Boston Pizza

The food tasted plain and like it was warm up.and the beer washed down with water. I LOVE BOSTON PIZZA specially their wings but I wouldn't go back to this in particular.

Can you believe I've never had Boston pizza before and I work right across from one well needless to say. I'm hooked on the Bandera Bread definitely a must have!

But let's take a minute to look at that beautiful pizza and burger well done!

Ethan was very unprofessional and rude he is a kind of racist and kicked out the whole group after the kids decide what to eat. Saying that we did not reserve a table earlier. Even though the lady at the front had seated us at the table Please respect people and families and take action against such a manager. I will not go to Boston pizza again

We went to get dinner at this location at 625pm. We stood at the door with no service for 15 minutes. Once someone came, we were told it would be about 20 minutes to get a table. The restaurant was empty. Considering this is connected to a hotel with water park they were in no way prepared to serve dinner. We were encouraged to do a take out order. We were given 2 menus at the door and were never spoken to again. Staff do no care. I do not recommend this place. Go elsewhere.

Although we were some of the only guests in the place, table service was slow. Food came quickly though. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it was the most bland spaghetti I've had in a very long time. There was a good amount of it though. Once done it took more than 10 minutes before we got our bill after asking our server for it.

Ethan the employee was very rude and racist to us we didn't know that there was a reservation he started to yell at us in front of all the customers he was really rude and kicked us out we tried again but with a reservation we waited at a long line and eventually he said to come later I mean a 2 hours but it was 11pm even though there were no reservations from other people and there was a lot of empty tables he laughed at the kids and looked at us disgusted I am so disappointed since it was my first time there especially when the other waiter offered us a menu before he yelled at us it wasn't a mistake leaving

We visited this BP location on a windy day with our kids. We requested them vegan mac n cheese but unfortunately they bought it with the regular cheese. My daughter is allergic to dairy products and had super bad after effects after eating food here. Pizza bought to us was cold and the bread was quite hard, not so fresh. I have had the opportunity to visit other BP locations many times and this one has disappointed us big time. What a waste of money we had: (

We went to go to the restaurant at 8: 35 with 2 tired hungry kids. They are supposed be open until 10pm and they told us they were closed. It’s not right especially being a chain.

Kelly was a great server. Treated us perfectly. And we left with a "2 bits" story

We had a delicious meal and got to watch the Jr's game. Our waitress Kristen was amazing. She was so kind and patient with the kids. She was very friendly and took time to help us figure out what was best for us. Honestly our whole large family kept saying how wonderful she was. Super impressed with her service. Also, it was packed and the front table staff were still so good. The kitchen got our food out quickly despite the crowd. Great experience!

After decades in the service industry I am not easily impressed but both nights we came we had great service, first from Zac then from Kelly. The food was delicious as were the drinks and the kids were made to feel special. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Arrived at 5: 30 for dinner only to be told they didn't have the staff to accommodate, which I completely understand, and were told to come back around 8 or 9 and they'd most likely be able to accommodate at that time. We said we'd go do touristy things and come back. We came back at 9 to order take out. Ordered our food and were told it would be ready in about 20 to 30 minutes but they would call us when our order was ready. We were staying in the attached hotel so we went back to our room and waited for the call. 30 minutes passed and still no call so my husband walked down to see if it was ready and were told it wasn't. He waited quite a bit longer until he asked someone else and at that time were informed that it had been ready before he even got there and had just been sitting there getting cold. No call, nothing! He brought the food back to our room and not only was it cold, but part of the order was missing. My husband had to walk back down to ask for the missing part of our order and in the meantime I noticed that there weren't any utensils and a couple of the items were so soggy and gross I wasn't about to eat it. I decided to walk down to the restaurant where my husband was still waiting for the missing items to be made and informed them of the other discoveries and asked if i could just bring the food back and get a refund. They said no, and offered to remake the food instead. At this point it was already after 10 and they were officially closed. I said I'd rather get a refund as they were closed and I don't want to eat at 11pm. They still said no. On top of that, not one person even apologized (except on girl after I left disgusted at the poor service and food quality). We spent around $100 for nothing but disappointment. Attached is our $100 cold and soggy meal.

My friend and i came here tonight for early dinner. We were greated by Evan. A very kind and professional person. He was very professional. Thank you Evan

Absolutely disgusting service. Did not get the name of tall skinny lady “in charge” at around 5: 30 pm on a Friday but she was so rude not letting me explain myself and arguing with me for my truth which I know to be true from working there. They are very selective to certain people as to who gets discounts. I was told by my colleagues at work we get a 50% discount and that’s what they get when they order. For the past 2 times I’ve been only given 15% which is way different than 50. Today I was now told something else by this aggressive woman 40% when I know better. Didn’t want to go here but it seems the color of my skin causes these discrepancies or is she just a tyrant. I eventually walked out cause I would never trust the handling of my food with her in charge. Goodluck if you go there, very rude leadership. Plus I was standing there and was given no acknowledgement and there were several people around but they chose to ignore me. Just a shame!

This is the second time at this location with the same experience! It took over 10 minutes for us to receive any drinks and there was only 2 other tables seated at that time! The server did not apologize for the wait nor did she even come back to check and see how our experience was going once we've received our food. Ask to speak to the manager who finally came over and basically did nothing. That's okay I said I don't even care for a discount but I am baffled at the fact that this is my family's second time being there with the same results of service which is completely unacceptable. And the food is mediocre at best. I would walk or drive to a location outside of the hotel for a much better experience

I went here with my two sons. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. The lettuce was mostly brown and wilted. The waitress came back right as the food came but did not return until we were done eating. There was no apology just “I will take it off the bill”. When I received the bill it had two sangrias on it (I only ordered one, would have had two had she come back during my meal) again no apology she just grabbed the receipt and said she would fix it.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest was a priority. They were short staffed but you would not know unless you figured out the bar tender was doing 2 jobs at once. We ordered our standards and we were not disappointed. Team work saved the day

My family and I have never been to Boston Pizza before and decided to dine in yesterday as my son had received a Vip card from his soccer team. They definitely made him feel like a vip! The manager even came to the table to congratulate him. Our server, Kristen was super nice and went above and beyond for us! Wish we could have tipped her more. This truly made my sons night, he could not stop talking about it. We will definitely be back.

Everything was amazing. Services from Ethan was the best I’ve had in a while. Food came out promptly, and tasted great. Exception time.

Horrible service, after 1.5 hour only one of my childrens meals came out and he was finished before anyone else got their meals or even the appetizers - ended up taking the meal to go heavily discounted with an apology. We ate our meals back in our hotel rooms.
I got the ravioli - was sick immediately after vomiting for the next 12 hours.

Solid Boston pizza location. It’s joined to a hotel. Food was what we usually ordered and tasted good. Sangria was amazing!

Sat outside and had appetizers with friends. Perfect for an afternoon lunch. The food and service were great.

We called ahead to make a reservation they told us it's first come first serve. We waited an hour and a half for a table. They didnt tell us we can leave our name & number and come back when it's our time to sit. Our drinks didn't come till our food was served which took forever to come. When the food was served the meatballs was ridiculous cold almost frozen when the rest of the pasta was steaming hot. This is disgusting and ridiculous. They did take it and brought it back fully heated up. I think you're better off ordering Uber eats or something than going here with no customer care and good service.

Great staff very friendly and approachable. However the food quality was mediocre. I’m disappointed in how the food quality has gone down not sure if it’s a location or over all Boston pizza restaurants

Food was good but they managed to serve my wife with a can of Sanpellegrino soda that was 4 years expired. Why would someone keep expired water for over 4 years is beyond my understanding. The soda was all flaky and tasted weird. Despite the fact that the expiry date was clearly indicated at the bottom of the can, the waiter said his manager told him it was the manufacturing date. We went to a near Rexall Pharmacy and checked same kind of Sanpellegrino soda. The expiry date on the bottom was in 2022. Unbelievable that after serving that expired soda, they also included it in the bill and took it off only after we mentioned it.

Good jambalaya pasta dish. Lately portion sizes seem to be smaller but i guess covid causing every business to give less to customers (at least the prices have not gone up). Staff is usually nice. And they play the ufc fights which is very awesome! The mixed appetizer tray is also reasonably priced and usually tasty. Recommended if you wanna catch a game with a group!

We stayed at the Americana so we ordered dinner from here, I absolutely do NOT recommend. It took 20 mins to place the order with a staff member who was unsure of how to do it, said it would take 25 mins I came back in 20, paid and was left just standing there well 5 staff stood in front of me chatting. When I was finally able to Interrupt to ask where my food was I was told it was behind me on a take out counter no one was working at. We got our food upstairs the pizza was undercooked, cold and tasted worse than a frozen pizza, my sons fries were undercooked and soggy and my daughters spaghetti was cold with no sauce. Plus we were not given utensils. When we went back down to ask for some and tell our disappointment the manager just asked if we wanted plates too…. Needless to say 2 hungry kids and $70 down the drain! Over priced, very poor quality food and service. NEVER AGAIN

The food is the usual. The service was really good. Our server was always ready to help and was there at just the right time. I would give them a 3.5 stars rounded to 4.

Kelly (i believe that’s her name) was Amazing! She was an excellent bartender and was consistently checking in on us and made this a wonderful visit and experience. Will definitely be coming back to this location again! The thai bites and drinks were delicious as well!

Okay, so.

I'm staying at the Americana hotel and this Boston Pizza is attached. Reviewed the hotel as well due to the very low rating and felt the need to clarify things for people interested in booking the hotel.

Same thing with the Boston Pizza. Again, lots of poor reviews. I can honestly say that I have had the best dining out experience since even before the pandemic at this Boston Pizza. The pandemic has caused a lot staff shortages and many previously unemployed people have filled in the workforce because they are ineligible to take the covid benifits.

Our server Joe (Joseph on his name tag) was a young man, 23 years old who displayed exceptional hospitality and service. He was well spoken, attentive, very friendly and super nice to my 6 year old. He has actually renewed my faith in the young adults entering the workforce. My wife was in the hospitality industry for many years and I also did some time in a kitchen. We observed the staff working together, the management was present and everything just seemed like a well oiled machine. Obviously I can't speak for any other persons experience. But after reading some of the reviews (I often read the 1 Star ratings) I've realized that people are just fukcin dumb. "I waited 10 minutes and just left" "the pasta was undercooked" blah blah blah. First of all if you can't wait 10 minutes for a beer, go to the beer store and then go to a fast food joint and pasta is supposed to be "undercooked" at least to most who aren't Italian. It's called friken el dente and that is the proper way to eat pasta. Anyway the food was also fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered and the sweet potato fries were the best sweet potato fries I have ever had. Again I must say that our server was exceptional and our food was fantastic and arrived hot!

I ordered online to pickup my calamari in store and it took 1 hour. The calamari was also not that great.

Stayed at Americana for family fun. Ordered two medium pizzas that ended up being children’s personal sized at $10.99 each pepperoni only. Over priced and poor quality. Very disappointed. Trying to give them slack due to covid but really? Simple solution is I will never order from Boston Pizza again.

We will never go back to Boston pizza. It took an hour and 20 min to get our order, the pizza dough was under cooked but tasted ok. The Nacho platter however was the worst ever. The waiter agreed with us and tried to find a manager but there wasn't one anywhere,

Awesome food! We were group of 14, the staff were friendly and the foods were delicious. I loved the pasta with shrimp and salad.

Great experience at this Boston pizza. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

We are locals and have been to the Dorchester BP numerous times because it's close to home. The last time we were there a couple weeks ago, the manager there was rude, unaccommodating and ignorant on different questions and requests. Everything from shooing us away when we asked for the heater turned on, to denying us when we asked to close one side of the curtain on the patio because of wind, to shutting off lights on the patio because they wanted us to leave before we were done our drinks. Very different from our past experiences there. We asked about the lundys BP and he told us they were the black sheep of the BPs and "we don't talk to them".

We wanted to take the family out for dinner on a slightly rainy day, we had a hard time finding a place to take us as we were a party of 10,4 adults and 6 children. Dorchester BP told us no chance for the entire night. We drove to Lundys lane BP and they were super helpful. Their covered patio was full, and they weren't seating at the uncovered section. We explained our situation and the manager Kelly understood and setup a table for us on the uncovered section (wasn't raining too bad) and we understood if it started raining bad we would have to take our food home with us. She was amazing the entire meal along with the wait staff. Constantly checking up, gave us towels in case us or the kids got wet, she set us up with 3 umbrellas to ensure we are protected, wheeled out a tv for us to watch the playoffs. We felt very welcomed and thankful. Thank you Kelly for making us and our kids have an enjoyable dinner and we will definitely be going back numerous times. See you guys soon

Were seated for ten minutes serving staff was to lazy to walk over to serve us I'm very upset never go back again this place is horrible. Didn't even get drinks served served before we got up and left.

Restaurant lost my online order but after calling the manager delivered our order personally but forgot an item. I again called the store and spoke to the manager who apologized again and ran it back this time with my original order and my missed item. I appreciate very much how this man went above and beyond to fix this problem excellent customer service on his behalf

Saw the manager today in the kitchen tasting a customer's sauce with his finger after he smelled it, then he proceeded to place it with the order. He didn't know I was there watching him. Also my pasta wasn't well cooked and had very little sauce. I feel so disgusted. Never going back again. Really bad experience. Don't reccomend.

We ordered a spicy perogy pizza from the Boston pizza in the Americana in Niagara Falls. Did pick up and we live 5 minutes from the restaurant. When we got it home it wasn’t even warm. I put it in the oven to warm it up. I ate 1 slice and it just tasted off. The crust tasted like cardboard and it just didn’t taste like it normally does. I called the store to ask if they’ve changed the recipe and she said they did but no one has ever complained about it. I told her that it was cold and she told me that was impossible since it just came out of the oven. I told her we live 5 minutes from them and she accused me of lying saying it was impossible. She said that she would return my money if I wanted to drive the pizza back to the store because they’ve had a lot of fraud lately (things missing etc) I said nothing was missing it was cold and it tasted bad. She said I had to bring the pizza back within 30 minutes or else there was nothing she could do for me. I’m disgusted in the way the worker talked to me accusing me of lying and of fraud. I will never bring my business back to this location and I caution anyone with ordering from them as they clearly have customer service issues and lack of pride in their food

Very bad experience. Nachos are very bad. Too oily, very less quantity of chicken. It will surely upset your stomach.
