Personally, I used to think that Canadian food was not very tasty, but this place is cheap and delicious. A family of 5 with a large pizza, salad, and pasta, with 15% tip, costs about 120,000 won. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's not tasty. The dough is really crispy and you can feel the sincerity of the food. Royal Hawaiian recommended. And water is free with unlimited refills. A restaurant with very friendly staff and a pop atmosphere! I recommend it.

When entering the restaurant our hostess Sydney Cripps was extremely nice and friendly and helped us by ordering our takeout food. Great service very friendly!

Very bad experience,
Is my first time in Boston Pizza, and i comming whith my family, we order 2 pizza and chicken wings, the guy not bringing, napkins, folks, chili, parmesane, etc.
For the drinks is the same thinks, not have straw, the orange juice is not cold, but am still waiting for ice.

A very lively and happening place to go after visiting Niagara falls Yummy options available for vegetarians as well! We had the baked 7 cheese ravioli and veggie garden pizza which was more than sufficient for 4 people. The spinach artichoke dip as starter was quite filling and cheesy. Great place for Italian cuisine lovers. The server was very friendly too.

Great food. Great service.

No longer has direct access to arcade (for now). You would have to exit the dining room and enter the arcade from the outside.

Nice place and as of my experience they do take care well and follow up with covid protocol's as of unfortunate circumstances! Really had good time with my buddies

Boston Pizza on Clifton hills. Great space. It was nice and clean and all the staff we had were great. We had Chris as our server and his was amazing. Super friendly and went over and above to make my families visit great. We will for sure go to this location again.

Food are fantastic. My kids enjoyed the pastas and burgers. My wife and I enjoyed the steak. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, pleasant experience. Definitely be back again.

Great experience and amazing service. Must visit arriving in Niagara. Ordered pasta and pizza and both came out better than expected. Family friendly and connected to an arcade you will definitly enjoy stopping here for a bite and drinks.

Greate eatery right beside the fun zone and other tourist areas at niagara falls. Only think that it could be bit more cleaner. Food options are great

Came here with my family of 5 today for a joint birthday.our server Craig provided us with an amazing, memorable experience and was highly attentive and friendly.he made my grandma blush with his sweet conversations.he also helped us with dinner, dessert, and drink recommendations, which were all absolutely delicious.thank you Craig!

When we got the bill, we realized the price was different from the menu!
Disappointed. Btw, we ordered pop, and when we wanna refill, the waitress told us it’s not refillable. But it’s said refillable on the menu!

The worst service ever, they did not let us enter. Even though it’s weekend night he said that there is only 2 waters for the entire restaurant. And I’ve entered there and all the tables where empty. He did not even let us wait inside, he wanted us to wait outside in the cold weather for half an hour. AHD he started shouting on us, and talking in a vary impolite way. The worst treatment. Never go there.

If I could give this Boston Pizza 6 stars, I would and thats all because of the server Hayley. Came there with 3 friends, initially just for a couple drinks and some Bandera bread. We ended up staying there until last call. Our server was incredibly friendly, very professional and extremely fun!

Great pizza and service. We were very well looked after. The lady from Scotland who looked after us made us feel so welcome and enjoyed the great food.

The food and drinks are great here and the inside has a nice, chill atmosphere. Was also seated pretty fast, and it feels very spacious for the amount of people that come.

I came here a few times throughout my stay and loved the tables for 2 along the bar and the girls there were great (one with red hair, one with brown hair, a pony tail, and glasses). Super friendly and great service.

We had a group of 12 which we told them in line up we were waiting in for covid. After they seated us all with one drinks menu, they decided to split us up. Kind of annoying considering we let them know but we agreed. This was all happening over the course of 25 minutes still no menus so my wife asked if she could have a menu and the waitresses response was " well there was one here if you guys would've just sat in the proper seats when you came in". I am pretty easy going, but that was enough at that point

I went to this location for dinner. The food was just okay. However, the washrooms were filthy, dirty, inhuman and not fit for even an animal. I believe the manager of this location must be fired for ignoring all standards of hygiene.

First time getting carded anywhere in Ontario and Quebec by a somewhat disrespectful server. This was after she already provided us with the wine we ordered. Also waited 30-40 minutes before we were able to place an order. Food is decent but the attitude and service really ruined our holiday mood. Unlikely to return.

We where seated fast in a booth. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Kids friendly too. (There is a kids menu and a Unicorn purple lemonade) Big screens as well to watch the sports if you want. Our waiter was super nice and fast. The food was delicious! It was sooooo worth it! Their chicken wings are amazing! My sangria too! Will definitely come back for more!

Food is good but host was not helpful after spending so much for food and ambience we didn't get dessert from kids meal and no proper takeaway boxes to take your leftover pizzas. I wonder how can they not have proper takeaway boxes in such a big chain of restaurant.

Covid mask enforcement is weak at this establishment with many patrons roaming the restaurant with no mask. Food was good though

It's one of the popular places to have food near Niagara. Their pizzas are good, and they provide excellent customer service too. However, It becomes too crowded, and it's hard to get a table there.

Seth H was the best waiter ive ever had, he did his best to make sure my order was how i asked it to be, 10/10 customer service, chefs were ok

Liked their bourbon bbq chicken pizza and Boston-sized burger. It’s a bit crowded and you might have to wait for a while in the line. Cause of the crowd, you might be stalled a bit trying to call the waitress. The sitting arrangements were suitable to protect us during the pandemic.

I wish there was an option to rate 0 star, the server didn’t know what single malts they carried. I was handed over the bill as soon as I got my drink. It felt like they wanted me to leave as soon as possible. Hope they aren’t treating all the customers like that or it’s just me. I don’t get it. Just for reference it was at 7: 00 and wasn’t that busy.

I didn't find their taste same as the other franchises I visited of Boston. I visited on weekend and there were lineups, so may be that's why they could bot maintain the standard. The pasta I ordered was half cooked, and had some bad smell. The pizza bread was hell salty, when I mentioned it was nice of them to replace it but unfortunately the other one they replaced was salty too. They said it's seasoning, but ofcourse seasoning is not added this way to make it hell salty, salt was empowering all taste. I feel like they should have acknowledge it and should have corrected in the other Bread they replaced but they were actually not ready to admit that it was hell salty so overall it was waste of money and time

Are they even aware that there is a pandemic? ! They need to go through lonnng customer service training to know how to deal with their customers! Really the worst Boston Pizza location ever!

The food is always amazing here. Have been our go to place from years! I wish they still had the veggie burger option there. But the Mediterranean pizza and the spinach & artichoke dip is a must try!

Good experience with boston pizza. As compare to pizza pizza, dominos, piza nova.

Even due to one small mistake they gave everything complementary. Nice and friendly service provider. Big area for dine in. Amd also have games and drinks.

I only played games in the arcade this time but the other times I have gone the staff was very nice and respectful. I would reccomend this place to anybody!

WORST SERVICE EVER.we waited 20 minutes before they brought us our menus and didn’t come back till another 20 minutes even though we tried waving at them and getting their attention, instead they chose to talk to girls and watch the game playing on the tv.

We were told we couldnt make reservations for 10 ppl so we all just showed up new years day. My sis in law and bro in law were told when they arrived that they might not have enough tables for our family and that they (my sis and bro in law) had to move the tables themselves- which they did (There were at least 5 big tables available btw). My mother in law ordered a green tea in which the server swore she had put in the kettle however it was a different flavour. My sis in law ordered a salad and it came without the dressing. I went to change my 2 month old and the stall door wouldn't shut or lock properly. All the toilets were dirty and full and the entire sink area was a mess with soap and water. The restaurant is open concept and there's a bowling alley and arcade right beside so you can imagine how loud it was. The only good thing I can say about the restaurant was the pizza and drinks.

If I could give 0 stars I really would. We are regular BP customers but this location is something different.
We started with appitizers as nachos and requested to change the chips with fresh cut fries. Every other BP does this so it should’ve been no issue. Our nachos came and the potatoes were RAW. We returned them and requested if they could see why it was raw, to which they replied “we can’t make it. ” They gave us regular nachos in which the chips were under cooked and it was lacking toppings.
Then we ordered 4 dishes of pastas. All of them had NO flavour and ADDED oil.
Ps: the restaurant ISN’T busy.
We all ate food only cause we paid for this food.
Lastly, the location charges more for regular food, which is cheaper in other locations. So save your money and please go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Boston Pizza in downtown Niagra close to falls. It is good place to eat. It was crowded and busy at 1 am early Sunday morning. My server was great with welcoming and making sure we are comfortable ordering from menu. Order came quickly and we enjoyed it. But we have to wait for almost 12 minutes after we asked for bill. Our server qas very busy and we had to ask other server to find us. Thats why I am giving 3star here.

I went to this place yesterday Nov 10th 2018 Sat, and there are bunch of guys waiting to be served and it was said that I would need to wait for at least 30mins to get a table. So I said I would take the to go choice and was told ten mins should be enough for me to get my pizza, I paid my bill at 19: 52, and the guy took my order showed a quite disappointed face when I select no tip in the Bill, but then I paid my price for it. Till 20: 37, my number is still not being called, the guys after me were called and get there pizza, so I decided to ask the server at the front desk and he found my pizza immediately and handed it to me, and I was surprised to see there is another receipt on the pizza I think front the kitchen which says 20: 04, as you can imagine, the pizza was almost freeze after I took it to my hotel room. Shame of U! I didn't realize it untill today I found the payment receipt in my pocket. It did take them 10 mins for them to make the pizza, but the front desk guy just want me to eat a freezing pizza because I didn't tip the to go order? !

I can't think of anything to comment so I'm just going to post a Blueberry pancake recipe.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons white sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed

1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. In a small bowl, beat together egg and milk. Stir milk and egg into flour mixture. Mix in the butter and fold in the blueberries. Set aside for 1 hour. A

2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

The waiters dont help you with anything rude, it took them 20min to come ask for the order we asked for gloves to eat wings. She got cold wings and threw the gloves on the table. We had to ask her to clean the table as well. Broken glass on the floor no one cleaned it for 11min and no sign of caution until i personally mentioned it. The service was just rude and bad. A star is just for the game my team won. Ceaser salad had croutons after making sure no bread on it because my wife is allergic and pregnant.like seriously we asked for ketchup twice and other dips

This is the third time I come here and It is for sure the last time I do too. We walked in, no one greeted us or came to seat us. We ended up going to one of the waitresses that was VERY rude and unwelcoming. We told her we needed to be seated she told us to sit at the dirtiest table which she “cleaned” after we sat. It took maybe 20 minutes for someone to take our order, he was nice atleast.
Pizza was cold & my other order was wrong.
She got annoyed when we told her so the guy offered to put the pizza back in the oven and she just walked away.
Ordered a few things multiple times like gloves and ketchup.we didnt get the ketchup and we got torn gloves.
We all told her we wanted plastic gloves, we are four people about to eat wings, she got us one pair of gloves that were torn and never got the ketchup.
This is a place a lot of tourists come to, the least u could do is have a manager on duty and hire friendly staff- regardless of how damn dirty the dining area is.
So dissappointed.

Disappointed. I've had food from different Boston Pizza restaurants often enough to trust the quality and so while in Niagara I ordered a pizza 'to go' from the one there. The wait was way longer than they said and by the time I got it, I just grabbed it and dashed back to my hotel where my kids were hungry and waiting. I opened only to find what's in the photo below! Maybe I'm wrong, but, is this how pizzas are supposed look?

Although I love Boston Pizza - with numerous visits to this location it is very clearly not well managed. Tables are always filthy and never cleaned up and the service is incredibly slow - need about 2 hours to have a dinner. Very poor management it’s a shame as it is such a prime location.

Under staffed at times, very expensive. Have the "tourist tax" removed from your bill. This tax is not mandatory! Nothing less then $18.99 here except the $3.49 super small coffee. Wouldn't recommend it

Rob, the manager of Boston Pizza was very rude and unwilling to accept his mistake. I went with my family, and the pizzas we ordered were not up to mark. Overall a terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

First time.probably the last time
Ones we get the table waitress took hours to brings beverages, dishes came but they were not complete they didn't get my order for one of my kids. This place is so crowd and services is awful

Sports bar, serves food all day and night watched the boxing a couple of weeks back, not over expensive in relation to some places near by, has a amusement arcade attached busy place decent staff and service.

Asked the greeter if they serve halal, which a number of Boston pizza locations do serve, he said yes. I asked again to confirm and they said yes we definitely serve halal. After a half an hour wait, when we placed the order, we requested halal chicken and our server says we don't have halal over here. We ended up ordering the vegetarian and Mediterranean pizzas which were really good but would have given it a 5 star if the staff knew what the menu was. A minor inconvenience in a place like niagra where we could have gone to numerous other halal places in the same area.

Bad experience, it is interesting that the windows are all open in the summer. A group of us arrived at Boston Pizza and were seated but had to wait 10-15 minutes for a server. We then had to wait another 10-15 minutes for our drinks to arrive and our order taken for the food. If I hadn't been with 8 other people who were hungry, I would've left at this point. It took a while for the food to come out, and one of my friends orders was mixed up and he had to wait an extra 10 minutes. We paid the bill and got out of there ASAP! Food was hot and good.service wasn't worth it.

Sat down ordered same time as table beside me they finished and paid for their meal and I was still waiting. Table behind me ordered 15 min after me and got their food before me. After waiting 50 min still no food I got up and left.
