My first time going there and I found a thick hair in the Nachos. Then I asked for a knife and they brought me one that had something like melted plastic on it. Not recommended…

This place is my go to for meetings. It's quick, awesome and the staff are incredible.

I had one of the best pizza in Canada from here. The food was simply amazing. The starter was also superb. The drinks were also nice.

A little loud in the restaurant, but our server Ava was absolutely fabulous. Good food and great staff make all the difference, thanks again Ava!

Boston Pizza has always been one of my all time favorites! Their menu selections are very well picked. Always cheerful staff that are very friendly. Prices are good. If you are a pasta lover there is a "build your own pasta" option, which is my go to! There are also great pizza options as well. For dessert I hope one day the panookie will make its return! Though my recent visit a couple days ago I had "the brownie addiction" which was delish! All in all I highly recommend to all ages, young or adult. Family friendly dining, or barside for adults.

Nachos came out cold and not melted. After we told our waitress, she said why didn't you say something? I would have if she quality checked our table after a few bites. Lunch was good but forgot a lot of things when we asked. I took her advice and chased her around the restaurant when I needed something at that point. Nothing was done about the nachos on the bill and because it was March the kids meal was free which was a plus.

I come here for lunch once a week to work. The managers, servers and hosts are always accommodating and go above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. Amazing service and attention to detail. Food is always consistent and well priced. Staff really does treat you like a VIP every time. Shaylon and Cindy are great!

First time dining here, service was quick and friendly. Food was great. We will define be returning.

Not only they delivered wrong order via Uber eats and mentioned over the phone that it’s not their responsibility once’s the order is out also I could not order anything from their website

Great atmosphere friendly and polite hosts makes this place a great spot for dinner or catching a game with friends on their huge TV screens.

Got the pickle pizza and wings.both were okay.the wings were soggy and pizza was dry.the desert was excellent though

I don’t know how this place is still open. They’ve had the same menu and beer selection for 30 years and all their food is nasty. They use the same dough as little caesars. A medium pizza is $30! Never again.

Too much waiting. They say few minutes but they take too long to give you the food. It was horrible experience

Never had an issue here for both pick up and dining in. Their pasta is good on their pasta Tuesdays and is a decent price. Same with the pasta

The food is nice and hot and they pack everything nicely for takeout. A lot of good combinations of gourmet foods, but something tells me their meats are old. A little too old for service.

The food options and quality were excellent. Not too busy so crowding wasn't an issue. Our server however. I don't know if she was just having a bad day. Maybe. She served us like we offended her in some fashion. We didn't. She simply looked angry the entire time of our visit. She totally forgot, and admitted to forgetting our appetizers. There were a few other issues, but all in all the dining experience was still good.

I have been to this location countless times and always had a good experience, however today was absolutely horrible. We were seated at a table at the patio that rocked so badly that a full drink would have spilled everywhere. I ordered a Mexican bulldog fishbowl. The waitress came back and informed me they were out of Corona so I asked if I could get it with another beer. She said she would ask the manager and come back. She came back with 3 choices of beer to get instead of a Corona in the drink, I said MGD would be fine. 5 minutes later she comes back and says they are out of tequila so they wouldn't be able to make the drink. I ordered something else and she brought it out. We ordered our food. I got a personal pizza and my girlfriend got the shrimp tacos. We waited what we both thought was an unreasonable amount of time to receive our food. When we did finally get the food the pizza dough was pretty much raw and her food was cold. I realize this is covid times and things are going to be different but this was absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location if I even return to any Boston pizza

We love this Boston Pizza location and always visit when we are in town. However, our last visit here was not very pleasant. The restaurant was very busy and although the customer service was good and friendly, the product was not satisfactory - our expectations from previous visits were not met.

First visit to a patio since last summer, all the covid regulations. Meal was good, the server was very good. Very happy things are opening again.

Looking for a quick meal after 7 on a Sunday had me driving around town, frustrated. Almost every place was closed except the fast food offerings. Luckily, I was able to place my to-go order and was back on the road after very little wait time. I'll be back to explore the other menu items.

Poor service, took an hour to get our meals.server was friendly, it wasn’t enough to compensate waiting 20 minutes for drinks/orders being taken and how often items were forgotten

So I placed a takeout order to be picked up at 6.30pm and had specifically mentioned that I needed a veg only pizza and no meat in the salad. When I went to pick it up, first they said my order was picked up by someone already which was bizarre. Then they said its going to be a few minutes as they are just finishing it up, so I waited about 10 - 15 minutes. When they handed me the order I asked to make sure there was no meat in it and they said that's right. I went to my car and opened the order and to my surprise they had given me a pizza with pepperoni and beef on it and the salad with beef crumble. I went back in and said that was the wrong order and not mine. They said they will make my order again. So I waited again for about 20 minutes until they brought my order. Checked to make sure I wasn't duped again. They literally had baked the dough first and slapped a couple slices of tomatoes and green pepper on top of it as they were still cold. When I tasted the pizza, it was so bland and tasteless and I had to throw the entire thing out. Such a waste of time and money. Never have I ever tasted this kind of pizza anywhere (if you would call it a pizza).

Not too long ago, my girlfriend and I had dinner at this Boston Pizza location. The restaurant wasn't busy at all due to COVID restrictions. After receiving our food, my girlfriend had asked our waitress for an extra side of sour cream to go with her meal. The waitress said she'd be right back with it. By the time the waitress came back with the side of sour cream, our meals were all finished. Our waitress didn't come back to check in on how our meals were or to refill our drinks once. There is no excuse as to why she didn't come check on us sooner because the restaurant was not busy whatsoever. Very poor service, and it's not the first time I've received poor service at this location. Definitely won't be returning. The price for the quality of food is absurd. Extremely overrated.

Was amazing and fast! Brought right out to the truck! New Tai wrap was amazing! I do think the cost of the gravy is a little too high! But over all YUMMM

The servers were excellent When I arrived at the door They said you are customer number 10 I was excited to I thought I won something It was just the current coved restriction to 10 people allowed in the restaurant

We come here as a treat for pizza as it's much more expensive than most pizza places we order from, but it's normally worth it as we both have our favorites. (Or used too), my wife really likes the spicy perogy and I normally get the BBQ Chicken. Since they changed the BBQ Chicken I had to find something new to eat as I don't like the changes. The Double cheese burger sounded amazing as it's everything I enjoy for toppings. Unfortunately I couldn't find more than 1 piece of seasoned ground beef, hardly any mushrooms and a few very thin pieces of onion. It was basically a cheese pizza. When your spending $27.99 for a medium pizza you would expect it to be loaded with toppings. The spicy perogy was loaded up and made my pizza look like a hot and ready cheese pizza from Little Ceasars. As we are still in a pandemic we decided to do take out, I was less than satisfied with this take out experience. I feel like my wife will get her favorite specialty pizza and I will go without. Not sure if this was a 1 time thing or if that's how the pizza is supposed to be made. It looked better in the pictures online. (Like most things do) Unless someone can prove to me that it normally is loaded up with toppings I probably won't be ordering pizza from Boston pizza anymore.

Good place with good food. Poutine was amazing. But I was little disappointed by their veggie pizza. But still, great place with awesome customer service. And bonus is that they are open till late. So you can go and have a quick bite even in the night. Recommended.

Horrible experience.it was supposed to be old fashion night because it was feb29, when they brought the bill they charged full price, when I pointed out it was the 29th, I was told by the manager that the deal didn't start until tomorrow, I said tomorrow was the first, the manager told me the next day didn't start until they closed and reopened.and wouldn't honour the promotion

UPDATE*. After contacting Boston Pizza's head office or website or whatever it is, I'm still not satisfied if anything I'm even more disappointed, what the manager said was accurate, I want to know a couple of things, 1) why doesn't a multi-million dollar corporation have more competent people working for them, from whomever is in charger of the IT department to program their computers to honour promotions on the date (February 28th ended at 12 midnight on the 29th of February) 2) why would the manager of the Restaurant, to argue over $4 because their system is below par

They messed up my order in the kitchen, however, they didn't charge me for my meal. Service was great and my waitress went above and beyond when the error happened.

Great food, great staff & great service. Sadly last time I was at this location our location in the restaurant seemed to be bombarded with fruit flies

I absolutely love coming here. The staff are so accomodating, the food is a little pricey, but if you love pasta as much as I do, I highly recommend you get the jambalaya fettuccine and the chocolate brownie addiction for dessert!:)

Today I ordered a Pizza at 4: 17 pm (Walker Road Location) to be be Delivered at 7 pm, I ordered online, but Inever got the pizza, I called twice sand the first time the person who answered the phone said "pizza is on its way" I waited 15 min and nothing, then I called and the manager didn't do anything, not even offered an apology or a solution, Im a loyal customer but Definitely I WILL NOT ORDER anymore at this place. Im sorry but Im totally dissappointed with their Service today.

You always know what you are going to get at Boston Pizza. Server was great with kids and endured my Dad jokes with a smile.

They will always get me with their cactus cut potatoes and baked penne. Absolutely delicious and I will always be a repeat customer.

I was there 2 nights ago, I had the pleasure of being served a wonderful young lady by the name of Melissa. Not only did she take care of us and create a welcoming atmosphere. She came to let us know she was going on break and who would be helping us until she came back, its small but never have I seen that before which goes a long way. She was phenomenal and I will come back because of her.

Place was empty, didn't close for another 4 hours but they made us sit in the bar area. A family of 5. I couldn't even fit in the booth. Bad service, although one waitress was very nice.

A nice casual place to go with friends and be treated to some delicious food.

It also helps that the place isn't too busy (at least when I go there which is after 9).

I think I gave them 4 stars at first but then I remembered our lunch and changed my mind. Our food was fine. We asked for the shrimp tacos that were very tasty although they took forever to bring them. Since we have two kids we asked to bring them their food first which they did but then one of my kids asked for apple juice and they brought it after he was finished with his food and he isn't a fast eater. The waitress acknowledge the delay and apologized but that was it she didn't offer anything on the house for the ordeal. We were there on a Monday for lunch and the place was not busy so no reason for all the time they took. Hopefully they will make things better after reading this review.

Pizza was pretty good we had the Boston Special. Disappointed in the nachos that were supposed to have beef, the amount was barely noticeable, very little specs of beef that didnt affect taste of the platter ~ could've had no meet and would have same taste. Lastly the waitress was not tentative drink refills took forever, and our bill took 20min+ to get, and it wasnt even busy.

Lots of beers on tap. But my own fault for not checking the menu pricing. $10.10 a medium draft. If they wonder why the place was a ghost town it is more then likely the cost of the atmosphere. Overcharging 4 customers or being practical with pricing to fill the house is a easy evaluation. Stay greedy my friends. Cheers.

A while back my wife and I came here for lunch and it'll be the last time I step foot in there.
When we entered the restaurant we noticed that it was not busy and the sign stated seat yourself so that is what we did. After waiting for about an hour a server finally showed up and brought us a menu. After that she went outside where apparently all the other employees were hanging out. After about 15 min she showed back up and then took our order. We ended up leaving after about 45 min of waiting for our food because we already had wasted 2 hours at this place. I will never step foot in any Boston Pizza location ever after such poor service and I let everyone know my story of going there that day.

Food is always good along with the service. 1 star deducted for not having playoff hockey on any TV's. On a game 6 night.

Everything was as expected with the food, no complaints about that but it's an odd choice to show a UFC fight at 6pm in the dining room. It was all families in there. Not enough to dock a star but certainly worth considering if you have sensitive kids.
