I had a great time, the food, the staff were great, actually had a burger there and it was probably the best burger I've had in a long time. Will
definitely return to try other menu options.

I would like to say thank you to Greg for the great service my family and I received. Greg was very courteous and managed our needs in a very professional manner. I highly recommend a visit with you and your family to this location.

Hi, pizza in Etobicoke is much worse than pizza in Niagara, very little toppings and in addition one pizza was mixed up and instead of a meat pizza they gave a vegetarian one. We were upset

The manager (overweight/ east asian or middle eastern) was not accommodating and not too friendly either. The sports bar area was maybe 40% full. All the tables in front of the big tv were empty. We requested one of those tables for our group of 5 to watch a specific sport. We were declined the request as they are „reserved” for parties of 8 only. For 2-3 hours, those tables stayed empty even though afterwards the staff put the little reserved signs on it. Then the signs were removed. (all 10 reservations cancelled? ….) Our group of 5 could have had just 1 table and added an extra chair since there were easily 10 tables that could sit 4 people each. If the culture at this location is to overaccommodate potential customers and not current customers, then simply they will lose customers. I wont be returning to this location- first and last time.

Standard Boston Pizza atmosphere, though I would say that the kitchen left something to be desired, as when I visited the place was not anywhere near packed but the service seemed slow, and there was an order brought out incorrectly as we requested a substitute on our order and it came out incorrectly.

Of course the game was on, which was the overaching reason for our visit - leading to some frustrating when there was a large screen burned out at the bar.

Outstanding customer service from Rebecca though, certainly the type of waitress that will have this place added to my list of must return to when there is a game on.

Excellent service from the bartender Jazz and the manager are the best, and the sangrias are the best?

Kind staff, food was ok. I don’t know why I order food different than pizza in a pizza place. Ordered mac’cheese to my kid and it was just a regular pasta. The Bandera bread was very good, fresh and tasty. Tried the ribeye meatloaf stack and was fine. The meat wasn’t great, but mashed potato and sauce was good. My husband’s burger was so so. The new Salted Caramel Panookie is good, I recommend this one.

Bizarre experience tonight. 4 of us (me, wife, 2 kids) walk into an empty Boston Pizza for early dinner and ask for a table. The hostess tells us there’s a 15-minute wait. How come, I ask, as I count 9 free tables over her shoulder? Are all of these reserved? She says no, no reservations.she cannot sit us because "the kitchen is busy". I kindly let her know we’re not asking to be sat in the kitchen, we’re asking for one of the many free tables. She says no can do. We thank her, and walk next door to The Grille which was actually much busier than BP, yet we sat down immediately and had a nice dinner. We used to be regulars at this BP at Queensway, but we won’t be coming back now as my kids like The Grille much better.

Sent my order to the wrong table, then over-charged for it by $5. Extremely expensive (e.g. $12 for a single beer) with mandatory minimum tip requirements even for four people with individual checks. Food seems to be re-heated from frozen.

There's a recession in a few months; just stay home, save your money, and let the economy sort places like this out.

Sat at the bar. Bartenders were super friendly and attentive. Good gluten-free and dairy-free options - especially considering it’s a pizza and pasta restaurant.

The best ever Pizza at a Boston Pizza location I have had is this one.

Very arranged and clean facility.

Highly recommend place

It wasn’t busy on the Friday night but the waiter still took long to come. When she had brought the pitcher of sangria there was a hair hanging out we still got charged for the sangria pitcher even tho there was a hair and we almost could’ve drank that if we did not see the hair. The food was good but I was still a little concerned if I would see hair in my food.

Pretty good/decent, although one of my family members ordered chicken bites and they got a little bit sick after. However the pizza I had was pretty good as always which is why I'm giving it 3 stars

My boyfriend and I go here many times. Just wanted to say great food and service. In particular, many high fives to Alyssa who was our waitress last Saturday evening, she was very friendly and courteous! Keep up the great work Alyssa!

Was there a couple days back with a couple of work friends. Had a great time, they followed covid rules. Had some good deals. The game was playing. What more could you ask for. Nice place to relax after a long day at work.

I went to this location for lunch on Friday Oct 08/21, with my coworkers, 2 out of four ordered the same item from the menu which was Chicken &Mushroom Fettuccini come with grilled chicken breast, mushroom, tomatoes and green onions with Alfredo sauce. Both of us for cube chicken not even grilled cube chicken. So I asked our server n she confirm it was cube chicken. Got back to my office n checked the menu again n saw that is was grilled chicken breast. I called the restaurant and spoke with the evening supervisor he again confirm the meal comes with cube chicken, but that's not what the menu said. One of the other girl got a pizza which looked like a frozen pizza that was just warned up. If we wanted a frozen meal we would have gone to the grocery store n spend $20 n bought frozen pizza n michelina dinners. This is not our first time at this location. We paid for a frozen dinner. We were all sick after we got back to our office. I'm sorry but this place can't be charging people for something they advertise n don't deliver. Boston Pizza Queensway will never get our business again. They are serving pre- cook food to their customers and their price has increased. I not one to complain, but the public must be aware of this location. They food n service is nothing like the way it was before the lock down no wonder their dining room was completely empty on a Friday lunch hour. I look forward to hearing from the manager of this location.

The shrimp on all three orders were raw. The waitress was out to lunch on many aspects of attending our table.

We normally order takeout from this location, but we decided to eat on the patio this time. It was excellent, as always. The service was great, the food was fantastic, and we felt safe with the covid protocols in place.

I highly recommend the Bandera Bread appetizer. We get it every time we order from here, but it's even better when you have it on site as it's hot and right out of the oven. We were too full afterwards, so we ended up taking most of our mains home. Which is fine with us! The portions are quite large, so it's easily two meals if you like leftovers for later.

We usually order the same thing every time, but the food is always consistently good. It's not like some places where certain dishes are hit or miss. We've never been disappointed with this location.

Honestly all of these cookie cutter restaurants all seem to taste the same. The food was good but just boring

We went here for Valentine's Day. There were a lot of families there and it was great for everyone (just NOT romantic). The decor is a bit dated but the food was good. We spoke to a manager and someone from head office, they're trying to make the food consistent across the board. Everyone was very attentive.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally rate this location 5 stars. Been going here for about 2 years consistently and never had a bad experience with dine in or take out. Staff is always friendly and food is always good. They always listen to my "no cheese" instruction whether it's dine in or delivery. The best location!

Very friendly staff who won't even seem to judge you if you all you ask for is the ranch dip. ;)

The Boston Pizza franchise is always good at keeping their menus fresh, atmosphere modern and food delicious! Good place to take your friends to watch a game if you don't feel like hosting.

We used to be regulars at Queensway BP. Unfortunately once the new owners took over the food quality declined, the professional servers quit, the restrooms are now dirty and without soap or towels. We gave this location one more try over this past weekend since we were in the area. We were seated for 20 minutes without seeing a server and so we left. We won’t be back.

Great Service. I sat in the lounge with my family and the server was very attentive. She refilled our drinks before they were empty and brought us napkins when we needed them. I really enjoyed the experience. We go there all the time! We love the food!

Walked in and waited to be seated. Not a soul in sight to greet and seat us. Took a while before a woman finally came to the front.

After being seated we waited to place our order. This also took a while before the same person arrived again, looking puzzled that they also had to serve us. Place was dead inside but it still took just over 20 minutes before we finally got our beverages.

Not sure where all the other employees were hiding but it wasn't until we finally got our drinks that they decided to show themselves. In the meantime, any customers that trickled in went through the same uncomfortable routine of waiting up front at an empty front desk to be seated until someone finally decided to help them.

The service was painfully slow.

The only thing that helped was the food when it finally arrived. Wings and fries were great and the small personal pizza was also really good. Too bad the slow service and what seemed like a disinterested staff brought down the dining experience.

This location has always been hit or miss.not sure how they manage to stay in business with such lackluster customer service.

Great location to watch Raptors game 5 of the 2019 finals. Pulled down a projector screen but we ended up watching above the bar closer to our high top table. Had extra staff on hand knowing it would be a busy night. Food didn't take long considering the above.

Standard franchise restaurants. Portions are very generous. The kids portions are also very big. I had the Memphis chicken sandwich and it had some good heat. Service was ok, had to call the waitress over multiple times instead of her checking on us.

Came for Disney trivia. Had a fun time but one of the team's was cheating. The host didn't do much about it. I don't think that's on Boston Pizza, but it was still upsetting. But raptors won game 5. So overall a good time.

Shoutout to the bartender, Karan (or karen*). Sat here exhausted waiting 4 hours for a tire change at Canadian Tire.she probably noticed i wasnt feeling it that day, and picked up my coffee tab.servers and bartenders; Learn.

Customer service is great here. The only reason why I'm giving two stars is because their food just isn't that tasy. I ended regretting coming here when I could have done a better job at home. I ordered the garlic shrimp pasta, very greasy, no taste. Last time I was here, I ordered the fish tacos the same thing.

We have been customers of Boston Pizza for years. Have been patrons at several different locations including previous visits to this one but today was a disappointment. Even with few customers it took our server (B) 15 min to take our initial order. The bread was stale. Fries undercooked. No fresh cheese offered on oizzas. No check on the food after serving. And we waited 20 minutes for our bill to be offered while B socialized with two other tables. When we finally got the bill B put the debit machine on the table then walked away not to return. Never again will we visit this location.

I was here with some friends for the Leafs game yesterday. Quite busy since the Raptors was on as well.service was ok my server forgot about us for awhile.the hostess at the front was pretty helpful over the phone when I had called. I felt bad as she was handling everything by herself from answering phone call after phone call to seating people and cleaning. Didn’t get her name but I’m sure she knows who she is. You guys should probably hire someone to help out on busy days like this. Doesn’t look too good.

The service was pathetic. We were 5 people at the table and they placed only 4 plates. When the food arrived, they didn't even give us silverware (spoons and forks). After requesting them for spoons, it took them more than 10 minutes to come back with spoons.
Along with whatever we ordered, I also ordered a drink which they forgot to serve. When all the food had arrived and we almost finished it half way through, I asked them about my drink and they said, "Oh! I am sorry, I forgot your drink. I will bring it. "

For a chain restaurant, our experience was below standards. Inattentive and slow service, inaccurate drink orders, and the wide timing of meal delivery was topped off with 3 of 3 pizza meals being overdone. Not sure if they sat under the heat waiting for our server, or if the cook over did them.
Bathrooms were not very clean and both the men's and women's were out of paper towels. I told a server before our meal, and it was not resolved by the time we left. Disappointing for corporate standards.

Friendly wait staff, great food and happy, energetic atmosphere. Pricing is a bit high but that seems to be the normal in Toronto now.

Alittle out of the way if you aren't from the area but it is worth checking out if you're in the West end.

Very bad service! The server took forever to even greet us and get us water, every interaction with the server was extremely slow! Went there on a Friday night, the place was dead, now I know why! Definitely not going back.

Their Mediterranean pizza is delicious and I loved their raspberry lemonade as well. Even though they were crowded and with few staff, they were cordial and service was really good (just a bit slow, but we could see all the staff running around to attend all tables properly). I really recommend!

They must have changed the lasagna recipe again because oh my god is it so much better since the last time I went (and it was already pretty good!). The waitress happily gave us a booth since my grandma would have been uncomfortable on the chairs. Only real downside is that the washroom is a little out of the way on the second floor so make sure you use your own before you visit.

Seems the menu has changed to include a few new items and a few items taken away. Though Boston pizza is a bit long in the tooth as far as restaurant chains are concerned this location maintains a clean and pleasant environment for a meal. Would be nice to see a slight revamp in the chain but has nothing to do with each individual location.

This Boston Pizza is like all the other chain restaurants. The prices are inflated for what you get. $17.79 for a small vegetarian pizza. Won't go back any time soon.

Good food but a bit pricey for what it is. Excellent service. Washroom is up a long flight of stairs. Pleaseant atmosphere.

They turned off the Canada world Junior game during the third period in favour of UFC. Like really? You couldn't leave team Canada on? What country are you in? !? Hockey is Canada not UFC

Our server was friendly, the food was just warm not hot and it took forever to get our food even though there were only a handful of customers.

Great salads. Bar tender was very attentive. Generally speaking atmosphere and overall service/food was exactly what I expected
