Boston Pizza

Food was somewhat stale, I guess they used old oil that’s why. Plates were dirty. Service can be better. I visit a lot a of bars compared to them their service was a bit underwhelming. Ordered steak and shrimp alfredo. The pastas were relatively fresh but the sides of the steak felt as if they were microwaved.

It was too good. Myself and my wife enjoyed the food. We asked for a different dish Garlic Parmesan chicken wings which was not there in their menu. They made it amazingly.

We had a great time, tried the new flight of miniature pizzas, with salad and an app and it was a great way to try some of the more unique pizza types. My toddler daughter had a burger and fries. The waitress was kind enough to give her the sundae toppings in a separate container to suit my daughter wanting them independent from the iceream, it was nice to see the initiative. It is definitely family friendly, could be a bit noisy with kids, etc. But that's out of the staff's control. It's a fun, family friendly atmosphere!

Overall unimpressive. I have enjoyed the last few trips to Boston Pizza but on my last visit the service and food were terrible

The TVs broken. The restaurant floors were very dirty and the men's bathroom hadn't been cleaned in at least 2 days

Never really a big fan of Boston Pizza was here for a fundraiser event. The food is like glorified arena food. Decent service but food was meh.

Went here tonight with my friend & we had a great experience our waitress Shuri (I am so sorry if this isn’t how you spell your name)
Was absolutely amazing, so sweet and kind, she was constantly checking on us & making conversation!
She was funny too!
Our food was so good too we both loved our meals & the fish bowl drink we ordered 10/10 recommended this Boston pizza & Shuri as your waitress!

Great service and great food. Heather was warm, friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The BP white sangria will always be one of my favourites.

Had an incredible waitress but her "manager" told my partner they couldn't substitute the new Mac and Burger with the Veggie Patty rather than the Beef Patty, my partner is vegetarian. I've been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and have never heard of such ridiculousness. Never thought I'd write an online review for a restaurant but management here are tools and because of this one mistake, we will be taking business elsewhere. Note: We go out every night of the week, we enjoy experiencing different restaurants and communities and this Boston Pizza lost all respect from a fellow chef and BOH manager.

A good place for chilling, but if you have any religious limitations you must tell them while placing the order, the only good restaurant open I’ll late in Oshawa

I hate this place so much, Eating here makes me sick, ive seen mold in the food, I saw a fingernail AND HAIR twice in my food. My kid complained multiple times to me. Im disgusted I served it to them.

Best Boston Pizza, hands down (and I’ve been to many across the GTA!) our server Abby was absolutely lovely! Our food was hot and fresh and very flavourful and cheesey! The portions were gigantic, I only ate half my pasta dish. My son loved his bugs and cheese with Cesar salad. I commend the management at this location for doing such an excellent job. I can honestly say I’ve visited some horrible BP locations, and this one by far is the best! Will definitely return when we are in the area again! Thank you for your great service and delicious food:)
***Edit*** my apologies for the edit, unfortunately I didn’t have time to add this part until after. When I reviewed my bill I saw that I had been charged $2.29 for hot sauce! Hot sauce is a condiment used to spruce up your food… funny thing is I only used a tiny bit (what happened to Tabasco and Frank’s bottles?) I get it that things cost money, I’d pay 50 cents for a side of hot sauce but $2.29 is a bit much!: (

20 of us enjoyed a lovely dinner on Sunday evening. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff were very accommodating about balloons and decorations. Our waiter, Mackenzie was delightful. She was attentive, efficient and even acted as a photographer. Thanks a lot!

Ordered delivery first time thinking it would be as good as dine in but Nope! The calamari is a third of the size you get when you dine in. I don't see this place surviving the way they deal buisness!

Plentiful, delicious food served by attentive staff who were cheerful about accommodating disability-related special needs.

The staff are friendly and more importantly the girls are very efficient.
As for the food, the standard Boston Pizza menu you get at most of their outlets.
The wings are great here though- can be customized.
Pizzas as always- great.
Same for the salads.

We sat in the bar and pretty sure they were short staffed.people on the patio walked by us and complained no one came out to serve them.the bar server literally forgot we were there.the nachos yikes where is the cheese.
Never going back

Tried to have dinner there with my Son this evening, but nope, they wouldn't serve me because I didn't have a mask to wear to the dinning area. I have an exemption (two broken ribs) and we are six hours away from the mask mandate being lifted here in Ontario, but that didn't stop the ignorant Manager from belittling me and refusing to serve me. Business must be great for Boston Pizza to be able to refuse customers and discriminate against those unable to wear a mask. I can't remember how many times I've eaten there with my boys over the years, but I can guarantee I will never go back after the way I was treated tonight. BTW, I drove across the street and had dinner at Montana's, who had no problem serving me and my Son.

Updated review: First time back since the lockdown. The Honey Dill Chicken Sandwich had almost no sauce and was very dry as a result, and the waitress didn't ask what side I wanted and just gave me fries. They sat 5 people at a table for 4, which would have been ok except she wouldn't clear a single dish from the table the entire meal. When we finally asked her to take some, she told us to move everything to the corner of the table, where there was no room and our 5th person was sitting already cramped, and she'd come back for them. We weren't in a booth, so it wasn't difficult to move around the table to gather dishes. Also, they brought our soups at the same time as our entrees, so the entrees were cold by the time we got to them. Disappointing service overall.

Here's some advice post covid vaccination proof.
If you aren't going to accept the paperwork you get from your doctor stating you have both vaccinations and will only accept the government website version.
Then why don't you HELP PEOPLE BY TELLING THEM WHAT WEBSITE TO GO TO.
HAVE A SIGN POSTED SHOWING YOUR CUSTOMERS WHERE THEY CAN GO TO GET THIS PROOF.

Tonight i stepped in with a group of 5 service was absolutely horrible and i feel we were targetted and the staff were racially profiling us because the color of our sick.besides that there food was always very undercooked and not great also.

Boston Pizza is the quintessential chain resturant that any foodie would snobbishly shun lol. BUt let me tell you. I thoroughly enjoyed their Shrimp Pasta and Nachos with ground beef. It was actually so good in a why am. I in here again way Anyhow it was yummmmm.

Giving 2 star just due to their good food, overall experience and service was just horrible and very unwelcoming. Never coming back to this location.
