Boston Pizza

Probably my worse experience in a Boston pizza. Service was super slow, and we had to ask multiple servers for our take out bag and bill that took half an hour of our time. Main thing was about that BP rewards. I told both the host and server I had 2 offers I wanted to redeem before placing the order. They said ok! We can do it after, and I agreed. I also had a seperate order apart from the bp rewards offer. When the time came to pay the bill, they now tell me my coupon offer doesn't work and that I had to pay for it.lol. Don't tell me I can use an offer and then take it back when the time comes to pay. I even insisted in redeeming it first before placing the order. The server told me it was already redeemed afterwards, yet it's still on my app. I payed for it, and didn't cause a scene. I am also never coming back. They are just out for your money and trying to get as much as they can with cheap tricks with these "offers and rewards". Pffft yeah right. You called me Sash, I returned your call and left a message. After that, never heard from you again. Great way to look into the situation! Don't bother reaching out to me again.

Waitress was nice and attentive. No issues. Only table was a little too sticky for my liking.

I ordered a pasta dish, it was ice cold. My kids had chicken strips and they were fresh and tasty. The pizza was delicious. The waitress didn’t check on us we had to ask someone to go get her a couple of times. The restaurant had lots of fruit flies. There was dirty dishes left on a table from another party the entire time we were there which didn’t help with the flies.

We were served by Anish, I hope that’s how you spell his name! But he did such a great job. His server skills were so impressive. He was kind, and he kept checking in on us frequently which was very appreciated. He also talked to us while we were giving our bill. It was a great experience and more staff like him is definitely needed. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I've been here before, but this day I decided to hang out was really pleasant. I was in my own world though, and so were some of the staff that served me. Better you show up with friends for the best time.

Our server Ishveen was very friendly and helpful. She helped us with the menu and options for my kids.

Food not bad service ok but not the best
Atmosphere the place is dirty look under your tables distinguishing will not be back

We were here the other night and Mackenzie made our night super fantastic! Great service and always a smile on.

Best boston pizza branch to dine-in. I have tried all other locations but In all that this is the best place i found.

I used to frequent Boston Pizza back home in Dartmouth Nova Scotia as it was one of the few restaurants open late. Haven't been to this a Canadian chain in about 3 years. I was saddened to find out my favourite pizza, the Bacon Double cheeseburger (no bacon, sub green pepper) was off the menu. I know that I used to like their nachos and ordered the smaller serving with a Diet Pepsi. Nachos were fine, no shortage of toppings. Diet Pepsis were constantly refilled and I appreciated the lime twist in each glass. The server was wonderful and was always checking in. The patio was open, but there's no way I'm sitting out there in this weather!

Had the four cheese ravioli after a really active day. It was a large portion and couldn't finish. Server was friendlt but had to ask for a refill of my drink a couple of times

I ordered food from this place and went to pick it up. When I got there I was told it would be 2 more minutes. 15min go by and I asked how much longer and the rude hostess comes out with my food and sarcastically says, "there you go, 2 minutes just like I said". If your job is just a joke then kindly step aside and allow someone else who values a job to work there.

They always forget something or like chicken in your chicken salad. Or the dressing for your salad.ruins the meal.

Went here lastnight (March 29th) around 10pm. Was sat a booth and quickly realized it was never cleaned. There was cumbs everywhere with sauce stains on the table. Our pasta was way over cooked. Wont be coming back.

They have stepped up there game drastically. Food has gotten alot better then what I remembered it being

My boss and I decided to have lunch here after meeting face to face in a few years. The food was just "ok" nothing to gawk at but the long island iced tea was the bomb so I can give a star for that. Our server was very friend and the food did come out pretty fast. I will try another location before I make my final decision on whether or not this will make my recommend to friends listing.

Entered this empty restaurant Friday afternoon and sat at the bar. I went to the washroom and my buddy didn’t even have a drink after I got back 5 mins later. We gave up went next door to Drake to a packed restaurant and within 5 minutes had drinks and food ordered. It’s not hard to see why this franchise is closing many locations and it’s the same old story… stay away from franchises because they are run by kids!

Yesterday was our first time out in a restaurant since the beginning of the pandemic. The food was great. The BBQ chicken was tasty, but the service was unbelievably slow! I had to get out of booth to look for our server. It was NOT busy and when I found her and told her our bill please. It took her over 20 mts to arrive with the check. Very disappointing experience. Won't return to this location again.

Usually this location has been good in the past but I was not impressed this time around. The bar tender seemed uninterested in seating me anywhere while I waited for my food and the other red head waitress on the bar side was useless. They never told me if my takeout order was ready and when I went to inquire 15 mins after they originally said it'd be ready they were completely disorganized.

We had our year end dinner, 18 of us. We were looked after by 2 servers. Our section of 9 diners, were not approached for any drinks order since our staggered arrival from 8: 00pm. My first drink order was around 8: 45 pm. Only after I approached the manager nicely. I noticed that they are short staffed, and needing training. I appreciate your hard work, but there are room for improvement. You would have lost revenue there. COVID protocol was followed, they did not use a q code scanner to verify validation ok our vaccination status, but the gatekeeper did verify IDs. Calamari stood out as my favourite, I had the Big Dipper, sliced steak baguette sandwich. It was good portion, but I would recommend that you cut the sandwich into 6 pieces, it is easier to handle, and allowing us to share. You might adopt the Tapas concept. Sharing is caring. Location offers easy access from highways, offices. There are ample of large parking spaces. With a party this size, the bill includes 15 % gratuity. The average check per person is 35$.

Placed a takeout order. 3 veg pastas and found bacon in one of them. Complained about it as the guests were vegetarians for religious reasons and they just said next pasta order is on the house.

Great spot, service was wonderful and enjoyed the food. I thought the appetizers were a little overpriced

Boston Pizza's menu is great. I enjoy the food. There are a number of menu options which will likely provide satisfaction to many customers. The presentation is respectable and the prices are reasonable.the service on my particular visit was unreasonably long which leads me provide only a satisfactory experience. Particularly given that there were not very many patrons on the evening I was there.
The ambience is welcoming and warm. There are many screens around which will provide diners multiple viewpoints of current sporting events.
This location is contains very easy access and exit points from main roads which makes it a more tolerable place to frequent when commuting by car.
Overall a clean location. Deserved of return visits.

I was here a few days ago and the whole experience was just subpar. From the seating, to the food and especially the service, everything was lacking.
We were asked if we could sit on the bar side even though the dining side was not packed. No reasons were given as to why they were asking this but we were told they would appreciate it. So we say yes and proceed to the sit on the bar side. However, this turned out to be a bad decision as there was max. 1-2 servers serving everyone eating on the bar side plus those outside on the patio. We were given our food which all came at once and within seconds asked if it was okay (we hadn’t even tried it all). After this we never saw our server. Even signaling someone to come over was impossible as no one was making eye contact. The girls over at the bar didn’t even look up once to see if anyone needed anything. I had to eventually walk over with my pizza and ask them to reheat it. Even when it came to asking for our bill, no one was around. We eventually walked over to the other side where we entered and ended up paying there. The food also is not up to the level it once was. The menu is limited and they do not offer most of the popular items they once had such as platters etc. Every dish is just overloaded with cheese whether it be pizza, pasta or any of the appetizers.
Would not go back to this location!

The pineapple beet goat cheese salad was the most awful tasting salad I have ever had. $38 for two salads that mostly went it the trash. Canned pineapple and dry beet slaw with rusted lettuce? Wow disappointed in BP, we were huge fans of the beet and peach salad that is now discontinued, this recipe though needs to go in the trash! Nothing fresh about this food

The best boston pizza I've ever been to, in every aspect. Food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner. The servers are very polite and attentive. I recommend the shrimp tacos (appetizer) and the honey dill grilled chicken power bowl. I will definitely be coming here again!

Customer service was so dissappointed. The staff should be polite to customers. If i could give this 0 stars, Trust me i would!

Many places to order and choose during this global pandemic, however service through takeout with friendly attitude and customer service makes Amy R stand out and shine. Employees like this are rare. Keep up the good work.

Food ok.poor customer service probably will never come back to this location. Server didn’t even remember our order.

I did a purchase for take out using Apple Pay
They told me it did not go through
I showed my credit card and my app and she was telling me it will come back
Waited called my credit card to find out nope I was charged (keep in mind I did not take the food)
Called head office they where very kind and understanding told me to go back and they will insure I get a refund.
Went back after a lot of talking I was finally able to get my money back.
I will not go back to a business that cannot own a mistake and who do not respect or value a customers time.

Everytime I've gone to this particular branch of BP it's been a delight. The staff is really welcoming and the food is amazing

Last night went with kids. Food was ok. Service was surprisingly bad. Good location.

No one sat us for 5 mins and not that busy. Even managenent could see us through the server kitchen area but did nothing. We let that slide cause who knows. Then we got seated. No server 10 mins maybe 15. My wife is a server she said 15. When server arrived no questions on getting us started with drinks appetizers. We ordered. Food was timely but order screwed up. Server did not offer to remedy, only asked us if we could accept or fix it? ! Now my wife kicks me to keep quiet. Lol. No napkins nor wipes.finger food? ! Then kids meals she does offer the dessert to them? ! She hardly has any tables in her section! I'm completely at a loss at this point. Totally disappointed and the worst part is both my wife and I have worked in hospitality and are reasonable guests. This place failed on so many levels. I hope my review helps them take a look in the mirror. I normally wouldn't go out of my way to critique. But from the first step into the door to leaving just a lack of common practice and sense? ! I blame management not just the server. Bad night? ! Let's hope so.

Kathleen was amazing I never got that level of customer service from anyone ever I will definitely recommend this Boston Pizza and will go again

I'm a fan of Boston Pizza's food but would recommend avoiding this particular location (financial drive in Mississauga) - the customer service is dismal. You may have better service at the square one location.

Staff were great, place was clean. The pizza was junk. It looked like cheap ingredients coated in oil and over cooked. To add insult to injury i could have gotten better pizza at any hole in the wall for 10 dollars instead of the 30 including tax a boston pizza. What a rip off. In terms of atmosphere it is a typical sports bar warehouse. Twice for me first and last.

Absolutely love their warm hospitality and awesome service. Their priority is to make sure that you get your order with % perfection. The manager is super nice. By far my most favourite location in GTA. If you are craving for perfect cactus cut potatoes, this is the place to be. 10/10 from me️ Keep it up guys?

Have been here twice now in the past few weeks. Really enjoy the food and the caesar salad is delicious. I also really like the peach mojito and rocket slush drinks! Can be a little pricey compared to other places but the service and food are great so I can't complain. I would rather pay to get good service and food.

This one is a little tired. Could do with a re fit. Pizza s were good, drinks were good, the 2 Caesar salads were poor. Place was almost empty?

Absolutely love this Boston Pizza, no matter what you get, it'll taste good and the servers are attentive and friendly

Slow slow slow service.my friend got the bill and he didn’t ask for it since we weren’t done, felt like he was being rushed out of the door at 9pm on a Saturday night.not going back!

Had a really good experience. Our 1yr old enjoyed the food and we have had trouble getting him to eat solids lately, and he devoured the food. Our waitress was so kind and the manager checked in on us too. My husband and I were instantly impressed that the highchair was covered in plastic wrap to not collect germs or dirt!

I have visited several BP locations and I will continue to do so, just not this one. My most recent experience was plagued with problems from the hostess not really knowing what she was doing to being seated at a table then being ignored.

Finally a waitress did come over only to be told "it was not her table" it clearly made a difference as we were then neglected and only once did the waitress come back to see if everything was ok.

Four families came in behind us only to be served before we did.

All in all a terrible experience, why should it take more than two hours to have dinner is beyond me.

Like I said in the beginning I will go to BP again as like there menu, just not this one. So if you have a choice just go down the road a little further and find another one.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My friend and I were having a beer when the base of his beer mug suddenly came apart from the rest of his mug. As a result, beer was spilled all of the table and our clothes. The waitress came by and got us another beer and told her dinner would be taken care of by them. By the time the bill came I noticed that only 1 dinner was taken care of, I questioned it and they were adamant that only 1 dinner will be paid for. I contacted customer service, called them several times and even left Voicemails, with no one returning my calls ever. I will never go to BP ever again!

This place was good.i came here at lunch with my son and my dad.the waitress was nice and friendly, and put in our appetizer order way before our main course.this resulted in us not getting food back to back which we requested.the dinning room wasnt to busy as we went for a late lunch.

Very good pizza, nachos was ok. Service was very friendly and courteous. Fifth star was for the over pricing strategy.

Place super clean.staff and service great. Tamana was outstanding. The only issue was food too salty and quality of the food we ordered were not value for its price.was expecting the taste n quality of food will be great for the price we pay.ordered a few items, all salty and the soup of the day which was brocoli something was the worst ever soup of my life.do we have a chef that ever taste the food before serving? Ordered a pasta which was tasteless and chicken breast was so dry on top of it. Sorry guys, you have a superb location, great service, great staffing but food you need to work it out.

Great location, staff is welcoming and know the menu well.
The manager Shahin is very accommodating. Staff have high regards for his leadership and keeping them motivated and engaged.
Food and produce is fresh and flavorful.
Will visit often going forward.
Calamari with a touch of jalapeno peppers is a great appetizer to start off your meal with.

The food was really good. The waitress was on point as well. A party of 15 and she was fast and never made one mistake. Would definitely go back. Only think is they need more dessert options.

Bartender has a lot of attitude, I sat at the bar with my girlfriend and she did not serve us after after 2 shots last call was 2 hours away

We had lunch here a few times. The servers here are just wonderful and food obviously amazingly good. Thumbs up!
