Gluten free chicken BLT was fabulous! Fries were right on. Waitress couldnt have given better service. Most impressed!

There was a bit of a wait to be seated, but service was fast after that. The food came out hot and was great-tasting as always. I had French onion soup with a side of sweet potato fries. Save room for dessert, the S'mores Brownie is divine!

Food was amazing, service was as well. We'll definitely come back! Super warm in there though, and in the summer it's absolutely freezing. Only downside!

Always good food! Had individual pizza with garlic butter base instead of pizza sauce, pepperoni, ham, bacon and double cheese! Delicious

Great Boston Pizza, we had an excellent server and they accommodated our larger group quickly. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent but wasn't impressed with the food. I found the salmon super bowl had no taste and I got a bone. The chicken wings were ok.

Staff is always amazing. Before during or after covid.my day is boston Tuesday.every week and sometimes order 2 days worth to even more deals.imo.best deals on Tuesday

In December of 2020 I tried to visit this Boston Pizza for a meal. Not sure if this restaurant maybe went a bit overboard. I was refused service based on my address not being based in Chatham.
I was not sure I was ok with the decision. I saw many people from the Chatham area, EATING AND shopping in my home city, during those stressful times. Not sure if I was singled out based on my asian heritage. Especially when I was exiting, and the bartender was high 5ing the patrons amongst cheers and clapping. I felt very singled out, and was very embarrassed. Based on this experience, I will never re visit a Boston Pizza again. Furthermore, I will also be speaking with many of my friends from the Chatham area, and also have them exclude your business. It was a horrible experience.

Good food, decent sized lunch portions, great service, fair price. Restaurant seemed clean and bright.

This is our favourite place to bring our 5 year old. Great food and service. We always enjoy our experience!

Amazing place! I usually visit this place once a month and everytime they provide exceptional service. Their menu has variety of dishes. They always serve hot, well presented, delicious & fresh food. Cactus cut potatoes, wings, tacos, parmesan chicken, pasta and fish bowls are my favourites. They have plenty of sitting area including dine in area, bar side seating and indoor/outdoor patio as well as a lot of parking (accessible parking) available on site. Its bit expensive but its worth it. Customer service - most of the time its good. Always excited to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone whose looking for a nice place.

Terrible experience in Chatham. Slow wait staff and unorganized. Food arrived at different times. Kids were half done before wife’s artichoke dip showed up. Then 5 mins later my chicken club showed up. Pitas were hard for artichoke dip. Waitress responded “yeah, our bread is bad, it comes out hard every time” Nice. Chicken club was very bland. $18.78 for a club sandwich should not leave you feeling underwhelmed wishing you would have ordered something else. Like pulling teeth to get a refill on beverages. Not impressed. Will not return. Manager sluffed it off as, “it’s back to school, so we are busy”. No other comment, just excuses. Just bad. Maybe some have good experiences here, but for us, that’s a big 1/5.

Dinner was fantastic, waitress was beyond great and patient with our kids. Definitely will return! Have never had bad service here!

Excellent food, good service, a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for, I suppose.

Great service, the outdoor patio is well deployed.

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and there wasn't near enough dressing on it couldn't eat it just ate the chicken off it for two of us it was sixty Bucks I felt ripped off

Great open! I was expecting a little bit of a rocky start after this lockdown but I was wonderfully surprised by how fantastic everything was!
Food was A1, we had the Memphis chicken sandwich service from Kelly was excellent. We will be back!

Great place for a family and friends yo eat. In spite of a rain storm developing to get us a bit wet.

My experience here haps always been good! The staff are friendly and the food is always so good! Every time I come to Chatham I go to this restaurant because I know they have stuff I love to eat! Never have I had bad food! Will 100% go back!

Amazing food and service, they always provide fast and friendly service. Patio is huge and cleanliness is on point, can't go wrong with this place. Had a large pizza, half viva Italia, half royal Hawaiian. My advice is to order enough to have leftovers.

I called ahead for an order for pickup. When I arrived while waiting, I was surprised to see the staff seat people in booths right next to each other instead of every other one. Then the staff informed me that my "order" had been already paid for and picked up by another customer as far as payment. They had to put my "order" back in the system. When I received my order it was correct and the servers were very pleasant and apologized but another amount of time spent in a place I didn't want to be with Covid going on

Terrible food. I ordered the alfredo pasta. Absolutely no flavour. Tasted like wet noodles.
Waste of money

Food was excellent. Service was good but we like good and pleasant. Our server wasn't really a pleasant one. Place just didn't feel warm.

They have stepped up their game to exceed COVID-19 cleanliness requirements, Masks for all employees and continuous sanitizing.
Great idea having menus stuck to tables so they are sanitized with the table
Food is always predictable and spiced just right, beer is always cold
Love the parking lot patio, hopefully this progresses with heaters and a solid roof in their patio area to extend outdoor atmosphere late into the fall like they do in Europe.

Discovered Boston Pizza by accident after visiting Galaxy Cinema but it was a wonderful accident and we've been back at least twice since; great ambience and excellent food!

I had a great experience here this last time i came. The food was delicious and the server and host and hostess were vourteous and professional and smiled.
Great service and food! A bit expensive though.

Cold pizza. Scant sauce on spaghetti and meatballs. $58.00 The only good thing was the nice delivery driver. Other than that, epic fail.

We love going to Boston Pizza! We go most Tuesdays for date night. We do dinner and a movie. Staff is friendly, the place is cheerful and clean. Reasonable prices.
I would like to see more choices on the menu. Sometimes you just need something different.
We recommend this place to everyone.

What an amazing experience.we came in with our Mite Fastpitch Rep team, a group of 30+ kids and adults, and they were amazing! Fast, efficient and very accommodating! Charity, our head waitress, was phenomenal and made the whole experience smooth and easy! Highly recommend! Thank you, Paula (Brampton Blazers Mite Gold Manager).

Worst judgemental staff. Especially the manager who treated me like a criminal. I ordered the MVB and the calamari both were great the hot peppers added a nice touch. But the experience was deliberately ruined by the staff. We all have bad days it happens to the best of us. But this was beyond that. It was like mean girls from a highschool movie that hate their lives so much they need to make others feel terrible in an attempt to better themselves. Individuals in management positions should be defusing theese situations. Unfortunately she was orchestrating it instead.

I love Boston Pizza. Just not the one in Chatham save your money and self esteem and pick a different location. IMHO

Not the fastest place I've been two costing a star but the food and atmosphere are great. I had the jambalaya fettuccine. I highly recommend it.

Amazing food, great service and relaxing atmosphere. We love coming here before a movie. Easy walk over to the cineplex means dinner and a movie is a very simple, tastey and entertaining date night!

Shrimp and chicken tacos are amazing. Cactus cuts are ALWAYS amazing.

We have 2 children, age 2 & 3, the server was great. Completely understanding, when I asked for water for the kids until their meals arrived- to bring chocolate milk. She remembered so I didn't have to ask twice, which I love because asking twice always makes me feel like a nob.

The Mediterranean pizza was very good but the service from Claire was excellent! She has a great sense of humor and she is very efficient.

Cherity serves us and makes our Boston pizza experience fabulous, she is the best waitress ever & she deserves a raise! Always gives us the best dining experience, with her beautiful smile and personality! Because of her I gave 5 stars. Thank you!

Boston Pizza's food was great, Waitress looked after me & my gf great. Great service, Great food, Great waitresses & waiters & I would recommend Boston Pizza.

Went to BP last night after my husband had picked me up from work. The restaurant was lively and we like the atmosphere and food. Only one booth in the bar was available but had not been cleared yet. I don't like sitting down at an uncleared table but we were in no hurry and weren't pressuring for immediate service. We sat down bc I had been on my feet for several hours. A young man came to clear the table and told us that we should know that "you are supposed to wait". While that is correct procedure I take exception to being reprimanded by a kid young enough to be my grandson. His tone was condescending and rude. The message should have been conveyed in a polite and respectful way. He attempted to get us menus and be our waiter but a very nice young lady intercepted him and gave us wonderful service and we had a great meal. As this was relayed to the manager the young man shall remain nameless, but maybe he should not be allowed to mix with the public. He's in serious need of training.
