I love this place. I tried almost everything here. The staff is very nice and the manager is very nice and friendly. Place is very neat and tidy. But I heard that they are firing the staff without any reason. Thats very wrong.

Hari and his team were outstanding! Even with 2 hockey teams present while we were here we didn’t have to wait for any food or drinks!

Had a great experience at Boston Pizza. Have to come check out downtown Torontos location. Especially if Nejat is your server! He was awesome and made our experience wonderful!

I had an amazing experience with Nikita who served our table at the restaurant. She provided quick and efficient service throughout my meal, making sure that everything was just right. She was extremely friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond to make my dining experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

A great experience at Boston Pizza. We really enjoyed the thin crust pizza and the baked Mac and cheese which was awesome. Would definitely like to try more pizzas and dishes here.

Terrible experience. Went to see an old friend who I haven’t seen for years. We met there, restaraunt was completely dead and then informed us of a 15 min wait. We were confused but agreed. After 30 minutes. We got a text saying our table was ready. We went back just to see the restaraunt was just as dead as when we first walked in. Why did they make us wait 30 minutes? I don’t know. Our server was completely incompetent. Took another 20 minutes just to greet us and then food took a while as well. I kept trying to order more drinks but this women was nowhere in sight. I ordered everything off of the busser clearing our table who was very nice and helpful. 10/10 for him he was running around the entire restaraunt helping and looked very young as well. Our server should seriously consider another career. As a server I know this is a very simple job and if your busser is SERVING FOR YOU then this isn’t the job for you. I tipped 20% by mistake thinking that option. 1 would be the typical 15%. However they try to trick you and it’s actually option 3 that’s 15%. Come here if you want to be robbed and taken advantage of AND ignored. Thanks to the busser for serving my friend and I tonight. The accidental 20% tip should be going straight to him.

Worst customer service in Toronto- don’t spend your precious time or money here. Manager on duty was rude, arrogant and talking over me not willing to hear my point. After waiting 30 minutes and with no one else left in line, the manager (front host) told me that she needed to put me in a waiting list because she didn’t have a table for the 7 of us. She couldn’t tell me when she could sit us and said that we should go and come back later that evening, not willing to offer me an estimated time of availability. Then told her partner to skip us as others were coming after us. No manager should ever provide this low level service anywhere.
We walked down the street and had the best pizza and service at a different restaurant, your loss Boston Pizza!

This late night staple is consistent and reliable across the board. Good pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads, cold drinks and steady service. Great for a late night stop in and a good spot before or after the Jays game or other event. Protip, be sure to upsize your pint for better value and more beverage.

The worst dinig experience ever.
40 minutes afterwe came into the restsurant, I had to go and complain before anyone even came to take our order.
We were a group of 8, the restsurant was more than half empty, yet the best they could do, after a wait of over 30 minutes, was to seat us at two separate tables!
To add insult to injury - the dish I ordered was not available (the first waiteress did not know that.)
So a perfect storm of the worst service ever.
I am so very sorry I tried this place.p

Thai bites and Viva Italian pizza were pretty good. Beer was not. Jedi Hazy IPA was about a 2/10. Beer selection was super weak. Get some Great Lakes Brewery, some Collective Arts, some Muskoka Brewery, and some Town Brewery beers in there and I'd go back. So many good beers out there these days and I was surprised they didn't even have one good one.unless you're into Stella or Molson Canadian.

Great service and attention from the staff. The place was relatively crowded but our order arrived fast. I liked the option to pay using a QR Code on the table and without waiting for the bill, faster and simple. The staff wqs cleaning all tables after every customer and taking the necessary measures.

My kid loves Boston pizza, we went Sunday afternoon and after the vaccination checks and scan for tracking, the server decided to set us me, my wife and my daughter in small room with nothing except tables!? !? !? ! Why? And the restaurant was half empty and the second floor empty and no capacity limit anymore. I didn’t understand the reason except that We are not in the same level of the rest of the customers.and that was enough for me to say No and leave the restaurant. If you guys are looking for customers after the pandemic please do better job and good luck.

Had my meal yesterday & placed order for pasta & veg pasta which really tasted good.

Bad part female servers disinterested in serving & just standing. When called for help they never responded considering it was not at all busy time.

They said free refills on Pop (mentioned in the menu) which were stopped after my second glass of diet pepsi/coke

4 vs 5 stars as I’d been here to watch the Maple leafs game and you were playing an old baseball game on the TV screens. I even confirmed before I entered it you play the leafs game. I had to remind you to change the channel after which the manager changed to the leafs game.
Loved the pizza, great customer service with a giant screen to enjoy the game.will visit this place again to enjoy a game of hockey with pizza and a drink

I have ordered here 4 x and today was my fourth and last, kept hoping they would do better but they really just dont care, 20 minutes for a salad pick up! Ridiculous if they are not forgetting items like salad dressing and utensils avoid this location they obviously do not value your business or your time

Food was good, wait staff was a bit distracted, had to flag our waiter down every time we needed another drink.

I really enjoyed my pizza it was the Perogi. I did miss having some kind of tomato based sauce, so I ordered marinara on the side. My sis and I demolished our Nachos we where so hungry that I didn't get a photo, but the nachos where yum. I added grounded beef to it and washed it down with a Pepsi.though I definitely prefer coke.

The group I was with enjoyed watching the game at this location. They have excellent TVs, volume was on, great service.
The wings are very good, with enough choices.
Drinks are priced fairly too.
We will definately return.

No doubt this place is good food is tasty and fresh we really enjoyed our evening here but they only reason for three stars is that person who was serving us added 18% tip into our bill by herself and without even asking us. She was like we already added tip so you dont need to add more. I was surprised.i dont know about this thing but I didn’t see any other restaurants doing this. May be im not aware of it

Pick-up order. Food was good, but my order was not complete: missing the garlic bread (included with pasta). I called back to notify them: was answered by a woman, then put on hold while she checked but never came back after > 12 minutes wait so hang up without getting any compensation.

After this review, received compensation through email.

Stopped by to have dinner on the patio. Our server was great and spent extra time joking with my son which was great!

Food was a bit slow but with Covid things are up in the air so as long as your not in a rush. When food arrived it was hot and delicious.

The pizza had such a small amount of cheese, it didnt even cover the tomato sauce underneath. I am not sure what is going on, is this place that cheap? The pasta was alright though. Overall not worth the expensive prices for the poor quality of food, will not come here again.

Ok so! I also work at Boston pizza but another location. This location is excellent and spacious but one thing that seems to be the issue at this location is that once the servers take your order you don't see them again for quite a while! No quality check, etc. Especially if you are sitting alone. Its like they completely forgot about you. Customer service and communication is so important in this business and I'd rather be honest. It is not the first time I've experienced this at this location. I know it's most likely not their fault. They seem understaffed. But besides that, everything else was 5 stars. Affordable drinks and great tasting food. I will return I just hope they put a few more people on the floor! Cheers!

Location is top notch. Food quality was alright. Pizza was good. Thai bites a good app. Pasta was better at other locations, drinks too.

Good hours, perfect place to enjoy pizza and drinks after a jays game! Lot of other local restaraunts are not open nearly as late.

They change servers every week, the food is terrible, drinks are terrible, bad service. No one even offers to pour your pitcher for you. The only good thing about this restaurant is that it's close to my home.

This is an awesome location, right beside the dome. Staff is quick and friendly. The fishbowls are perfect on a hot night

Food tasted good (Hawaiian pizza and spinach dip) but it was overpriced for the portion and service was pretty slow

Good place. Nice staff. I tried spinach n artichoke dip and Mediterranean pizza. The cocktails are not very great.

Missing item that made it pretty hard to enjoy my meal. Manager gave me the complete run around (wouldn’t even speak to me in person on the phone) because it was through Uber and there’s “nothing they can do”. May as well avoid as there’s plenty of restaurants in town. What would happen if they delivered a pizza and forgot the tomato sauce? Didn’t even try and make it better. Crazy.

Miss Tiffany was the best waitress we could ever ask for. Her kindness and efficiency was unmatched. We hope to have her again! She made our night so sooo great. Please request Tiffany if you can as she is the best! Xoxo she needs a raise.

The food was great. Got nachos and they were perfect. Not overcooked or lacking toppings. The staff were great! Was on the patio in decent weather. Heaters did justice. Need to try the Buffalo nachos!

The food was ok. However our "server" didn't serve us. She looks upset when she has to sit is in the party room as we have kids. We ordered 3 main dishes and a kids meal. The meal comes with a drink and a dessert ice cream. On top we ordered another order of ice cream. When my friend paid she told the waitress we want to order the drink and ice cream. She never comes back. We have to ask another server to ask her to come and we waited for 10 mins. When she came we asked if we can get the juice and ice creamto go as we were in a rush. She gave us option and left, we waited for another 10 mins (again we have to ask someone else) to order. She just brought a cookie and the to go boxes and rushed away, didn't give us the juice that comes with the meal. We didn't bother as we don't want to spend more time for that.

I set my birthday celebration there. 20 guests happy with great service, excellent food, and a very good variety of beers. Strongly recommended not only for big parties but also if you were visiting the CN Tower, Aquarium or just leaving a Blue Jay's game.

Been to this location quite a few times and have constantly enjoyed it. There are a lot tourists and it does get busy after Jays games but overall a good family experience with reasonably priced options.

Great location to order from. Prompt, courteous staff who go out of their way to accommodate you. Food was great for the cost, and didn't even need to ask for napkins, they hooked it up! Even helped me out when I miscalculated and short changed them.

Food and drinks were good. Service was mediocre at best. Plates and drinks were just dropped off without care. Waiter did not check in after food was served. Waited longer than usual for drink refills.

I work across the street a lot and come here for some suds and grub. The food is always great and the service is super friendly. I'll definitely be back soon.

I'm not a chain restaurant fan and Boston Pizza is near the.bottom of the food chain so to speak. BUT I had an amazing Chicken Power Bowl. Worth the visit for this.

The noise level was on high as well which is somewhat disconcerting. But the service was great.

Very good service and the pizza we ordered was amazing. Just the drink (lemonade) was too concentrate, so much so that had to water it down. Overall though, great restaurant experience.

friendly staff, only reason for the 4 stars is the parking is horrible for this location! There basically is none!

We were in town on vacation and this place came recommended by a couple of police officers nearby on a detail and we decided to give it a shot. While the service and the food were good, I was not too impressed with the atmosphere, as we were seated in a restaurant area by ourselves and away from everyone else in the bar area (I assume this was because our son was with us), either way if we were in the area and couldn't find a new restaurant to experience we would go back.

I ordered a pasta and the waiter asked if I would like cheese on my garlic bread. I said yes but it wasn't until we got the bill that we found out that cheese was an extra $3. To be fair, it did say that on the menu, but the waiter should have specified that it would be extra. Overall, food was okay and the atmosphere and environment was very nice.

This location is very nice and have a very modern feel! It also has a cool upper floor. The food is amazing and tasty, the staff are friendly, understanding, helpful, and just amazing! This is a great place to come for a team meeting, or team lunch, or even just to go out for a night without having to worry about dishes. Amazing place and plan on coming back again!

Great atmosphere and food, waited about 30 minutes for a table on Friday night, half the place was empty, service was mediocre, took forever to bring out order out and the desserts we ordered were burnt

A nice sports bar, decent fare and fun atmosphere! Foods resemble that of TGIF and Chilli's. A bit higher quality so I enjoyed my meal there with my family.

Family friendly on a non sporting events night. So plan accordingly. If there was one in the states we would probably eat there more often.

Good place to enjoy sports, a beer and pizza. They have some original pizza combinations, though thw pizza it's not thw best you've ever had it is good enough.

I can see the appeal, can accommodate large groups, good place to have a domestic beer after or for the Jays game. Its well located and there is a room for private parties, which is why I attended. They can certainly handle large groups - this is why they get stars. The food leaves much to be desired, and is a disappointment. - this is where they lose stars. But I suppose one doesn't go for the dining.

Honestly, I was not happy at all. Our server needs more training as far as being a good server. Our food was very unpleasant. My ribs were pale and no flavor. My fiance's steak was cold. My sister ordered garlic mashed potatoes and shrimp and it came right after she was done with her meal. Also, when we came in and got sat.our server did not greet us at all. Took him ten minutes to come to us. Also, he questioned our way to pay our bill. No manager around to talk to. And to be honest I don't I will ever come back here when I'm in Toronto.
