Boston Pizza

Although I set up the reservation 2 days prior making note that it was a 75 th birthday, that information was not carried forward to today. With that, the birthday girl and myself enjoyed the food and service.

Me and my gf went on Dec 12th for our 1 year dating anniversary. The food was good but of course nothing is always perfect. I asked our server Aaliyha for some assistance. It ended up with the manager comping the whole bill because it was our anniversary, after all. Super nice feeling because people in general are just not that nice anymore. Great server, super attentive. And great manager. Went above and beyond. Heartwarming, really.

My girlfriend and I recently had a delightful evening at BP. The service was exceptional, and our waitress, although new, was attentive and eager to ensure our experience was enjoyable. The food was delicious, though I wished there was a bit more ketchup for the fries. The ambiance was cozy, although the lighting could have been dimmer for a more intimate feel. Despite this, it was an overall enjoyable experience, and we look forward to visiting again in the future. 4/5 stars.

Came in at 6: 30 PM on Tuesday I think. I ordered chicken wings, a Cesar. It was so bad. I've been in the restaurant business for 50 years. This was a shame. Just lock the doors already. Why are you prolonging the inevitable?

1) 6: 30 PM and I was the only person in there. Red flag right there.
2) The celery in my Cesar was wilted, split, and leaves were turning black.
3) The chicken was yellow inside. I asked if it was fresh and server assured me it was.

Will not be coming back, and by the looks of it, not too many others are as well.

Maybe for the best.

The restaurant wasn't clean, we sat in the corner booth and there were "blue bottle" flies there.
(Blue bottle flies are usually adult form of maggots which is really concerning)

Other than that, the staff was really sweet and humble.

You guys stopped serving calamari and it makes me very sad ive come here solely for the calamari for years now, its a staple in every visit very sad

Very disappointed in this place never have I spent so much on food that it was all disgusting. Wings were like they preheated it in microwave, the nachos where so mich nachos an little to no toppings. The server was nice but there were 2 other servers there an apparently she was the only one working an running to tables while the other 2 where Chilling on the side. Never again an don't recommend to anyone. If I could give food 0 I would.

I got a crispy chicken sandwich and the breading was moist while the chicken was rubbery.though the service was lovely, I don't think I can recommend going here eat

When we entered the restaurant we smell a very bad odor which got even worse when we sat on the table! We politely let the server know and she started giving us attitude! She was like EXCUSE ME? It's probably the smell of ingredient since you sit close to kitchen! That was definitely not the smell of ingredient tho!

The food was alright, huge portions. What was really great on this night was our server. She did a great job and at the end asked how she did, could she improve anything since she was newer. One of the nicest servers I've had in a long time and we let her know she was doing awesome!

Just tried to eat here with my husband and two young kids. We were sat at a booth by the front with our menus and stayed there alone for about 15 minutes. We were not acknowledged at all by anyone. No drink order, no kids food order, not even a hello. There were only two other tables inside and two on the patio so it wasn’t busy. Some staff were polishing forks, maybe that’s more important than greeting customers and getting a drink order at least? As we left having not eaten, no one even said goodbye or looked up…

Was there August 1st 2022 from 8: 30-11ish and was served by Jaida. The best service I ever received, that woman deserves a raise or a promotion for the service she gives. Thanks for a wonderful night Jaida!

Our server was incredible tonight! The food was spectacular as well! Took my little girl there for her bday and it was all perfect!

I'm usually not big on chain restaurants but this one was convenient during a recent day trip to Hamilton. Service and food were good. Portions on the main were a bit small but very tasty. However the Irish coffee was tasteless and bland.

Awful service! Good food but the staff both on the bar and serving need some training in customer service. Horrible time at fight night.

Went to Boston pizza for my nephew's 4th Birthday. I have not been to one in a few years, and after this experience I can say that they have upped there game quite a bit. I had the 4 cheese dip, buffalo cauliflower, and BBQ chicken pizza. All of which were amazing! I will definitely come back in the future. Waiting staff was also great and attentive.

Boston Pizza has gone WAY down hill since we first started going. They change their menu FAR too often and have removed any items we actually enjoyed over the years. This used to be my husband and my favorite restaurant. We stopped going about a year ago when they dropped our kids favorite dessert off the menu. The Panookie.

Yesterday I visited the place for my friend’s birthday.first of all I wanted to mention about food which is not good and my stomach is upset. This place is not very well maintained. Bathroom toilets are broken or leak and one faucet was missing.not recommended

I have been to many Boston pizzas and this for me has been the best, and the services of the servers are very professional.

We got into the restaurant around 515pm. You could tell that the rush was just about to start. Despite many people starting to walk in and the place filling up, our server was great, took our orders quick, food came out in good time. Everything was enjoyable.

Nice sit in restaurant service was great say bar food was spice to much to day but still good ben 6 mts I had Jambalaya

Food was awesome! Way bigger portions than I thought. The Memphis wings were incredible and my peach pecan goat cheese salad was also incredible. I also love how involved this franchise is with their local communities. This Boston Pizza was hosting a Succulent planting event with teacher and a full class of students. Great way to build relationships while bringing in customers as well.

The food was great this time around! (Last time mains were horrible) Shrimp tacos were good. Love the apps they are never a let down! Food came out fairly fast, the staff was nice. I had chicken and shrimp tacos!

At the upper James location in Hamilton. Waited over half an hour for our order and when it finally arrived it was stone cold.

They took it back to “heat” and 15 min later it came back and the pasta was like rubber.
I asked for my bill 20 minutes ago and I’m still waiting.
Dreadful.

Pizzas were delicious but the waiter she was so pushy and made us very uncomfortable by the way she treated us, we wanted to stay a bit more but couldnt do it! There were only 3 tanles but the service was so slow. We were in upper james BP and dont think of coming back to this branch again.

Went there late Friday sat around waited to purchase a drink at 1: 30 bartender said rudely last call and just walked away

Solid restaurant good food good prices great staff generous portions good drink options and ambiance overall really good location for a meal.

A pizzeria place where you can eat one of the best pizzas and pastas along with mouth watering starters and thirst quenching flavored sodas and lemonades. This place has ample of ambient dining space both inside and out side. The open roof space on the outside his very enjoyable. This place serves alcohol as well.

Excellent and friendly service. Special Thank You to my wonderful and knowledgeable server who guided this rookie through his first experience to the Hamilton International Airport. P. S. I found my way around perfectly.

Typically don't have bad things to say at this BP but service was brutal on a leafs playoff and UFC night. Food tasted great tough.

Second time at Boston pizza in 3 years. First time I thought I was going to get food poisoning it was so terrible. Had the salmon and it tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for 5 hours. Second time our food was freezing cold- guess they forgot to microwave it. We also had to ask for napkins and utensils, totally not worth paying for anything at this chain. The waitresses were busy gossiping and could of cared less about us. Never will we eat here again.

One of my favorite places to go to they have a nice atmosphere, really good food and a fantastic front of house team. Keep it up

Food was great, atmosphere good but waitress was just a little too attentive. At our table every 5m asking if everything was ok. Restaurant wasn't busy at all but we felt rushed and awkward.

Was pleasantly surprised at the most recent menu. A big improvement from past trips to Boston Pizza. Well done. And I actually recommend the food here - would not have said this a year ago or so. Really enjoyed the food and service was great too!

This used to be my favorite place to eat as they had the halal chicken option.i understand though that it was probably not a popular option and not many people go there for the halal option. Also the pie scraper used to e my favorite dessert but also off the menu now.
