Such an amazing place the staff and manager were so good. My son loved his food and ate every bite which is rare.

Service is friendly, efficient and timely! My server Brad was really nice and made sure I had a perfect experience- from helping with wine choices to bringing an awesome cheesecake for dessert. Coffee was excellent also. My only complaint would be the ladies washroom needs cleaning- not so much dirty was it smelled bad- maybe an air freshner?

Food was cold, didn't get everything we ordered we had to ask for our stuff noodles uncooked lettuce was brown for salad, Alfredo sauce was ice cold

I ordered off of Skip the Dishes. The order was late - can't complain at all about that as we ordered at 11pm on a Sunday night on a long weekend from one of the only places still open.
The customer service is phenomenal. I got a text from (I presume the manager) apologizing for the late delays and giving me an up-to-date status with my order.
One of the dishes we got were a bit inaccurate, but, again, Sunday night long weekend. They were probably slammed.
The person in charge of their customer service deserves a raise.

The food was lukewarm, we had to ask someone to bring the coffee we ordered.we had to catch someone again to bring sugar for the coffee. The restaurant was less than half full. Very disappointed as we have always been very happy with Boston Pizza. Will go elsewhere on our next trip to Peterborough.

Place is trash, last two times I’ve Ordered the chicken pizza they didn’t put any sauce in it at all, literally just bread and cheese

I was working the day I called 40 minutes ahead to order my food. I asked for my meal to be ready at 4: 30pm as I only have a half an hour for my break. When I got there, my meal wasn't ready. I paid and thought it would only be a few more minutes. I didn't get my food till 20 minutes later! I asked the hostess while I was waiting how far in advance do you need to call? She said give us at least 20 minutes. I told her I gave you 40 minutes and it's still not ready. She said are you sure, because it wasn't put through till 4: 15pm. I explained my situation, so she went back to check. A manager came out to check the time that I called on their computer, but never talked to me. The hostess said at least it will be hot for you. I told her doesn't matter when you have no time to eat it.
Not one manager talked to me, all I got was a sorry from the hostess as she passed me my food. Never going to this place again.

Unfortunately dissappointed, I ordered mountain spaghetti and meatballs with garlic and chicken fingers. The spaghetti is dry even with extra sauce no flavor. 1 garlic bread so hard. I was so suprised no cutlery or napkin. Even though I stated I am staying in a hotel. Chicken were good.thank godness or I would have been going to work hungry Hopefully, this is taken as positive feedback because it's costly to throw out a meal.

We dined in on our parents 40 the anniversary. They accommodated 25 of us. Their pizzas were amazing. Service was prompt and friendly

I had the BBQ Chicken Pizza, which was quite nice. It took the waitress around 15 minutes to get all the bills ready - but it was a party of around 25, so that's to be expected.

My wallet was stolen from inside this restaurant and the person used my credit card. The general manager the one that limps told me sorry buddy just cancel your cards, tried to say the cameras don’t show my table on the bar side. I will never be back to this establishment when someone like this happens I would expect some remorse and effort to see where and who stole the wallet. I was at the restaurant from 7pm -8pm on Friday Aug 5. They used my card at the same boston pizza same night at 10: 37pm. I had to come back the next day and check the store and garbages because the manager was to busy to care and I went back at 9am the next morning before the restaurant even opened. The manager didn’t care it’s like he helped do it or cover it up he tried to say there wasn’t even a order with that amount but they had no problem taking that amount from my credit card of $108.32 ya ya I’ll get back through my credit card company but that’s besides the point make an effort to try and figure out what happen in your store… someone’s wallet was stolen. Either way lost my business not that they care. Keep everything locked away when your in this boston pizza trust no one not even the manager.

Got there a little after 9 on a Wednesday and the entire dining room was closed. I had to sit in the bar area, which reeked of beer and where the waitress completely ignored my husband and I for nearly 20 minutes after we let her know we wanted dessert. I hadn't seen her at all in that time and we were in the middle of the bar section. She didnt even check in us on her own, I had to flag her down and ask to order. The dessert came quickly but the manger brought it. By this point I just wanted to leave, so we finished, I went to the front myself to get the bill and we paid and left. Maybe if the waitress didnt spend all her time flirting with frat boys in the corner for tips, we would have tipped better ourselves and not had such a bad experience. The only good thing was the food. Having to sit in the nasty bar area and have an inattentive waitress even when its not busy is ridiculous.

Server was too busy to watch table. She had a person in training that could have done drink refills.

The outdoor patio was perfect for the day. Ordered the Honey pecan salad with grilled chicken. It was excellent. The kitchen & friendly staff earned 5 stars

Went tonight, on a nhl game night. Ordered a beer and burger deal. (As advertised in hnic). 45 minutes for a beer and a burger. And it wasn't busy. BP is headed downhill.
Servers were terrible. Tip was small. Sorry. Do better.

Food was good, but the experience was bad.one drunken guest started yelling, swearing and tried to pick a fight with someone! The waitress said he's was a regular, and the staff did nothing! Would highly not recommend this place for families

Honestly won’t recommend the place for a dinner. Very bad customer service. Rude servers. Food quality not up to the mark as prices. They added raw uncooked tomatoes on our pizza, maybe they forgot to add so.

Worst Boston pizza on earth. If you’re someone or colour avoid this place at all costs. They’re racist. They refused to seat us because they said they had a waiting list (20 minutes) okay no problem put us on the waiting list. After waiting in the car for 49 minutes, we kept seeing people
Go in. Went in again and they stated of those people have reservations. So went back outside and waited again after an hour we asked some people that were going inside if they had reservations and they stated no and they were seated. Have no explanation other than that they were white and my friends were all people of colour. Oh did I mention they let the white guy stay inside to wait for a table and we couldn’t because oh Covid. So yeah avoid.

Called BP to make take out order, paid over the phone with CC for order. Arrived for pickup and the order was lost (payment was taken already) waited twice as long for the order to be ready now. Fast forward to getting home.only to find one and a half meals missing out of five. The rest of the meals were cold and/or soggy.

Went out for valentines with my boyfriend tonight & sat in the bar from about 4: 30 until 6pm.we had a wonderful time and Adam was our server and was nothing but genuine and polite the entire time. If I could have a server like that everywhere I go, I would. Cheers! Thanks adam, you deserve a raise!

First of all.hats off for making this inclusive patio. All restaurants are currently closed for covid scares. The heaters were on. Minus 17. Many here. Food was OK beer was great. It was fairly warm from waist up. Bring warm snow pants or blankets if going.

Even though it was busy they still sat us down right away and served us. Mel was a great server. Overall it was a great experience.

Worst BP ive been too. 7 cold tiny wings as a pound, for 14.99plus tax with a hair on them. 6inch pizza had 1.5 inches of crust with almost zero sauce. All prices jacked up cuz why not. Lol i should have taken pics.

French fries and onion rings were soggy. Said no tomatoes on sandwich, it came with tomatoes. Sandwich was good but not worth what I paid for it. Don't think I'll be returning

Crispy chicken tacos were great. The outdoor patio was lovely (bring sunglasses). Beer was pricey & price wasn't listed on the menu

Food was untasteful at best and the beef on the big dipper was GREEN! As well was the management very unprofessional and rude. Food was overpriced but okay. The wait staff were nice but obviously scared of management. 0/10 do not eat here ever.

Tremendous service done by Adam. All the staff is very friendly. Super great service with excellent food. Glad that they were open till midnight and got the chance to have the food there. Keep it up guys.

Love bugs and cheese on the kid’s menu if you have kids ask them if they might like it try it. It’s SO GOOD! ️️️! Make sure to where your MASK to be safe

The draft beer is always plenty full and cold the menu looks fabulous quick and efficient outside patio service very covid safe place to eat

Ordered the pizza and wings took between 20-25 minutes to get to our table, food was not the greatest but the sauces on the side were good took another 20 minutes after we were done eating to even see our server to get the bill also noted that 3 out of the 4 servers played with their hair while coming out of the serving station one while she was carrying an order to a patron. Overall not going back again

I want to thank the staff at Boston pizza, they went above and beyond to fix an error and make a little boy very happy. Long story short, the error was my sons dinner, I had picked the order up and didnt catch it until I was home. I called and they made his dinner and brought it to us. Thank you Boston Pizza.

Worst experience at a Boston pizza I have ever had. Slow service, did not get cutlery till the end of my meal after being promised several times it would come, asked several times for a drink refill but took them 20 minutes and several people later.

Ordered delivery from the Gluten Wise menu. Chicken club with garden salad. OMG! The picture did not do it justice, that was the BEST chicken club I've ever had (yes I've had the "real" ones before and this beats that). Well done Boston Pizza, well done!

Did not use the dirty glass. Drank from my can of pop. Food or something was on glass. Not the first time this has happened! Never use the Glass.

Was here for a Christmas party, the food was delicious. The staff were amazing. Also the small blonde bartender was amazing and very helpful! She was the only one working, for our party and she constantly had a smile on her face although she probably did 25,000 steps.

The service is always as great as the food. We love BP in Peterborough. It's amazing. Food is hot and freshly made put on the table in a timely manner with great service.

No no no, delivery did not show up, no calls, we even called to ask and the guy returned to the restaurant with our food two hours later.

Waitress was not interested much in serving us. When I finished eating she took my plate, never returned. My wife took longer to finish her meal as she is injured. My wife wanted a take away container. After waiting 10 minutes I had to go ask the front staff for help. Another waitress took our payment and brought the take away container. No offer of coffee or desserts.
Guess this place is okay for game day but pass on it for a sit down meal.
McDonald's has better service.

Do not order delivery, after 2.5 hours waiting and several calls the order was never delivered. Zero customer service.

We like to stop in for a late lunch, early dinner. Nice server, food as ordered and Happy Hour specials. Another nice pizza and really good wings. We always ask for wings well cooked and light on the sauce, not too messy. It is what it is and today, was quite good.

Great food! Took the whole family and each meal was excellent. Service was fast and friendly and the Panookie was a great desert for everyone to enjoy.

The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The food was amazing. The waiters and staff were all very nice and caring. And I would definitely come back here again and reccomend it to other people as well.

This establishment is top notch in every way. Extensive menu with all delicious options, you can not go wrong. The ambiance is fantastic, the lighting, the music, everything is spot on for a relaxing, enjoyable night. The service is truly first class, Their gravy was wonderful. Creamy, full of sausage, and flavorful. It paired perfectly with their fluffy biscuit. We also ordered a strawberry sweet cream waffle to try. This was far too much food for us, but I did get quite a few bites in. I adored the waffle. The whip cream was a delicious addition, and it was sweet and perfect without syrup. They did offer some, but I didn't try it.

Service speed was decent but the server looked like she absolutely hated her life. We just went in for a drink and I ordered a veerrryyyy basic beer that was extremely I overpriced.

The food was excellent, the service was Horribly LONG! Still a recomendable eatery, but i was NOT impressed with the service at all. Even buying a gift card on the way into lunch was painfull.

Went last night for the 5 individual pizzas but ended up getting calamari, and beer as well. The younger girl server was really nice and fast always serving people and not standing around. Food was good and very clean place.

Pretty bad experience! I was looking forward to a night out with my partner and some good food and it turned out to be incredibly disappointing.

The service was extremely slow. I ordered a drink and there was a problem with their keg, so they asked if I wanted a can instead - yeah, sure, I understand these issues happen. I got my drink and poured most of it before seeing there was a dead bug in it. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes before the food was brought to tell the waitress. She did not take the glass back with her - I waited several more minutes before a different waitress came up and asked if I wanted a new can/glass. I said yes, and oh boy do I regret that.

My partner and I were half done our food by the time the new one showed up (a little less than 10 minutes later). I was about to pour this one and saw lipstick marks on the glass. I was officially done eating as I'd lost my appetite completely, even though the food had been good.

We waited another long stretch and I told the waitress about the glass and gave it back to her. The hostess showed up a few minutes later and said she'd take my food and both of the un-drank drinks off the bill.

If that had happened, this would be a four star review.

My partner paid, trusting that the bill would be reduced by the cost of my food and drinks. It was not. It should have been close to $30 for his drink and food. The total he got was $66. He spent $30 on drinks that I did not drink because they were served disgustingly. We went up to the host and asked for it to be rectified and instead of putting the $30 on the card he used to pay, he's been given an in-house credit - which is hilariously useless, as neither of us plan on ever returning to this location. My partner and I had assumed before she handed it to him that it would be a gift card usable at other BP locations, but no.

We were too stunned and tired to take it further and simply left. I looked at the receipt again after we left because it should have been closer to $15, not $30, and realized that they'd charged him for the draught I never received AT ALL because of the keg issues!

This was straight up theft on BP management's part. I'm absolutely stunned at how poorly we were treated here and I'm going to inform everyone I know that this restaurant is horrible and cares only for squeezing as much money out of you as they can with as little service as possible.

Really expensive for pretty small potions. But the food is always good. And its a handy spot to go since theyre open so late.

They have some nice pizza when you compare it to something like pizza pizza but the problem is that you have to wait for the food to be cooked. They don't have anything ready for pickup. It would be nice to have but the problem is that the price is a bit too high

Great service, we sat with a lacrosse group at the bar. Server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I thought the maze in the kids menu was super adorable and positive so I attached a photo. Food was quick and delicious. Def recommend it, will come back when in the city again.
