Food is always great here. Service was great during this visit. My partner and I come here about once a month or so and we love it!

Food was amazing. Took the server almost 30 minutes just to take our food order, then wait another 30 to get the food. Chicken tacos were ice cold by the time we got them.
This explains why we were the only ones in the restaurant

Great restaurant! The food was great, even though the pizza was a *little* bit salty. Cora, the person who served us, was very polite and helpful. (Thanks!) The Meateor pizza is good, and for the kids' meal, the chicken and fries are a good choice.

Excellent food. My goto foods are crispy Cajun shrimp and mashed potatoes. Pizzas are also really good.

Ordered tacos from BP and they were super cold and not fresh. Their portions are smaller than before and it's not the same it used to be.

We ordered a perogy pizza without bacon as my daughter is a vegetarian and not only did it have bacon on it, but the store informed us that we were in the wrong - they had the kitchen staff and the manager check it before it was sent out and they assure us, there was no bacon.
WTH, I am holding a pizza covered in bacon and being called a liar!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Subsequently, when we tried to escalate to the manager, he/she was 'in a meeting' at 8: 30pm - really? Who is lying here? !?

Normally service in Boston pizza is nice and friendly! Went today with my wife for dinner and a drink, we kept waiting for more than half an hour for anybody from the staff to take our order, but no luck! The gentleman who was serving the patio, took care of everybody even those whom arrived after us, but kept coming and going steering at us, without even asking what to drink! I don’t know why he didn’t like us!

This has to be the best flavorful pizza. It was recommended by the server, not disappointed. If you like sweet flavor, give it a try.

Although Uber Eats messed up our order, we had a very pleasant experience with Tessa, who was so kind and understanding throughout the night and provided the most amazing customer service ever. Thank You! I would highly recommend this location. Great Service, Great Food, Great Staff. 10/10

We had a wonderful experience. The hostess at the front was kind and welcoming. Our server Sarah was phenomenal in every way and the food was great!

Took the kids there today and got served by Ninuca. Her service was amazing, and she was very friendly with and nice to the kids. I also got a chance to chat with the manager (Russ) who was also nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place for family outings: Kids friendly, good food, and great service. I went yesterday and I really enjoyed the food (I really like how they’re adding halal options!). The spaghetti was basic (unless you added Alfredo which tasted SO good!). The BBQ chicken nachos were amazing!

However, I didn’t like that I wasn’t allowed to order kid meals (it was only for kids under 10). I feel like it’s unfair because people who order take out get to order kid meals and also last year they had no problem with it (at the Mississauga branch). I didn’t like this because I shouldn’t have to be restricted for portions that I want to control (it’s my food at the end of the day and I’m going to end up paying for it anyway).

Other than that, the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent, the food came quick and it was cooked very well.

A decent atmosphere but their pizzas are on the high end for prices and not really deserving of that premium price. There are plenty of other pizza places with as good, or better quality for cheaper. Really, the only reason I go is for their jambalaya which is excellent.

Excellent and cheerful experience from Tessa at this location. Seemed busy, and definitely a place worth grabbing some food from during lockdown!

Food is okay. Needs more interesting menu items and more variety. Can get boring after a couple visits.

Food is great, clean tables, Waiter took a long time to check in on us, and is a little bit pricy, overall good experience minus the waiting.

Was good, food is greasy and tasty. Service was good. Need bigger pop glasses so I don't need a refill every two seconds

As an asian guy not a huge fan of pizza.was here for my friends birthday party.but Karen's service was defeinitely above and beyond.impressed by the service quality and provided good dish recommendations as well.myself and the kids enjoyed the stay.

This franchise is amazing. It's really well run. The people are top notch. Great place to bring kids. But man, the menu is just not as good as it used to be. I think they only have one burger now. Nachos get a miniscule amount of ground beef. Really like the place. Just wish we could bring food in.

I just ordered pizza bread and cauliflower bites but instead of that you guys just sent me calamari which I can’t even eat because I don’t eat anything related to sea food.
You should really double check orders before sending it

The owner kicked my friends and I out because my buddy asked 2 girls to sit at our table, no one was disrespectful either.
Since when can you not speak to the other gender….

She honestly kicked me and my friends out because I am Jewish…

Horrible owner this restaurant should be shut down for discrimination.

Food was okay but the staff were a bit rude. We were asked to pay again after we paid our server.

Had a good meal, service was slow but they were short staffed in the dining room.

The kids meal options are decent but there is no vegan dessert option if you have a dairy intolerance or allergy.

Overall it was what you expect from a franchise restaurant

nice to enjoy on their patio. Shrimp tacos were pretty good. I’d just recommend more than 3-4 pieces of shrimp otherwise it’s just lettuce.

Thai chicken bites were good as well!

Great place for the whole family! My kids always love going here - great menu for kids (and adults too). Our server (Katherine) was fantastic last night. Will definitely be back soon.

I ordered two kids' meals today and the meal includes two cups of milk. Because of the delay in getting the two cups of milk I ordered, I asked the waiter to bring the milk. At the end of the checkout, I found that there was an extra charge for two cups of milk. Although I got a refund in the end, the manager still reminded me that the extra milk was charged, which was rude and impertinent. Additionally, the waiter turned a blind eye to the matter as she passed by us. The service was horrible.

If you think this place is bad, you honestly should just stop going out to a restaurant. By far, one of the best CONSISTENT family restaurant you can visit not only barrhaven, but in ottawa. Food quality, service, events… again, just stay home if you have anything bad to say about this place!

I had the seven cheese ravioli when I went here recently and, wow, I thought that it was horrible. The entire plate tasted, to me, like canned pasta. I found the tomato sauce to be so bland. I felt like the ravioli itself was very mediocre. Finally, I found the cheese to be very lacking (I don’t think there was much? !). I’m really disappointed and I won’t be going back again. 2 stars just because the server was nice.

Went to Boston Pizza for drinks and apps on the patio. It was nice that part of the patio is covered so we were able to still enjoy the rest of our night when it started raining.

It did seem like they were a bit understaffed as we didn’t get served for about 20mins. Drinks and food were standard, nothing too special to write home about. Overall a good place to chill and hang out on a summer day.

Had a wonderful experience in the tent tonight! We had no reservation and only had to wait 10 minutes and our waitress was absolutely stellar! (I wish I'd gotten her name!) We had a totally delicious meal and we will be back soon!

Normally don't really post for big name chain spots but Boston pizza is a good spot with decent food and they get a plus from me for providing halal options.

I can’t wait to re enter this place once lockdown is finally lifted. Hopefully you’ll have the same amazing and friendly staff

Got a pizza and wings. The guy who helped me even brought the food next door (Blinds To Go). Thank-you for being awesome!

We had a charitable coupon to redeem. We did so and ordered a bit more to support them in their support of local charities.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. I want to clarify that the server, Kayla was very good, however her “manager” was terrible and in my opinion should consider a career change. I have never had anyone tell me ever, that last call in the restaurant business is a sign for you to hurry up and leave, but rather a time for you to order a final drink before they start closing up bar and finish up chatting with your friends. Even well before last call, the manager was pulling tables for inside service that wasn’t even happening until tomorrow, meanwhile we had to wait until a table was ready. Furthermore, there was a table of 10 people seated before us, which at the time exceeded the limit of 6.

It’s not very often that I write a review about a restaurant. However, in this circumstance I believe this manager (who from what I can tell is basically a Karen) completely ruined my dining experience, and did not value any dollar I spent there, which is especially surprising during such a challenging time.

I really hope the franchisee removes this person from any management capacity as I will not be retuning until I know she will not even be near my table.

Terrible experience. The food is horrible. Had pasta and it was disgusting. Staff is run off their feet and do their best to accommodate. Will not return

I placed an order through Door Dash on May 5,2021. I ordered the regular spaghetti with meatballs baked with cheese, with an extra side order of beefy Bolinas sauce, the brownie blast and an order of fried salt and pepper wings with honey garlic dip on the side and an extra honey garlic dip.
I ordered the brownie with chocolate and caramel sauce, but I didn't want the carmel sauce, only the chocolate sauce. I did not get ANY sauce with my brownies!
I also ordered and paid for an extra side of beefy bolonais sauce with my order, as I know that BP doesn't put enough sauce on their spaghetti. Needless to say but I didn't receive the extra meat sauce either.
I'm not very happy that I paid for food that I did not receive (to a tune of $63.00 including the delivery), and have pictures of my order to prove it. This wasn't what I needed after working 12 hours in Emergency at the Queensway Carleton Hospital today. Extremely disappointed in the quality assurance and service at Boston Pizza in Barrhaven!

We went to another location that was closed and we called this place on a whim. Katherine Was super polite on the phone and helped us order very quickly. She was super polite and friendly and was a delight to speak with. Once we got to the store to pick up our food she had the same attitude. Overall she helped change our mood and helped us have a great meal. Thank you so much Kat

Had their fettuccine pasta.didn't like it at all.tried their pizza as well.it was bland.maybe we took the wrong flavour or what but it was a disappointing experience

Thank you BP Barrhaven for making today so special. My 3 kids have been isolated for over a year. Today we drove up with masks on. Jessica brought out Easter Treat bags and handed them out. She was so kind. We have not eaten inside a restaurant in over a year, but the next time we want take out or pizza delivered, we will definitely call you.

These guys have got the COVID situation figured out. They have a reduced menu that still has all your favorites, plexiglass panels between booths and friendly masked servers. Felt totally comfortable my entire visit there to watch some Sunday football on their numerous big screens.
