Food is great served by excellent servers. Love the atmosphere, you will not regret this restaurant. We will be back on a regular basis.

Le spaghetti meatballs est toujours mon choix. Ma copine opte quant à elle pour une salade. C'est toujours bon, jamais de déception. Les pizzas sont excellentes aussi. Le service est toujours bon et l'ambiance aussi. Le stationnement est vaste et facile

RUUD stuff, they don’t talk properly with customers. Probably this is not a place to only come to eat.

The food was great and cooked exactly how I requested it. Waitress was friendly and made just the right amount of conversation. Hopefully stop in again if I am in the area.

Food was pretty good and the service was excellent.
We walked in with a full hockey team this past weekend and they were able to accommodate. The waitress was fantastic. She was so good that we went back a second time.

This restaurant accommodated a hockey team and parents very last minute. The service was great - efficient and well organized for a large group.

Last night was the worst service ever we have had their servers were all too busy in the kitchen having Social Hour obviously the owner or manager wasn't there there was two tables waiting to pay the bills and they asked us where everybody was so I went to the back and got the employees out of the kitchen hope the owner sees this post we obviously were not the only table that wasn't impressed I tried to give no stars but it won't let me

Got ignored the whole time and disability would not be substituted for, despite offering to pay extra.only interacted with the waitress under 5 times.

If I could give 0 I would.

My family and I ordered take out one day online to pick up. Everything worked well she the were busy so we had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for our order. We got it checked it quick it looked good and we headed home.

Once home they forgot my meal and my kids fries. We live 30 minutes away so we called and stated we were missing stuff. The manager was great and said they would reimburse our entire order for our next visit. Great! We went back a few days later and did the same thing. After we ordered and we're in for pickup they only reimbursed us for our missing order not the whole order as the manager promised. Once we got home they forgot our apple juices.

0 stars. Not going back.

It's too bad cause the manager was nice and the food is good.

Great food and very good service comings from all of the staff. Our waitress Em was very nice and welcoming. Strongly recommend her for your next visit!

Still liking this place. Service was a little weak. Sometimes I think not consuming alcohol is rewarded with weak service.

Nice place to go eat very nice inside the restaurant a bit of bad customer service but mostly nice people and very polite people prices are a little high up great food.

Was horrible from the get go. The “ greeter “ who seated us clearly Hates her job.
My pasta was cold… clearly not drained well enough as my Rose sauce was watery. Asked for parmesan … it never came…. My husband asked fott ttr a Pepsi… it never came. Sad I have to go home & eat after paying for a meal.

Guy on cash wasn't wearing a mask, and the guy who handed me my pizza had his mask under his chin. It was take-out only so I'm not sure why it is so difficult for them to wear a mask for 30 seconds when a customer comes in.

My pizza was cold despite being told it would be ready in 20 minutes, and being there to pick-up right at the 20 minute mark. It was also just bad, plain and simple, no flavor to it at all. Not something you'd expect from a 'Spicy Pierogi' pizza.

*out of towner* very disappointed in this location. Ordered the holiday "Ravioli stuffed with ricotta, smoked Gouda and roasted poblano peppers, then tossed with rosé sauce, grilled chicken, bacon, and Italian cheeses" and I waited close to 45mins to receive my food, on top of the wait, my plate had no grilled chicken nor bacon. And they forgot to give me the Toblerone chocolate that was included when you order that meal. Table of 4, they forgot our appetizer and served 3 of us, had to wait 8mins for the 4th plate.

It was a really good atmosphere and the host did an amazing job i highly recommend it to everyone. Always enjoy Boston pizza.

Went there last night with the boys to grab a bite. We were greeted with a warm welcome, encountered amazing service, and were given DELICIOUS meals. I highly recommend this place to anyone in Cornwall!

I have been before it wasnt terrible. This time with a fairly large party was awful. The waitress was slow and very forgetful. Had to order drinks several times.

Went for my daughter's birthday. They made her feel very special and they were fine modifying orders for allergies. Nice evening from start to finish.

Me and my bud kendall ordered a mad mac pizza last night and lemme just say, OH MY GOD!

Nous avons commander une salade César au poulet et sa prit 30 minutes pour nous faire servir malgré qu'il n'avait pas beaucoup de monde à l'intérieur

Beaucoup trop cher pour le peu que nous avons eu.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce Boston Pizza hier pour souper en revenant de Mississauga en ce 22 février 2015.
Il y en avait franchement peu dans nos assiettes pour le prix que nous avons payé.
Mon épouse a commandé la pizza bambino végétarienne à $12.19 et moi la salade market à $10.79.
Voyez la pizza de mon épouse sur la photo et constatez sa petitesse par vous-même ce qui est nettement trop cher pour ce minuscule repas.
J’ai tout de même aimé ma salade santé mais elle était trop chère à mon goût financier.
Nous avons été bien servis par Amanda W faut-il mentionner et nous n’avons pas de reproches à signaler à ce niveau. L’atmosphère du restaurant est correcte et l’ambiance était paisible.
Total de la facture avec les taxes: $25.97 pour un total de presque 30 dollars avec le pourboire ce qui a convaincu que nous ne retournerons plus à ce Boston Pizza.

Blows my mind that this place is rated poorly vs some place like shoeless joes. Some of the best service we've ever had at a chain restaurant was had here (especially the blonde lady who might be manager?). The pasta/burgers aren't amazing, but the pizza (especially perogi) and spinach dip (or all apps) are truly to die for. We aren't even sports fans and we love this place.

Good variety on the menu and very good quality food. Great atmosphere for a sports bar/restaurant with lots of monitors and a variety of games concurrently. Good value for money

WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Rude. Racist. Absolutely Disgusting. Waitresses are extremely rude, everytime I go there or my friends go there. We think it’ll be better next time around but NOPE rude right from when you walk in. They seem like they don’t want to be there, or don’t want YOU there. I’ve been to restaurants all around the world and I have yet to see anything as disappointing as this place! Just sad. I wonder why they never get fired.sketchy. Smile ladies! Life’s too short. Stop being rude to brown/ middle eastern people! Shameful.

Food poisoning from the chicken wings. Whole family has started vomiting. Been home about an hour now.

Wow! Great experience, from the moment we reserved until today, when we stopped for lunch with 30 hungry students! Travelling back to our school, we could only plan for a 45 minutes lunch break. When we arrived, everything was ready, from drinks to food and everyone was happy! We were in and out in 40 minutes! Thanks to Colin and his team for such great service!

Food was good, service was fast and finally not deafeningly loud. Last time all the TVs vied for audio dominance

Ice cold beer, food was excellent. And the service was prompt and friendly.
