We had a large group but our food was delivered with about 20 minutes between the first and last.not good.

We had a group of about 70 in the bar, but there were only three servers working behind the bar, taking orders and delivering drinks. Service was cheerful but so slow; the POS may have been slowing them down. Pizza came out fairly fast but was only OK.

Watched UFC 245, and Usman kicked some backside. That said, service was ok, food was alright. It really wasn't memorable beyond the ufc event. Basic evening. You won't be disappointed but you're likely not to be impressed either.

Came in for lunch and it wasn't busy. Only 2 of us. A server sat us, but I believe she was the only one serving the dining room. So we waited for her and she didn't come back for 15 minutes for drinks or orders. It's lunch so it only takes 5 minutes to decide what we want to eat. The bartender gave us water after because we still had no drinks. Then our server came back and asked if we were ready, and didn't say it was pasta Tuesday until I ordered the pasta myself. The food was good though. Just the service could be quicker, and watch the tables closer. Bartender dropped off the bill, so I'm not even sure exactly who was serving us.

I've been here before for drinks, sitting bar side at night has good service.

A nice and consistent Boston Pizza. Large bar area. It's been around for quite some time so it's starting to show its age. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of TV's around to watch a game with your meal. Small patio off the bar side. Overall a good place to meet up for drinks and dinner.

Great service and good menu items. Typical make your own pizzas as well as ribs, steak, burgers and sandwiches. The appetizers are okay. Specials every day check and see what they have on prior to attending. MVB burger is good as well as the tropical chicken pizza.

Slow, no service/bad service. We got in and were placed at a table that was not cleaned when there were many others available, fine. We ordered the Tuesday pasta special, our server said it is lunch time the pasta will come in the lunch size for the special price.never heard of lunch size for pasta Tuesday. We also wondered do we need to pay more if we want regular size? How would that be daily special then? Anyways, we believe the server was just not sure what she was talking about. The pasta did come in decent size, but it took over half an hour when there were less than 10 customers in the restuarant. Were they understaffed? Both inside and outside the kitchen? After she put down the pasta and she was about to leave us, she ask is there are any things else we need.guess what? We were not even given utensils to eat with.after she took the utensils from the next table.guess I can do that myself too. Then she was gone and we haven't seen her until we finish and WAITED for her to show up, so we can get our bill. The whole meal took double the time of what could have been.and i am not sure should i call it no service or bad service. Also, the pasta did not even taste good.

Me and my girl friend came into the store around 12: 30am, what a nice service from this location. The one of waitress named Carol who is black and blonde hair. She never smiled to us or ask about the food. Nothing care about us. I could understand if she served everyone like that, however there was one more table that she served. She smiled at them with high tone of the voice, I felt racial discrimination and she seemed like hate us even we didn't do anything wrong.

First time here after it reopened. Food was good, Boston pizza standard. Service was good as well. I ordered the meateor pizza and for some reason it didn't look like what I remembered, but still good.

I thought the new opening would result in better management but these people are just as unprofessional as the team before

I ordered a vegetarian black bean burger with fries. The taste was ok and good enough to allay my hunger. Next time I would try a pizza.
