Boston Pizza

I don't think this location has changed much in 10 years but staff is super nice, wings were real good, pizza is not my cup of tea.

I am here on a work trip, and I was greeted with open arms by your lovely manager, Hasrat. What a delight to talk to! Not only did she recommend your new choices for amazing food, but she was quick, prompt, professional and an outright amazing person to talk to! She genuinely cares about what she does and it shows in her restaurant. Hasrat is a very thoughtful and bright young woman. Don’t sleep on this future franchise owner, Boston Pizza!

Lot of options in the lunch Menu. Serving time was also pretty good. This is my 2nd time and wad happy

Wow! Went with my son to celebrate his twelfth birthday. The staff were amazing. My son was torn between 2 pizzas the waitress told us if we got a small or larger they could do half and half. When my replied he wanted an individual size she told us they’d still do it. She didn’t know it was his birthday. A wonderful and talented magician made the rounds and my son was gobsmacked. Beautiful place to have a family meal.

I visited this place and the find they have a good choice of salads, Enuka gave a great service as well, inquiring if anything was missing or if I needed something, I found their service was great.

Had a glass if wine that was in an open bottle for a long time and tasted terrible. Then I got a bowl of pasta that was cold. Very disappointed.

Great pizza but I wait for server to bring me my refill never came so when I was done and ready to go order a to go one and server came back with a no we can't to a to go one.

Which I think is another a good idea to do that to customer.

Great sports atmosphere with raptors playoff run BUT for some patrons who kept seats for friends who did not even show up.shame on them.

Service was quick, even for a walk-in order to go. The host at the counter was helpful in finding a dessert that wouldn't melt on my walk back to the office. Menu selection was slightly limited, as it had a lot of spicy items. Overall, a great place to eat.

The new pizza Royal Hawaiian is a 5-star. The medium thin crust and the not so salty bacon, with the sweet and savoury pineapple make the perfect combination. Really should try it!

Came here for Raptors game 6 and I wish I had asked our Waitresses name.she went above and beyond.they were at full capacity super busy, rowdy night (go raps go) and she was quick and honest. On top of that the food came out way quicker than would have been expected on a night like that

Aaron was wonderful to speak to on the phone, this was the only BP that would deliver to us, even though square one and erin mills were closer. He asked their delivery driver if it was okay to deliver even though we weren't in their range.:) 10/10 would recommend we love you Aaron

Unfortunately i will not be coming back to this location after getting sick from the nachos with ground beef which was uncooked and raw, ive been sick this whole weekend since that night in to the day. Please i hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Good service and the waiters are friendly especially the spanish waiter, hes very polite and has good customer service.

Went there to watch raptors game. The tvs were great, lot in number and great quality. 1 star for that. However, food was just sad. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs, and the meatballs were just cold inside. My guess is they did not get "microwaved" long enough. Pasta was perfectly al dente though. Next the service was also as sad as the food. Our server, bit older lady was simply cold and unwelcoming. She kept on banging cups of water and our food on the table as she was dropping them off. We felt like we are inconveniences. If you just care about watching the game and not about anything else then I would recommend going there.

Great location, delicious food, awesome customer service. We went on a Friday night and found a table right away. The pizzas we ordered tasted delicious and the waiter let us know the wait time for the food and attended to our needs throughout the meal. Enjoyed our date night here!

I like to watch ongoing games while dinner so Boston Pizza is perfect for that. Also a great place for a drink after work with friends. I would recommend coming here for a drink and snack if you don't want to eat a full dinner. Awesome place.

Very friendly staff and pleased with their willingness to do a half portion of the fettuccine jambalaya. Its sooo good!

Came in and our server Simona, almost immediately asked us to leave and wouldnt give us a reason why. Than after complaining to management they first said we were acting vulgar and than the story changed to we had to many drinks, even though we had just walked in. Than after they accused us of using drugs in the restaurant. Bps is somewhere I like to go often but never again to this location.

There was only one server at the time of our visit. The poor man was running all the time but was able to timely serve so the guests.

I came here today to have lunch with my dad after running some errands. We ordered off the lunch menu in our food came fast. It was good portion sizes and it was delicious. Our waitress was friendly bubbly and outgoing.while we were waiting for your food to come a magician came to our table and performed some tricks. Overall I was very happy with the service that I received

Literally 7 people in the bar, and I still cant get the server to take my order, once I finally got service, it was as if I was burdening her with my questions. Her reluctance to serve me was apparent. This servers attitude and lack of service, will definitely have me going somewhere else. Bottom line, I want to feel like I'm welcome where I eat, not the opposite.

Place wasn't that busy but service was super slow. Food was ok but not worth the $27 for a sandwich and some fries.

The restaurant is nice and clean, staff is great. In my most recent visit had the new salmon on the menu and it was AMAZING

I was previously a Manager too at Boston Pizza at Kingsway Mall, Edmonton. Now I'm generally Managing a totally different Restaurant in Missisauga. This is my first visit at this location. I felt at home! However, just when I'm about to start eating, I have a bite of my favorite cheese bread and sprinkled Chili and Parmesan cheese on the Jambalaya Pasta. Then with my surprised, I saw a long hair on top of it and showed it to the Bartender. I even hold it in front of her and it was actually mixed in the pasta when I tried pulling it. The Bartender was very nice a d friendly. She doesn't even need to say anything as I understand but she said to me later on that she wondered why there's a hair in there and that no one has the same hair. I suggest you view the camera focusing on me to see if someone put the hair in it. Then after they served me the new one, I was still happy. I ate it and enjoyed it. However, again during my last bite, I was surprised again and was disappointed already as I almost swallowed a piece of wood or skewer stick (seemed like it). It even hurt my gum. I wanted to inform the Bartender again about but but they seemed busy with the Til Machine. I placed the piece of stick again in my spoon so I can show them what I found. I even tried to put it in my mouth again to feel if it's a wood. Then yes it is. I called the attention of the Male Bartender and he immediately took it and said he will inform the Manager. The Manager approached me and said that I dont need to pay for my meal. I insisted that I would pay as I still feel grateful for the previous work experience I have with Boston Pizza before. I just told him to watch on the Kitchen as we used to be very careful with the food we serve to guests. Particularly it's a foreign object and that the company could be sued and asked to be visited by Food Safety or Department of Health. Because Boston Pizza looks very clean in front but not sure what's going on in the BOH. The Manager also even mentioned that nobody has the same hair too. OMG, why cant they just accept that it's really their fault and why do they need to cover the truth that it was indeed from one of their staffs? Craziness. Although they were friendly. NO NEED to say any Alibi's. They just need to make sure the food was safe to eat!

Love going here with my family & friends! Food is always amazing and the staff there are always nice, polite & friendly! Would recommend this place to everyone:)
